“Γουρουνάκια” και “Τουβλάκια” ... ενωθείτε!

Το Αμερικανικό βαθύ κράτος θα πολεμήσει λυσσαλέα ενάντια σε μια τέτοια προοπτική

του system failure

PIIGS και BRICS. Η γέννηση των δύο αυτών ακρονύμιων προέρχεται από την ευρέως διαδεδομένη χρήση της μαρκετινίστικης πρακτικής με την οποία ορισμένα πράγματα στιγματίζονται και αποτυπώνονται εύκολα στο μυαλό. Η όλη ιστορία, αποτελεί στην ουσία μια "εφεύρεση" της σύγχρονης, κυρίαρχης οικονομικής σχολής.

Από τη μια, οι "κακοί μαθητές", τα PIIGS (Πορτογαλία, Ιταλία, Ιρλανδία, Ελλάδα και Ισπανία), τοποθετημένες με τέτοια σειρά ώστε να μένουν στο μυαλό σαν κάτι το αποκρουστικό, όπως ένα βρώμικο γουρουνάκι. Από την άλλη, τα "καλά παραδείγματα" των αναδυόμενων οικονομιών, τα BRICS (Βραζιλία, Ρωσία, Ινδία, Κίνα, Νότια Αφρική), τοποθετημένες με τέτοια σειρά ώστε να θυμίζουν ότι ορισμένες χώρες προσπαθούν να χτίσουν τις οικονομίες τους με σύνεση, τουβλάκι-τουβλάκι.

Φυσικά, η κυρίαρχη αυτή αντίληψη γεννήθηκε πριν από δεκαπέντε με είκοσι χρόνια όταν η Δύση πίστεψε ότι ο νεοφιλελευθερισμός θα κατακτούσε ολόκληρο τον πλανήτη. Η μεγάλη ειρωνεία στην όλη ιστορία, είναι ότι τα "Γουρουνάκια" έπαιζαν πάντα με τους κανόνες της νεοφιλελεύθερης οικονομίας της φούσκας, αλλά, ειδικά όταν η κρίση χτύπησε την Ελλάδα και την ευρωζώνη, έγιναν ο αποδιοπομπαίος τράγος αυτής της κρίσης.

Και ενώ το σύστημα κατάφερε να φορτώσει όλες τις ευθύνες στο κακό Ελληνικό δημόσιο για την καταστροφή στην Ελλάδα, αποκρύπτοντας τις τεράστιες ευθύνες των τραπεζιτών που διασώθηκαν με λεφτά των φορολογουμένων, κανείς δεν μπορεί στην πραγματικότητα να καταλάβει, γιατί η Ιρλανδία στιγματίζεται όταν πολλές φορές κατατάσσεται στην ομάδα των PIIGS. Η κρίση εκεί ήταν καθαρά τραπεζική. Πώς ο Κέλτικος τίγρης μεταμορφώθηκε ξαφνικά σε γουρουνάκι;

Η Ρωσική οικονομία καταστράφηκε κυριολεκτικά από το ΔΝΤ στα τέλη της δεκαετίας του 90, αλλά παρόλα αυτά η χώρα τοποθετήθηκε στην ομάδα των BRICS, ως ένα μοντέλο που κάποιοι θα έπρεπε να ακολουθήσουν. Όχι ότι δεν περιμέναμε κάτι τέτοιο φυσικά. Η Ελλάδα αντιμετωπίζεται με έναν ανάλογο παραλογισμό: όταν η Ελληνική κυβέρνηση (κυρίως η προηγούμενη κυβέρνηση), υπακούει στις καταστροφικές πολιτικές του ΔΝΤ, ανταμείβεται με την επόμενη δόση ρευστότητας (σαν κάποιον τοξικομανή που παρακαλάει για την δόση του), αλλά όταν επιλέγει να αντισταθεί (κυρίως η παρούσα κυβέρνηση), τιμωρείται. Τελευταίο παράδειγμα, η απόφαση Ντράγκι να αποκλείσει την Ελλάδα από το νέο πρόγραμμα ποσοτικής χαλάρωσης για την ευρωζώνη.

Σήμερα, τα πράγματα έχουν αλλάξει. Τα BRICS ανεξαρτητοποιούνται με γρήγορους ρυθμούς, μακριά από τον παράλογο οικονομικό σαδισμό της Δύσης. Ενδεικτικά μόνο, αναφέρουμε ότι σχεδιάζουν να ιδρύσουν την δική τους τράπεζα ως αντίβαρο στο ΔΝΤ (http://failedevolution.blogspot.gr/2015/02/brics-to-create-their-own-bank-against.html), ενώ, Κίνα και Ρωσία σχεδιάζουν να ιδρύσουν τον δικό τους οίκο αξιολόγησης μέσα στο 2015 (http://failedevolution.blogspot.gr/2015/01/china-and-russia-to-launch-new-credit.html). Χώρες που έχουν υποστεί επιθέσεις από την παγκόσμια χρηματοπιστωτική μαφία, όπως η Αργεντινή και η Βενεζουέλα, έχουν τώρα μια εναλλακτική απέναντι στο οικονομικό αδιέξοδο και τον αποκλεισμό.

Εντωμεταξύ, η "αυτοκρατορία" επιμένει στις καταστροφικές πολιτικές που επιβάλλονται στην ευρωζωνική περιφέρεια, ή, αν προτιμάτε στα PIIGS. Ενώ οι ευρωκράτες προσπαθούν να περάσουν την εικόνα ότι λειτουργούν καθαρά με οικονομικούς όρους, ο "αυτοκράτορας" Ντράγκι στην πραγματικότητα εκτέθηκε ανεπανόρθωτα με την τελευταία του απόφαση να αποκλείσει την Ελλάδα από τον νέο πρόγραμμα ποσοτικής χαλάρωσης. Ήταν καθαρά μια πολιτική απόφαση.

Για πόσο καιρό ακόμα τα PIIGS θα ανέχονται αυτή τη σαδιστική συμπεριφορά; Το σύστημα των BRICS είναι σχεδόν έτοιμο και δίνει την εναλλακτική απέναντι στον καταστροφικό νεοφιλελευθερισμό. Ίσως ήρθε η ώρα για τα "Γουρουνάκια" να ενωθούν με τα "Τουβλάκια", αλλά αυτό θα απαιτούσε την ριζική αλλαγή του πολιτικού σκηνικού στην ευρωζωνική περιφέρεια. Η Ελλάδα έκανε το πρώτο βήμα και πιθανόν να ακολουθήσει σύντομα η Ισπανία. Γιατί όχι και οι υπόλοιποι;

Είναι βέβαιο, ότι το Αμερικανικό βαθύ κράτος θα πολεμήσει λυσσαλέα μια τέτοια προοπτική, κυρίως επειδή θα σηματοδοτήσει της επέκταση του Σινο-Ρωσικού μπλοκ σε περιοχές που ανήκουν παραδοσιακά στη Δυτική σφαίρα επιρροής, αλλά και επειδή οι νεοσυντηρητικοί της Ουάσιγκτον θα το εκλάβουν ως γεωπολιτική επέκταση της Ρωσίας και άρα, ως μεγάλη απειλή. Αυτό εξηγεί, εν μέρει, την πίεση που ασκεί η Ουάσιγκτον, κυρίως στο Βερολίνο, να χαλαρώσει τη θηλιά γύρω από την Ελλάδα.

Η Ελλάδα θα μπορούσε να παίξει μόνη της το "χαρτί" των BRICS, αλλά θα ήταν πολύ πιο εύκολο αν το έκανε μαζί με τα υπόλοιπα PIIGS. Μια συντονισμένη στρατηγική από τα PIIGS ίσως να ανάγκαζε τους ευρωκράτες να υποχωρήσουν, κάτι που θα άλλαζε την πορεία της Ευρώπης. Σε αντίθετη περίπτωση, η μόνη εναλλακτική είναι τα "Γουρουνάκια" να ενωθούν με τα "Τουβλάκια"!
