Τα 4 μεγάλα ψέμματα του Γιούνκερ

Μια ωμή πολιτική παρέμβαση στα εσωτερικά κυρίαρχης χώρας, ένα καθαρά εκβιαστικό δίλημμα υπέρ του «ναι» στο δημοψήφισμα και - τουλάχιστον - 4 μεγάλα ψέμματα είχε το νέο τελεσίγραφο που απηύθυνε σήμερα στην Ελλάδα ο, θεωρητικά, θεσμικός εγγυητής της Ευρώπης, ο πρόεδρος της Κομισιόν Ζαν Κλοντ Γιούνκερ.

Χωρίς άλλα σχόλια, ιδού τα 4 ψέμματα του Ζαν Κλοντ Γιούνκερ, που έδωσε συνέντευξη Τύπου για να χαρακτηρίσει «ανάξια» την ελληνική κυβέρνηση και να παρουσιάσει την πολιτική του πλατφόρμα εν είδει... κομματάρχη Βρυξελλών:

Ψέμα 1ο:
Γιούνκερ: «Το πακέτο που προτείνεται είναι απαιτητικό αλλά έντιμο. Δεν υπάρχει κυνήγι μαγισσών. Δεν ζητήσαμε περικοπές συντάξεων».

Στο κείμενο που ο ίδιος ο Ζαν Κλοντ Γιούνκερ έδωσε χθες στη δημοσιότητα, ως «βελτιωμένη αντιπρόταση» της Κομισιόν αναφέρεται επί λέξει: «Σταδιακή κατάργηση του επιδόματος αλληλεγγύης (ΕΚΑΣ) για όλους τους συνταξιούχους έως τα τέλη Δεκεμβρίου 2019. Αυτό θα ξεκινήσει αμέσως όσον αφορά το ανώτερο ποσοστό 20% των δικαιούχων». Στο ίδιο κείμενο αναφέρεται επίσης: «Εξασφάλιση ότι, από 1ης Ιανουαρίου του 2015, όλα τα ταμεία επικουρικών συντάξεων θα χρηματοδοτούνται αποκλειστικά από εισφορές». Αυτό, στην πράξη, σημαίνει διατήρηση της περίφημης ρήτρας μηδενικού ελλείμματος, και ως εκ τούτου μείωση των επικουρικών συντάξεων.

Ψέμα 2ο:

Γιούνκερ: «Εμείς στην ΕΕ επιμείναμε στα πλέον κοινωνικά και δίκαια μέτρα».

Στο κείμενο Γιούνκερ, ωστόσο, δεν περιλαμβάνεται πουθενά η πρόβλεψη για την - προφανώς... κοινωνικά άδικη - έκτακτη εισφορά του 12% στις επιχειρήσεις με κέρδη άνω των 500.000 ευρώ.
Αντιθέτως, προβλέπεται το... δίκαιο μέτρο της «100 τοις εκατό προκαταβολή του φόρου για τον φόρο εισοδήματος ατομικών επιχειρήσεων μέχρι τα τέλη του 2016».
Η πρόβλεψη για την έκτακτη εισφορά, που περιλαμβανόταν στην ελληνική πρόταση είχε διαγραφεί, με το περίφημο «κόκκινο στυλό» του ΔΝΤ και η διαγραφή έγινε ασυζητητί αποδεκτή από τους... κοινωνικά δίκαιους ευρωπαίους εταίρους.

Στο ίδιο πλαίσιο, των προφανώς κοινωνικών και δίκαιων μέτρων, προβλέπεται επίσης στο κείμενο Γιούνκερ: «Να εξαλειφθεί η ευνοϊκή φορολογική μεταχείριση των αγροτών στον κώδικα φορολογίας εισοδήματος. Να αυξηθεί η εισφορά αλληλεγγύης. να καταργηθούν οι επιδοτήσεις για τον ειδικό φόρο κατανάλωσης του πετρελαίου κίνησης για τους αγρότες».

Ψέμα 3ο:
Γιούνκερ: «Είχαμε πει στον Αλέξη Τσίπρα ότι το Eurogroup ήταν έτοιμο να συζητήσει περισσότερο τα μέτρα και είχαμε συζητήσει μαζί με τον Ρέγκλινγκ για το θέμα του χρέους».

Στο κείμενο Γιουνκερ δεν υπάρχει, πουθενά, η παραμικρή νύξη περί χρέους. Και, κυρίως, προς απόλυτη διάψευσή του, ο ίδιος ο γερμανός αντικαγκελάριος Ζίγκμαρ Γκάμπριελ δήλωσε σήμερα ότι οι πιστωτές γίνει έθεταν ως ρητή προϋπόθεση για να ανοίξει η όποια συζήτηση περί χρέους να υπάρξει δέσμευση σε τρίτο πρόγραμμα, δηλαδή σε τρίτο Μνημόνιο: «Οι Ελληνες ζητούσαν να λυθεί το θέμα του χρέους χωρίς όμως να αναλαμβάνουν ευθύνη για ένα νέο πρόγραμμα» είπε ο Ζίγκμαρ Γκάμπριελ προσθέτοντας: «Είχαμε διάθεση για να διαπραγματευτούμε ένα νέο πρόγραμμα αλλά όχι να δώσουμε λευκή επιταγή».

Ψέμα 4ο:
«Ποτέ δεν υπήρξε τελεσίγραφο από την πλευρά μας. Ποτέ δεν είπαμε «take it or leave it». O ίδιος ο Γερούν Ντάισελμπλουμ, όμως, είχε δηλώσει ότι εκπνέει η προθεσμία για την Ελλάδα, ενώ οι δανειστές, μέσω του προέδρου του Eurogroup, πριν την κρίσιμη συνεδρίαση του Σαββάτου, είχαν δηλώσει πως η Ελλάδα θα πρέπει να αποδεχτεί την πρόταση χωρίς αλλαγές. Μάλιστα η ίδια η Άνγκελα Μέρκελ σε δηλώσεις της μετά τη Σύνοδο Κορυφής είχε καλέσει την ελληνική κυβέρνηση να δεχτεί ως έχει την πρόταση των δανειστών.
