Το μεγάλο πάρτι μετά το κραχ του χρηματιστηρίου Αθηνών!

Σε ένα πρωτοφανές «ριφιφί» εξελίχθηκε η υπόθεση του χρηματιστηρίου, από τη Δευτέρα μέχρι και την Πέμπτη. Μετά από πέντε εβδομάδες «αποχής», όπου το χρηματιστήριο παρέμενε κλειστό, το άνοιγμα του τη Δευτέρα σηματοδότησε και μια πρωτοφανή καθίζηση, η οποία συνεχίστηκε μέχρι και χτες. Όμως, χτες, κάτι άλλαξε… Οι τραπεζικές μετοχές που είχαν κατακρυμνιστεί, άρχισαν ξαφνικά να επιστρέφουν δυναμικά. Τι συνέβη; Τι ήταν αυτό που άλλαξε και μέσα σε μια μόλις μέρα επανήλθε η «αισιοδοξία» στο ΧΑ;

Αυτό που άλλαξε είναι μετοχική σύνθεση στο τραπεζικό κεφάλαιο με τη δυναμική είσοδο ξένων παιχτών. Συγκεκριμένα, ξένοι μεγαλοεπενδυτές και τραπεζικοί κολοσσοί, όπως η Goldman Sachs και η HSBC, μπήκαν στα «γεμάτα» την Πέμπτη αγοράζοντας τη μία τραπεζική μετοχή μετά την άλλη. Ξένοι επενδυτές είχαν κάνει το ίδιο δύο μέρες πριν, την Τρίτη. Εκείνη την ημέρα, όμως, δεν αγόρασαν τράπεζες, αλλά εστίασαν σε τίτλους μεταποίησης. Μέσα, δηλαδή, στην πρώτη εβδομάδα επαναλειτουργίας του χρηματιστηρίου τράπεζες και μεταποίηση εξαγοράζονται από ξένους επενδυτές! Μάλιστα, τα πράγματα είναι ακόμη πιο ενδιαφέροντα, αν λάβουμε υπόψη ότι ξεκίνησαν τα περιβόητα stress test των τραπεζών, καθώς και οι διαπραγματεύσεις με την τρόικα για τα «κόκκινα δάνεια» που έχουν στα χαρτοφυλάκιά τους οι τράπεζες!

Την Τετάρτη, συνεχίστηκε η καθίζηση των τραπεζών, ενώ την ίδια ώρα οι μη τραπεζικές μετοχές συνέχιζαν να «ανεβαίνουν». Πρακτικά: Οι ξένοι αγόραζαν στη μεταποίηση και πουλούσαν στις τράπεζες. Μάλιστα, κάποια στιγμή την Τετάρτη, οι τραπεζικές «ξεκλείδωσαν» από το limit down, μόνο και μόνο για πουλήσουν κι άλλο. Συνέπεια: Η μετοχή της Εθνικής Τράπεζας έκλεισε στα 0,455 ευρώ με πτώση 24,295%. Στα 0,112 ευρώ η Alpha Bank με πτώση 29,56%. Με πτώση 26,765% η Eurobank στα 0,052 λεπτά. Πτώση 29,59% και για την Τράπεζα Πειραιώς στα 0,138 ευρώ.

Και φτάσαμε στην Πέμπτη. Αφού, λοιπόν, οι τραπεζικές μετοχές έφτασαν στα τάρταρα, έφτασε και η ώρα της δυναμικής εξαγοράς. Ο τραπεζικός δείκτης σημείωσε κέρδη της τάξης του 17,78%. Η μετοχή της Εθνικής Τράπεζας ανέβηκε κατά 27,47%, της Eurobank κατά 17,31%, της Alpha Bank κατά 11,61% και της Πειραιώς κατά 3,62%. Οι μαζικές εξαγορές έγιναν, προφανώς, μπιρ παρά, μετά την επί τριήμερο μαζική κατάρρευση των τραπεζικών μετοχών.

Η μεγάλη ενίσχυση των τραπεζικών μετοχών, οφείλεται, σύμφωνα με δημοσιεύματα στις μαζικές εξαγορές που προχωρούν ξένοι επενδυτές, ανάμεσα στους οποίους και μεγάλες εταιρείες του εξωτερικού όπως είναι οι HSBC, UBS και Goldman Sachs!

Το ερώτημα, εδώ, είναι γιατί. Γιατί να αγοράσουν οι ξένοι τις ελληνικές τράπεζες, οι οποίες επί τριήμερο ήταν… με το ένα πόδι στον τάφο;

Δύο στοιχεία υπάρχουν εδώ.

Πρώτον, οι συστημικές τράπεζες πρέπει να σωθούν για χάρη του ευρωπαϊκού οικοδομήματος. Υπενθυμίζουμε ότι ο Κλάους Ρέγκλινγκ, επικεφαλής του ESM, σε ανύποπτη στιγμή είχε πει: «Εάν οι τέσσερις μεγαλύτερες συστημικά σημαντικές τράπεζες μιας χώρας δεν λειτουργούν πλέον, τότε αυτό έχει σοβαρές συνέπειες όχι μόνο για την Ελλάδα, όπου ασφαλώς θα είχε καταστροφικές συνέπειες, αλλά επίσης και για το σύνολο της ευρωζώνης».

Ο δεύτερος λόγος είναι ότι οι ελληνικές τράπεζες έχουν αρχίσει να απαλλάσσονται από τα… βαρίδια. Τι σημαίνει αυτό; Σημαίνει δύο πράγματα:

Πρώτον, ότι την ίδια μέρα που είχαμε το «ράλι ανόδου» των τραπεζών στο χρηματιστήριο, ξεκίνησαν τα stress test των τραπεζών. Σύμφωνα με το ρεπορτάζ, πρόθεση είναι να ολοκληρωθεί η πρώτη φάση μέχρι τις αρχές Σεπτέμβρη, ώστε να προχωρήσουν οι διαδικασίες για τις αυξήσεις κεφαλαίου εντός του 2015 στις οποίες θα συμμετάσχει σύμφωνα με το επικρατέστερο σενάριο το ΤΧΣ (με κεφάλαια από τον ESM) και οι ιδιώτες μέτοχοι!

Δεύτερον, τα κόκκινα δάνεια. Αυτό αποτελεί ένα ξεχωριστό θέμα από μόνο του, αλλά όλα δείχνουν ότι οδεύουμε προς οριστική λύση των κόκκινων δανείων που κουβαλούν οι ελληνικές τράπεζες στα χαρτοφυλάκιά τους και αποτελούσαν ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα ρίσκα για να επενδύσουν οι ξένοι σε αυτές. Σύμφωνα με τις τελευταίες εξελίξεις, μάλιστα, οι δανειστές αποκλείουν το σενάριο δημιουργίας μιας bad bank, ενώ, αντιθέτως, προωθούν το σενάριο της ενεργητικής διαχείρισης και πώλησης δανείων σε distress funds ανά τράπεζα. Δηλαδή, τα fund θα ελέγχουν τα κόκκινα δάνεια (και κατ” επέκταση τα… σπίτια μας)!

Θυμηθείτε:

          Ένα πρόσφατο, χαρακτηριστικό παράδειγμα αναρχοκαπιταλισμού, είναι η πληροφορία με βάση την οποία, διάφορα funds-“κοράκια” σπεύδουν να αγοράσουν τα κόκκινα δάνεια των Ελληνικών νοικοκυριών από τις Ελληνικές τράπεζες, σε πολύ χαμηλές τιμές. Το κράτος σ'αυτή την περίπτωση δεν φαίνεται να μπορεί να κάνει πολλά για να παρέμβει ως ρυθμιστής των κόκκινων δανείων. Μάλλον κανείς δεν μπορεί να εμποδίσει τα “κοράκια” να αποκτήσουν τα στεγαστικά δάνεια και άρα τα αντίστοιχα ακίνητα σε εξευτελιστικές τιμές. (fa.ev/2013/07/18)
