Η Κωνσταντοπούλου 'δείχνει' Δραγασάκη ως βασικό υπεύθυνο για την άτακτη υποχώρηση ΣΥΡΙΖΑ

Οι χώρες που είναι σε μνημόνιο, σύμφωνα με συγκεκριμένο κανονισμό της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, έχουν την υποχρέωση να προχωρούν σε λογιστικό έλεγχο του χρέους τους

Σε συνέντευξή της στο news247.gr, η Πρόεδρος της προηγούμενης Βουλής και επικεφαλής υποψήφια της ΛΑΕ στην Α' Αθήνας, Ζωή Κωνσταντοπούλου, κατηγόρησε ως βασικό υπεύθυνο της αποτυχίας των διαπραγματεύσεων με τους δανειστές, τον Γιάννη Δραγασάκη. Όπως είπε χαρακτηριστικά:

"... παρέμεινε στο απυρόβλητο και αναβαθμίζεται διαρκώς, ένα πρόσωπο, που είχε μοιραίο ρόλο και στην αποτυχία του προεκλογικού προγράμματος του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και στην αποτυχία της διαπραγμάτευσης και είναι ο κ. Δραγασάκης".

Άφησε επίσης σαφείς αιχμές για την προχειρότητα με την οποία έγινε η διαπραγμάτευση, αποκαλύπτοντας και το υποβαθμισμένο επίπεδο της ομάδας διαπραγμάτευσης:

“Η κυβέρνηση δεν συγκρότησε, όπως κατ' επανάληψη είχα ζητήσει, νομικά και επιστημονικά επιτελεία υποστήριξης της διαπραγμάτευσης. Στο λεγόμενο Brussels Group, εστάλησαν πρόσωπα που είχαν διοικητική σχέση με το γραφείο του πρωθυπουργού. Δεν ήταν στο ανάλογο επίπεδο ...”

Είπε επίσης ότι δεν υπήρχε επαρκής ενημέρωση για την πορεία των διαπραγματεύσεων:

"Η ενημέρωσή μου για το ποια προετοιμασία υπήρχε ήταν ελλιπής και ήταν στο βαθμό της προαίρεσης κάθε φορά του πρωθυπουργού. Στο πλαίσιο του κόμματος και της κοινοβουλευτικής ομάδας ήταν ελάχιστες οι συζητήσεις που έγιναν. Σε αυτές τις συζητήσεις ήμουν μεταξύ εκείνων που πάντα έθεταν την αναγκαιότητα της προετοιμασίας και της συγκρότησης λύσεων και απαντήσεων.”

Όσον αφορά την υπόθεση του δημοσίου χρέους, η Κωνσταντοπούλου αποκάλυψε ότι οι χώρες που είναι σε μνημόνιο, σύμφωνα με συγκεκριμένο κανονισμό της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, έχουν την υποχρέωση να προχωρούν σε λογιστικό έλεγχο του χρέους τους. Συγκεκριμένα:

“Συγκρότησα αυτή την επιτροπή [ελέγχου του δημοσίου χρέους] σύμφωνα με τον κανονισμό της Βουλής, τον οποίο δεν έφτιαξε ούτε ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, ούτε οι δυνάμεις της Αριστεράς, ούτε η Ζωή Κωνσταντοπούλου. Ο κανονισμός της Βουλής επέτρεπε τη συγκρότηση αυτής της επιτροπής και φυσικά χρησιμοποίησα τον κανονισμό της Βουλής. Αλλά πέραν του κανονισμού της Βουλής που επέτρεπε τη συγκρότηση αυτής της επιτροπής, υπάρχει ένας κανονισμός της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, ο 472, ο οποίος επιβάλλει τη συγκρότηση τέτοιων επιτροπών. Και μάλιστα επιβάλει τη συγκρότηση τέτοιων επιτροπών για τις χώρες που είναι σε μνημόνιο. Οι χώρες που είναι σε μνημόνιο, σύμφωνα με τον κανονισμό 472, έχουν την υποχρέωση να προχωρούν σε λογιστικό έλεγχο του χρέους τους και να αποτιμούν σε ποιο βαθμό, για ποιους λόγους δημιουργήθηκε και διογκώθηκε το χρέος, να εντοπίζουν τις αιτίες, να τις καταγράφουν, προκειμένου να υπάρχει πρόληψη. Και εδώ πρέπει να λογοδοτήσουν και να εξηγήσουν και οι προηγούμενες κυβερνήσεις και η παραιτηθείσα κυβέρνηση και οι δανειστές, γιατί αυτόν τον κανονισμό δεν τον ενεργοποίησαν, την ώρα που υποτίθεται ότι έχει συγγραφεί και τεθεί σε ισχύ, ακριβώς για περιπτώσεις όπως η περίπτωση της Ελλάδας. Πέραν όμως και του κανονισμού 472, υπάρχει το θεσμικό πλαίσιο του ΟΗΕ, που επίσης νομιμοποιεί τη χώρα, να προχωρήσει σε αυτόν τον λογιστικό έλεγχο.”

“Το ότι [ο Τσίπρας] δεν εφάρμοσε εναλλακτικό σχέδιο για έξοδο από το ευρώ, οφείλεται κυρίως στον σκληρό πυρήνα των μετριοπαθών στελεχών που τον περικύκλωσαν και τον απομόνωσαν από κάθε άλλη προσέγγιση και πρόταση που προέρχονταν από τις παρυφές του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και το πιο ριζοσπαστικό του κομμάτι.” (fa.ev/2015/09/)

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι και ο Κώστας Λαπαβίτσας σε πρόσφατη συνέντευξή του, κατήγγειλε την "ελαφρότητα" με την οποία ένα κομμάτι του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ αντιμετώπιζε την διαδικασία της διαπραγμάτευσης, λέγοντας πως οι περισσότεροι στον ΣΥΡΙΖΑ πίστευαν δογματικά ότι οι Ευρωπαίοι θα υποχωρήσουν.
