Οι καπιταλιστές απλώνουν και πάλι το χέρι ζητώντας κρατικό χρήμα


Βλέπουμε ξανά το χιλιοπαιγμένο έργο της πιο απατηλής ιδεολογίας.

Πριν από κάθε είδους κρίση, οι νεοφιλελεύθεροι καπιταλιστές εξυμνούν την ελεύθερη αγορά και καταριούνται το κακό κράτος που αποτελεί εμπόδιο ενάντια στον θρίαμβο της "επιχειρηματικότητας". Όταν όμως σκάσει μια μεγάλη κρίση, τρέχουν στο κράτος και ζητάνε λεφτά, κρατώντας σε ομηρία τους εργαζόμενους που ήδη έχουν γονατίζει με πετσοκομμένους μισθούς, ελαστικά ωράρια, απαράδεκτες συνθήκες εργασίας σε πολλές περιπτώσεις. Και όλα αυτά, πάντα υπό τη δαμόκλειο σπάθη της απόλυσης.

Έτσι και τώρα, όλες οι μεγάλες αεροπορικές εταιρίες άπλωσαν το χέρι για κρατικό χρήμα λόγω της κρίσης της πανδημίας. Και η Aegean δεν θα μπορούσε να αποτελέσει εξαίρεση.

Και φυσικά, τέτοιες εταιρίες έχουν τον απόλυτα δικό τους άνθρωπο στην απόλυτα δικιά τους κυβέρνηση, καθώς ο Κωστής Χατζηδάκης βρίσκεται στον σκληρό πυρήνα της νεοφιλελεύθερης φράξιας που κάνει κουμάντο στην κυβέρνηση Μητσοτάκη.  

Το 2009, η Ολυμπιακή εξαγοράζεται από τον όμιλο Marfin έναντι μόλις 177,2 εκατομμυρίων ευρώ, με αρμόδιο υπουργό μεταφορών και επικοινωνιών τον Κωστή Χατζηδάκη. Μέσα σε τρία χρόνια, η Κομισιόν κρίνει την ιδιωτική Ολυμπιακή "μη βιώσιμη" και η Aegean απορροφά την Ολυμπιακή. 

Και τώρα, η κυβέρνηση Μητσοτάκη σχεδιάζει την ενίσχυση της Aegean με κρατικό χρήμα, διότι ήρθε η ώρα οι Έλληνες φορολογούμενοι να μοιραστούν τα χρέη, αλλά όχι φυσικά τα κέρδη, άλλης μιας κρατικοδίαιτης εταιρίας. Κατά τα άλλα έχουμε ελεύθερη αγορά. 



Κινδυνεύει όμως πράγματι με πτώχευση η εταιρία; Απ'ότι φαίνεται όχι. 

Σύμφωνα με ρεπορτάζ του Kontra News, της 5ης Μαίου, η Aegean είχε μια πάρα πολύ καλή πενταετία, με πάνω από 300 εκατομμύρια ευρώ καθαρά κέρδη και ταμειακά διαθέσιμα στο τέλος του 2019 σχεδόν 500 εκατομμύρια ευρώ. Δηλαδή, είναι μια εταιρία που η κρίση την βρήκε ισχυρή και μπορεί να σταθεί στα πόδια της.

Με λίγα λόγια, την ώρα που χιλιάδες μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις κινδυνεύουν με αφανισμό, καθώς τα μέτρα που αποφάσισε γι'αυτές η κυβέρνηση αποτελούν ουσιαστικά εμπαιγμό, η Aegean θα λάβει ένα μεγάλο πακέτο ενίσχυσης, με πρόσχημα τον δήθεν κίνδυνο πτώχευσης και απωλειών θέσεων εργασίας. Γιατί, πολύ απλά, οι μεγαλομέτοχοι καπιταλιστές δεν θέλουν να πειράξουν τα υπερκέρδη τους και άρα ο λογαριασμός θα πρέπει να πάει ξανά στα γνωστά υποζύγια. 

Το ίδιο έργο βλέπουμε παντού, όπως για παράδειγμα στην Αμερική του Ντόναλντ Τραμπ. Το Αμερικανικό Κογκρέσο, το οποίο ουσιαστικά έχει εξαγοραστεί από τις τράπεζες και τα μεγάλα επιχειρηματικά λόμπι, αποφάσισε να ακολουθήσει την πεπατημένη: πακτωλό δισεκατομμυρίων για τις τράπεζες και τις μεγάλες εταιρίες και ένα τσεκ των 1200 δολαρίων για κάθε Αμερικανό που έχει πληγεί από την κρίση. Όποιος ξέρει από Αμερική, τα λεφτά αυτά δεν φτάνουν ούτε για τις πιο βασικές ανάγκες του μέσου νοικοκυριού. 

Και όλα αυτά, την ώρα που ο συνολικός αριθμός των ανθρώπων που έχασαν τη δουλειά τους από την αρχή της κρίσης υπολογίζεται ότι είναι τουλάχιστον 33 εκατομμύρια. Ενώ οι ουρές στα συσσίτια μεγαλώνουν συνεχώς.

Αυτός είναι ο καπιταλισμός τους ...

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique. Ellsberg claims that recent articles, including from this website, often “ paint a picture of the crisis in Nicaragua that is dangerously misleading. ” Unfortunately, her own article does just that. It looks at the situation entirely from the perspective of those opposing Daniel Ortega’s government while whitewashing their malevolent behavior and downplaying the levels of US support they have relied on.
