Αλληλεγγύη στη Μέρκελ;

Η προσεχής μίνι σύνοδος κορυφής για το προσφυγικό στην Ιταλία, όπου παραλίγο να απόσχει η ίδια η Ιταλία, δείχνει την οριακή κατάσταση των χειρισμών και τα αδιέξοδα της ευρωπαϊκής ηγεσίας. Οι παλλινωδίες της Ε.Ε. στη διαχείριση του προσφυγικού έχουν αλλάξει τον πολιτκό χάρτη με πλήθος ακροδεξιών κυβερνήσεων και όχημα την ξενοφοβική ρητορική.

Η Άνγκελα Μέρκελ, κλονισμένη εδώ και καιρό, επιχειρεί τώρα να επανακαθορίσει την πολιτική της Ε.Ε. με βάση τους εσωτερικούς της πολιτικούς συσχετισμούς, ενδίδοντας στο CSU, στο αδελφό κόμμα του Δεξιού συνασπισμού της, που την απειλεί με αποχώρηση από την κυβέρνηση και την κοινή κοινοβουλευτική τους ομάδα, αν δεν σκληρύνει την πολιτική της στο μεταναστευτικό και δεν επαναφέρει τον Κανονισμό του Δουβλίνου. Φυσικά δεν λείπουν από το τραπέζι τα οικονομικά ανταλλάγματα και τα παζάρια για ευνοϊκές λύσεις ώστε να πειστούν οι χώρες της πρώτης γραμμής, δηλαδή η Ελλάδα, η Ιταλία, η Μάλτα και η Ισπανία.

Φαινομενικά, αναζητείται αλληλεγγύη στη Μέρκελ απέναντι στον εκβιασμό του CSU, αλλά στην ουσία πρόκειται για μια ακόμη κίνησή της προκειμένου να ισχυροποιηθεί στο εσωτερικό. Για άλλη μια φορά αποφεύγει να αντιμετωπίσει ένα πρόβλημα και προτιμάει απλά να το φέρει στα μέτρα της, μετατρέποντας την εσωτερική της κρίση σε ευρωπαϊκή.

Η σύγκρουση Βορρά Νότου και η ενεργοποίηση του κανονισμού του Δουβλίνου, είναι απλώς ένα πισωγύρισμα που προσπαθεί να αποκλείσει τους πρόσφυγες στις χώρες του Νότου, μεσοπρόθεσμα όμως θα φέρει νέα προβλήματα. Η δε ανήκουστη παράκαμψη του προβλήματος με "στρατόπεδα συγκέντρωσης" εκτός Ε.Ε. θα ήταν ακόμη μια απόδειξη πως η Ευρώπη κινείται σε λάθος κατεύθυνση και απομακρύνεται από τις αξίες που διασφαλίζουν την ίδια της την ενότητα. Το βασικό στοιχείο δηλαδή που την ανέδειξε σε ηγέτιδα δύναμη.

Η αδυναμία χάραξης πολιτικής, η απουσία ισχυρού ρόλου στη διεθνή σκηνή και στις εστίες σύγκρουσης και τα διαρκή "μπαλώματα" (όπως με τη συμφωνία Ε.Ε.-Τουρκίας) θα φέρουν σύντομα νέα προβλήματα και όξυνση της ξενοφοβικής ρητορικής. Για αυτό και προαναγγέλλεται ήδη το "ναυάγιο" της Συνόδου.
