Νέα Δημοκρατία: Πατρίς, θρησκεία και… Πινοσέτ!!!

Ο Γεωργιάδης ενοχλείται από την Κοινωνιολογία ως Επιστήμη διότι κάνει τα παιδιά αριστερά…

Και τώρα ήρθε και τούτος, ο Καραγκούνης, για να διαφημίσει το ασφαλιστικό του φασίστα Πινοσέτ (!) σαν το «πιο πετυχημένο παγκοσμίως» (!) και να προαναγγέλλει (γελώντας!) την εφαρμογή του από τη ΝΔ!

Πριν εξηγήσουμε τι είναι ακριβώς αυτό που στη ΝΔ εμφανίζουν σαν το «πιο πετυχημένο (ασφαλιστικό) παγκοσμίως», πάρτε μια γεύση των σχετικών δηλώσεων του Κώστα Καραγκούνη, τομεάρχη της ΝΔ (στο NEWS 24/7 RADIO):


Αφού σημειώσουμε ότι αυτοί οι τύποι δεν έχουν μετονομαστεί (ακόμα) σε «Νέα Ακροδεξιίλα» και ότι συνεχίζουν να ονομάζονται (ακόμα) «Νέα Δημοκρατία», πάμε τώρα στο πιο… πετυχημένο ασφαλιστικό παγκοσμίως:

Το πιο μισητό του κόσμου!

Δεν υπάρχει μήνας σχεδόν τα τελευταία χρόνια στη Χιλή που ο λαός δεν διαδηλώνει κατά κύματα στους δρόμους με αίτημα την κατάργηση του ασφαλιστικού που επέβαλε από το 1981 στη χώρα η στυγνή χούντα του Πινοσέτ.

Οι διαδηλωτές τον περασμένο Απρίλη, για παράδειγμα, ξεπέρασαν μόνο στο Σαντιάγο τους 100.000. «Οι διαδηλωτές έκαναν πορεία στο κέντρο της πρωτεύουσας της Χιλής για να καταγγείλουν το σημερινό σύστημα, το οποίο ελέγχεται από τους Διαχειριστές των Συνταξιοδοτικών Ταμείων και χορηγεί συντάξεις ύψους 285 ευρώ τον μήνα κατά μέσο όρο» (https://www.naftemporiki.gr/story/1343224/xili-diadilosi-kata-tou-asfalistikou-sustimatos-pou-eixe-dimiourgithei-epi-imeron-pinoset).

Η 24η Ιούλη, δε, θεωρείται ημερομηνία – σταθμός για το λαϊκό κίνημα στη Χιλή αφού εκείνη την ημέρα, μόλις πριν από δύο χρόνια, το 2016, στο Σαντιάγο οι διαδηλωτές ξεπέρασαν τις 200.000 και σε όλη τη χώρα το 1 εκατομμύριο (http://net.xekinima.org/chile-mazikes-kinitopoiiseis-enantia/).

Γιατί διαδήλωναν και διαδηλώνουν όλοι αυτοί; Για να ξηλωθεί από τη χώρα τους το «πιο πετυχημένο παγκοσμίως» (κατά Καραγκούνη και ΝΔ) ασφαλιστικό του Πινοσέτ…

Τα «Chicago boys» της Νέας Δημοκρατίας…

Ποιο είναι αυτό το ασφαλιστικό μοντέλο, το λεγόμενο «τριφασικό» (που όντως η βασική φιλοσοφία του έχει περάσει σε όλες σχεδόν τις χώρες της καπιταλιστικής βαρβαρότητας, που στην ΕΕ το προωθούν ήδη από την δεκαετία του ’90, που στην Ελλάδα το πρωτοεισήγαγε ο «εκσυγχρονισμός» του Σημίτη και που στις ράγες του κινούνται ήδη βασικές πλευρές του ασφαλιστικού στη χώρα μας);

Το ασφαλιστικό μοντέλο της Χιλής που λατρεύουν τα «boys» του κ.Μητσοτάκη, είναι έμπνευσης της ακραία νεοφιλελεύθερης σχολής του Σικάγου με σημαιοφόρους τον Μίλτον Φρίντμαν και τα περιλάλητα «Chicago boys» του. Προωθήθηκε όχι, φυσικά, για να παρέχει συντάξεις στους εργαζόμενους, αλλά για να απαλλάσσει από εργοδοτικές εισφορές τα μονοπώλια.

Από τους αρχιτέκτονές του θεωρείται ο Γραμματέας Ασφάλισης της χιλιανής δικτατορίας, ο Χοσέ Πινέρα, ο οποίος επέλεξε την 1η Μαϊου 1981 ως ημέρα κατάργησης της δημόσιας ασφάλισης και εφαρμογής του «τριφασικού» έτσι ώστε «να μη γιορτάζεται η Πρωτομαγιά ως ημέρα ταξικής πάλης, αλλά ως ημέρα ελεύθερης επιλογής συστήματος σύνταξης» (http://www.posoaee.gr/index.php/9-uncategorised/205-xili-syntaksioyxoi-kai-ergazomenoi-apaitisan-dimosia-asfalistika-tameia-pou-dielyse-i-xoynta-tou-pinoset).

Το «τριφασικό σύστημα» ελέγχεται στη Χιλή από έξι συνταξιοδοτικά μονοπώλια που δημιουργήθηκαν επί χούντας Πινοσέτ, γνωστά στη χώρα με το ακρωνύμιο «AFP» (ανάμεσά τους είναι οι ασφαλιστικοί όμιλοι «ΜetLife» και «Principal Financial Group») και διαμορφώνεται στις διάφορες παραλλαγές του ως εξής:

Πρώτος πυλώνας η «εθνική σύνταξη», ένα φιλοδώρημα πενίας, ένα βοήθημα ελεημοσύνης, που χρηματοδοτείται από τη γενική φορολογία, δεύτερος πυλώνας η κύρια σύνταξη που χρηματοδοτείται από τις εισφορές και που αν καταφέρει ο εργαζόμενος να φτάσει στο βαθύ γήρας για να την λάβει δεν του αναπληρώνει ούτε κατά το ήμισυ τον εργάσιμο μισθό του, τρίτος πυλώνας που βασίζεται στο κεφαλαιοποιητικό σύστημα και είναι ευθέως παραδομένος στην ιδιωτική ασφάλιση.

Συντάξεις: Το 80% κάτω από τον κατώτατο μισθό, το 44% κάτω του ορίου της φτώχειας!

Οι συνέπειες:

Το ασφαλιστικό Πινοσέτ θεωρείται ένα από τα βασικότερα εργαλεία των κεφαλαιοκρατών της χώρας ώστε να πετύχουν το 1% του πληθυσμού να κατέχει το 35% του πλούτου και να κατατάσσεται η Χιλή στις πρώτες θέσεις της κοινωνικής ανισότητας χώρες του ΟΟΣΑ. Το «πιο πετυχημένο παγκοσμίως» ασφαλιστικό σύστημα αντί της «ελεύθερης επιλογής συστήματος σύνταξης» έχει παραδοθεί στα 6 ασφαλιστικά μονοπώλια που απομυζούν εισφορές που ανέρχονται στα 170 δισ. δολάρια καθώς για 37 χρόνια λυμαίνονται τις ασφαλιστικές εισφορές εκατομμυρίων Χιλιανών εργαζομένων.

Οι εργαζόμενοι υποχρεώνονται σε παρακράτηση του 10% των μισθών τους σε μηνιαία βάση σε ατομικούς λογαριασμούς που εκμεταλλεύονται τα μονοπώλια καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του εργασιακού τους βίου (αυτό θα πει «ελεύθερη επιλογή»!).

Οι άνδρες η σύνταξη που λαμβάνουν δεν ξεπερνά κατά μέσο όρο το 38% των ασφαλιστικών εισφορών που τους παρακρατήθηκαν επί χρόνια (αντί το 70% και 75% που είχε «υποσχεθεί» ο δικτάτορας Πινοσέτ) ενώ οι γυναίκες παίρνουν μόλις το 33% των εισφορών που κατέβαλαν κατά τη διάρκεια του εργασιακού τους βίου.

Σήμερα στη Χιλή μια μέση σύνταξη μετά από 35 και 40 χρόνια σκληρής δουλειάς δεν ξεπερνά τα 450 δολάρια, η οποία μόλις που μπορεί να καλύψει τις ανάγκες διατροφής και στοιχειώδους διαβίωσης ενώ μεγάλος όγκος συντάξεων κινείται στα 150, στα 200 και 285 δολάρια.

Μεταξύ 2007 και 2014, το 80% των συντάξεων στη Χιλή ήταν πολύ χαμηλότερες από τον κατώτατο μισθό και το 44% αυτών κάτω από το όριο της φτώχειας. Αυτό είναι το «πιο πετυχημένο ασφαλιστικό παγκοσμίως». Ετσι εξηγείται και το γιατί χρειάστηκε να ανέβει πάνω στις ερπύστριες μιας από τις πιο στυγνές φασιστικές χούντες του πλανήτη για να επιβληθεί.

Αυτά είναι και τα μαντάτα για το πρόγραμμα της ΝΔ από τα ίδια τα στελέχη της ΝΔ. Που στην αντιπαράθεσή τους με την «αριστερά» των Κατρούγκαλων έχουν το θράσος να πλασάρουν την αντιδραστική σκουριά του Πινοσετικού φασισμού σαν κατιτίς το «νέο» και φτάνουν να δηλώνουν (γελώντας μάλιστα!) ότι θα την εφαρμόσουν στην Ελλάδα…
