He discusses the similarities in the aggressive foreign policy of Biden, Trump, and Obama, and talks about Venezuela, Bolivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Honduras and "Plan  Biden" for Central America, Chile, Colombia, Peru, immigration in the United States, and more.
