Today is the anniversary of a massacre of ethnic Russians in Odessa, Ukraine. Normally this event is marked with memorials but it will not be allowed this year. The West was once very critical of Ukraine's treatment of this population but current media shows that is no longer the case. Why? Clayton Morris dives deep into this topic.
