Flights to China are filling up with presidents, prime ministers, and a king. From Spain's King Felipe VI to leaders from France, Ireland, the Republic of Korea, Canada, Finland and the UK, a wave of high-level visits to Beijing is underway. What's really driving this surge? Is it a genuine reset in relations with China, or a strategic move to gain leverage with Washington?
