Israel has committed war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Occupied Palestinian Territory amid continuing genocide in Gaza, UN Commission of Inquiry finds

Israel has committed war crimes and the crimes against humanity of extermination, persecution, torture, rape and other forms of sexual violence in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, intentionally targeting Palestinian civilians as it continues to commit genocide in Gaza, the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel said in a new report today[26 October 2026].

The report to the UN General Assembly, which focuses on killings and bodily and mental harm by state-actors, found that the situation in the West Bank has deteriorated gravely since 7 October 2023. The number of deaths caused by airstrikes in the West Bank has increased significantly: six Palestinians were killed by airstrikes in the West Bank between 2008 and 6 October 2023, while 254 Palestinians were killed by airstrikes between 7 October 2023 and 30 September 2026. The Commission concluded that Palestinians in the West Bank are being targeted on the basis of their nationality, race and ethnicity, gender and age.

In Gaza, the report found that Israeli authorities and forces continue to commit genocidal acts even after the so-called ceasefire agreement, with the intent to destroy the Palestinian people, in whole or in part.

“The intentional killing and injuring of Palestinian civilians and destruction of homes in the West Bank combined with Israel’s persistent denial of responsibility form part of a broader strategy to exterminate and displace Palestinians and impose conditions of life that are unliveable,” said Srinivasan Muralidhar, Chair of the Commission. “Meanwhile, Israel’s expansion of territorial control in Gaza continues to result in the killing and harming of Palestinian civilians who approach or cross the Yellow Line.”

In the West Bank, the report found that Israel - through military operations reinforced by sustained settler violence - has waged a widespread and systematic attack against civilians since 7 October 2023. The conduct of Israeli authorities during this period indicates that they intended for military operations and settler violence to form part of a coordinated attack against Palestinians.

Torture, reproductive violence, rape and other forms of sexual violence form part of the broader attack directed against the civilian population in the West Bank. Sexual violence has been used with the intent to displace, subjugate and destabilize the Palestinian people.

Israeli forces have also deliberately killed and inflicted serious bodily and mental harm against children in the West Bank – as they have in Gaza – committing age-based persecution against Palestinian children.

As part of a broader investigation into the root causes of recurrent tensions and protraction of conflict, the report outlines the key drivers of Israeli violence and concludes that Israel has striven to expand territorially and displace Palestinians through violence since the 1947-48 war. Military operations since January 2025 have led to the largest displacement of Palestinians in the West Bank since 1967, with 34,176 Palestinians remaining displaced as of August 2026.

“Seizing maximum land while minimizing the Palestinian population in relation to size, autonomy and viability stems from Israel’s colonising policies and is rooted in historical practices and patterns of action, resulting in the excessive and discriminatory application of lethal force, displacing, injuring and killing Palestinians over generations,” said Muralidhar. “Attempting to equate Palestinian statehood with a threat to the existence of Israel is blocking any viable attempts to realize Palestinians’ right to self-determination.”

The Palestinian Authority, the report found, has targeted Palestinians who voice dissenting views. Journalists and human rights defenders have been killed and injured, resulting in an increasingly diminished civic space.

“Despite an increase in unnecessary or disproportionate use of force since 7 October 2023, the Palestinian Authority has failed to conduct effective and impartial investigations into incidents of killings and to ensure effective remedy, including financial compensation to victims and their family members,” said Muralidhar.

The Commission makes several recommendations to the concerned States and the international community. Israel should comply with the advisory opinion of July 2024 of the International Court of Justice and immediately end the unlawful occupation of Palestinian territory and remove all settlers and settlements. Essentially, Israel should end and reverse confiscation and appropriation of Palestinian property and reservation of Palestinian land for military purposes and return all confiscated land to its Palestinian owners. The Palestinian Authority must cease the targeting of human rights defenders and conduct independent investigations into alleged violations of international humanitarian and human rights law and provide remedies for the harm suffered by victims who were wrongfully killed and injured by the Palestinian security forces.

Iran & Yemen’s Maritime Trap: How They Control Global Trade

BreakThrough News Saudi Arabia has $142 billion in American weapons. Yemen is the poorest country in the Arab world. So why can't Riyadh win? Last month, Ansar Allah seized Mokha and Perim Island, and with them the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, cutting off Saudi Arabia's alternative oil route around the closed Strait of Hormuz. Mohammed bin Salman begged Trump for US airstrikes, then backed "Dawn of Yemen," a 100-warplane offensive aimed at Sanaa, as crude oil again tops $100 a barrel. Veteran war correspondent and analyst Elijah Magnier joins Rania Khalek and Zoe Alexandra on the Red Sea front, as nearly 1,000 Yemenis have been killed and 184,000 displaced since fighting resumed. But Magnier argues Ansar Allah – often referred to in US media as the Houthis – hasn't lost much ground. He explains why Saudi warplanes are largely powerless in Yemen's mountainous terrain, and why he sees the movement advancing on Taiz and Marib. And Magnier breaks down how Hormuz and Bab ...

Trump & AI Companies Blatantly Meddled in Brazil’s Election to Help the Fascist

The Humanist Report Fascist Flavio Bolsonaro, the son of disgraced insurrectionist ex-president Jair Bolsonaro, came out ahead of leftist President Lula da Silva in Brazil’s election by 2-points. Both candidates will face off in a runoff election in three weeks. Flavio Bolsonaro prevailed, in part, because he enticed Trump to get involved by promising to give American corporations access to Brazil’s natural resources. In other words, Flavio Bolsonaro is willing to sell out his own country for power. Big tech companies also got involved and waged a disinformation campaign to help Bolsonaro. In this video we’ll talk about how Trump and AI companies blatantly meddled with Brazil’s election and talk about why the far right did so well more broadly speaking.

Yemen VAPORIZES Saudi ARAMCO HQ & Obliterates Every Saudi Airport

Jackson Hinkle Official Saudi Arabia's Civil Aviation Authority now confirms that 12 people were killed and 309 injured in Yemen's strike on King Khalid International Airport. Then the strikes kept coming: Terminal 4 in Riyadh, two hits on Dammam's King Fahd airport in 24 hours, Abha, and reports of eight Saudi airports closing. Saudi Airlines is now racing to move billions of dollars' worth of planes out of harm's way, the Misk Global Forum has been cancelled, and the EU–GCC summit has been postponed. After Saudi Arabia struck Yemeni oil fields, Ansarallah issued evacuation warnings for Aramco's Dhahran headquarters, its main Riyadh refinery and King Khalid airport, and footage then showed the Aramco HQ on fire. Now Riyadh is asking for talks in Oman, Trump says nothing happens until after the midterms, and Hinkle shares what the Yemeni delegation went through to reach Iran for the funeral of Sayyed Ali Khamenei.

WE LOST”: Lowkey DROPS BOMBSHELL on Trump, Israel & UK’s FAILED War in Yemen

Double Down News The Pentagon’s worst nightmare has just become a reality. For a decade, the US, UK, and their Gulf proxies spent billions dropping state-of-the-art bombs on Yemen to break them into submission. Instead, the poorest nation on earth just paralysed the Western war machine, shut down 12% of global maritime trade, and bankrupted Israel’s strategic southern port. In this exclusive Double Down News documentary, Lowkey exposes the staggering £15 Billion BAE Systems blood scandal, the dark history of Western intervention, and how a starving, besieged nation weaponised its geography to stand in total solidarity with Gaza—and won. The global military-industrial complex is terrified. This is the story the establishment media refuses to tell you.

EU Is Finished & China Can Now Pull the Plug on the U.S. Economy

Glenn Diesen Yanis Varoufakis is an economist, the former Finance Minister of Greece, and the author of numerous bestselling books. Varoufakis discusses how the EU is a cartel designed by the U.S. that is no longer fit for purpose. The German economic locomotive has broken down; the EU no longer has an economic model, its foreign policy is consumed by war, and it has already become a technological colony. Varoufakis also argues that China can now pull the plug on the U.S. economy if it chooses to do so.

Stephen Hawking confirms: The problem is Capitalism, not robots!

globinfo freexchange According to world famous physicist Stephen Hawking, the rising use of automated machines may mean the end of human rights – not just jobs. But he’s not talking about robots with artificial intelligence taking over the world, he’s talking about the current capitalist political system and its major players. On Reddit, Hawking said that the economic gap between the rich and the poor will continue to grow as more jobs are automated by machines, and the owners of said machines hoard them to create more wealth for themselves. The insatiable thirst for capitalist accumulation bestowed upon humans by years of lies and terrible economic policy has affected technology in such a way that one of its major goals has become to replace human jobs. If we do not take this warning seriously, we may face unfathomable corporate domination. If we let the same people who buy and sell our political system and resources maintain control of automated technology, the...
