Και η Βολιβία στο στόχαστρο της Νέας Τάξης

Ο πρόεδρος της Βολιβίας Evo Morales σε ομιλία του κατά τη διάρκεια της συνόδου κορυφής των G77 και Κίνας που διεξάγεται στην Santa Cruz της Βολιβίας, δήλωσε ότι "Το Συμβούλιο Ασφαλείας του ΟΗΕ θα πρέπει να διαλυθεί επειδή ενθάρρυνε πολέμους και εισβολές από ιμπεριαλιστικές δυνάμεις προκειμένου να κατακτήσουν τις πλουτοπαραγωγικές πηγές των χωρών στις οποίες εισέβαλαν".

Ο Βολιβιανός πρόεδρος πρότεινε επίσης την αντικατάσταση χρηματοπιστωτικών οργανισμών όπως το ΔΝΤ με άλλους οργανισμούς, όπως, μια τράπεζα που θα ένωνε τις αναπτυσσόμενες χώρες του κόσμου.

Παράλληλα, νέα ερωτηματικά εγείρονται για την υπόθεση Dwyer, όπου σε μια επιχείρηση της αστυνομίας, ο Ιρλανδός Michael Dwyer πυροβολήθηκε τον Απρίλιο του 2009 στην Santa Cruz. Σε μια συνέντευξή του, ο εξορισμένος στη Βραζιλία πρώην εισαγγελέας, Marcelo Soza, ισχυρίστηκε ότι ο Dwyer ήταν άοπλος όταν έγινε η επιχείρηση της αστυνομίας.

Η κυβέρνηση της Βολιβίας ισχυρίζονταν πάντα ότι ο Dwyer είχε έρθει στη χώρα ως μέλος μιας τρομοκρατικής οργάνωσης που είχε στόχο να δολοφονήσει τον πρόεδρο Morales.

Όσον αφορά τη σύνοδο κορυφής των G-77, ο πρόεδρος της Κούβας, Ραούλ Κάστρο, κάλεσε όλες τις συμμετέχουσες χώρες να ενωθούν για να αντιμετωπίσουν τις επιθέσεις της κυβέρνησης των ΗΠΑ .

“Σήμερα παραβιάζεται η κρατική κυριαρχία, βιάζονται οι αρχές του διεθνούς δικαίου για να νομιμοποιήσουν επεμβάσεις και χρησιμοποιείται η ισχύς και η απειλή χρήσης της υπό καθεστώς ατιμωρησίας. Ακόμα πλανώνται οι απειλές του πρώην προέδρου των ΗΠΑ Τζόρζ Μπούς τονίζοντας ότι όλες οι χώρες μέλη της ομάδας G-77 πρέπει να εκφράσουν την αλληλεγγύη τους σε εκείνους που απειλούνται με επίθεση”, δήλωσε ο Κάστρο.

Στην συνέχεια, αναφέρθηκε στην περίπτωση της παρέμβασης μέσω πραξικοπημάτων αποσταθεροποίησης και ανατροπής της κυβέρνησης της Βενεζουέλας, καθώς και στον πάνω από 50 χρόνια αποκλεισμό από τις ΗΠΑ που χαρακτήρισε σαν γενοκτονία που έχει προκαλέσει πολλά θύματα στο νησί.

Φαίνεται ότι η παγκόσμια οικονομική ολιγαρχία έχει να αντιμετωπίσει άλλον έναν "ενοχλητικό" πρόεδρο και προσπαθεί να τον αντικαταστήσει με μια κυβέρνηση-μαριονέτα. Ετοιμάζονται οι ΗΠΑ να αντιμετωπίσουν τον Morales με την ίδια τακτική που εφαρμόζουν στην Βενεζουέλα κατά του προέδρου Maduro?
