Το Αμερικανικό βαθύ κράτος κόβει τους τελευταίους δεσμούς με τη Ρωσία

Πριν από μόλις δύο μέρες, κάποιος (πιθανόν από την Αμερική), που διάβασε την Αγγλική έκδοση του άρθρου "Ψυχρός πόλεμος 2.0: Επικίνδυνα παιχνίδια από τα 'γεράκια' της Ουάσιγκτον", το οποίο περιγράφει την παράνοια των "γερακιών" της Ουάσιγκτον και του κορπορατικού-τραπεζικού Αμερικανικού κατεστημένου, που πιθανόν να πιστεύουν ότι μπορούν να επιχειρήσουν ένα πυρηνικό χτύπημα κατά της Ρωσίας και να νικήσουν αποκρούοντας τα Ρωσικά αντίποινα, αντιπαρέβαλε το επιχείρημα ότι "Μια χώρα που στηρίζεται ακόμα στους Ρωσικούς κινητήρες για να θέσει σε τροχιά επικοινωνιακούς δορυφόρους, ξέρει καλά με ποιον έχει να κάνει", εννοώντας προφανώς ότι οι Αμερικανοί δεν θα τολμούσαν κάτι τέτοιο.

Δεν πέρασαν λίγα 24ωρα και το δίκτυο PressTV, δημοσίευσε άρθρο στην ιστοσελίδα του με τίτλο “US House approves funding to replace Russian rocket engines”, ή, "Η Αμερικανική βουλή εγκρίνει χρηματοδότηση για την αντικατάσταση των Ρωσικών πυραυλικών κινητήρων".

Συγκεκριμένα, στο άρθρο αναφέρεται ότι οι νομοθέτες στην Αμερικανική Bουλή των Αντιπροσώπων, ενέκριναν χρηματοδότηση ύψους 220 εκ. δολαρίων για να βοηθήσουν το Πεντάγωνο να αντικαταστήσει τους Ρωσικούς πυραυλικούς κινητήρες που χρησιμοποιούνται για την εκτόξευση δορυφόρων.

Αναφέρεται επίσης ότι στο συγκεκριμένο μέτρο αντιτίθεται η κυβέρνηση Ομπάμα, πράγμα που δείχνει ότι μάλλον είναι σωστή η εκτίμηση ότι ο Ομπάμα δέχεται ασφυκτική πίεση από τα "γεράκια" να τραβήξει τον νέο ψυχρό πόλεμο με τη Ρωσία στα άκρα. Με βάση το συγκεκριμένο μέτρο, ο Αμερικανικός στρατός καλείται να χρησιμοποιήσει κινητήρες κατασκευασμένους στην Αμερική για την εκτόξευση στρατιωτικών δορυφόρων. Οι ΗΠΑ χρησιμοποιούν τους Ρωσικούς κινητήρες RD-180 και ΝΚ-33 για την εκτόξευση, στρατιωτικών και μη, δορυφόρων.

Ακόμα, η κίνηση αυτή έγινε μετά από καταγγελία της Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) κατά της εταιρίας κολοσσού United Launch Alliance (ULA), που προήλθε από τη συγχώνευση Lockheed Martin και Boeing, με την κατηγορία ότι η τελευταία παραβιάζει την απόφαση των ΗΠΑ για κυρώσεις κατά της Ρωσίας, αφού όπως υποστήριξε η SpaceX, η ULA εισάγει τους Ρωσικούς κινητήρες RD-180.

Τελικά το ειδικό δικαστήριο έκρινε ότι οι αγορές αυτές δεν παραβιάζουν τις Αμερικανικές κυρώσεις και προχώρησε στην ακύρωση μιας προσωρινής διάταξης που απέτρεπε τις Αμερικανικές εταιρίες να αγοράζουν Ρωσικούς κινητήρες πυραύλων. Ωστόσο, οι Ρώσοι τελικά αποφάσισαν να σταματήσουν τις πωλήσεις κινητήρων στην Αμερική, ως αντίποινα για τις κυρώσεις της Ουάσιγκτον με αφορμή την κρίση στην Ουκρανία.

Επιπλέον, ο αντιπρόεδρος της Ρωσικής κυβέρνησης, Dmitry Rogozin, έκανε αρκετά σκληρές δηλώσεις λέγοντας ότι "Σκεφτόμαστε σοβαρά αν θα συνεχίσουμε την ανάπτυξη προγραμμάτων υψηλής τεχνολογίας με έναν τόσο αναξιόπιστο εταίρο, όπως οι Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες, που πολιτικοποιεί τα πάντα". Οι Αμερικανοί, μάλιστα, ισχυρίζονται ότι ο Rogozin είναι ο ισχυρός άντρας πίσω από την Ρωσική εταιρία NPO Energomash, που προμηθεύει τους κινητήρες RD-180.

Σε δήλωσή του μέσω email, ο Ρεπουμπλικάνος Rodney Frelinghuysen, ισχυρίστηκε ότι η Ουάσιγκτον δεν πρέπει να εξαρτάται εξολοκλήρου από τη Ρωσία για την εκτόξευση στρατιωτικών δορυφόρων και θα πρέπει να επικεντρωθεί στην ανάπτυξη νέας γενιάς πυραυλικών κινητήρων.

Όλα αυτά δείχνουν πως το βαθύ κράτος των ΗΠΑ προσπαθεί να κόψει κάθε εξάρτηση από την Ρωσία, επιχειρώντας να εξωθήσει τον νέο ψυχρό πόλεμο στα άκρα και ότι κάποιοι στην Ουάσιγκτον αψηφούν επικίνδυνα τις δυνατότητες της Ρωσίας.
