Σοβαρές απειλές κατά Βαξεβάνη-Νοδάρου σε ηχητικά από επίσημες υποκλοπές

“Ευθείες απειλές κατά της ζωής των δημοσιογράφων Κώστα Βαξεβάνη και Μάκη Νοδάρου εκτοξεύουν με μίσος μέσα από την φυλακή σε συνομιλίες με συνεργάτες τους τα μέλη της εγκληματικής οργάνωσης της Ηλείας που εξαρθρώθηκε μετά από την πολύμηνη έρευνα και τα ρεπορτάζ του περιοδικού HOT DOC.”

“Μέσα από το ογκώδες υλικό της ανάλυσης ψηφιακών δεδομένων του συστήματος νόμιμων επισυνδέσεων της Διεύθυνσης Αντιμετώπισης Ειδικών Εγκλημάτων Βίας, αλλά και την ανάλυση στοιχείων από τον ηλεκτρονικό υπολογιστή του προφυλακισμένου εργολάβου, προκύπτουν σοβαρότατα στοιχεία που στοιχειοθετούν άμεση απειλή κατά της ζωής των δύο δημοσιογράφων. Το εντυπωσιακό είναι πως, παρότι οι δύο δημοσιογράφοι έχουν δεχθεί ήδη επιθέσεις, η ΕΛ.ΑΣ. δεν θεώρησε αναγκαίο να τους ενημερώσει για το περιεχόμενο των υποκλοπών και τις νέες απειλές. Ακόμη και την απειλή κατά της ζωής τους την έμαθαν κατά τη διάρκεια ρεπορτάζ, διαβάζοντας μια δικογραφία. Σοβαρές είναι οι ευθύνες των αστυνομικών αρχών, οι οποίες φρουρούν εκατοντάδες δημοσιογράφους, ακόμη και σκανδαλοθηρικών εντύπων, αλλά δεν θεώρησαν αναγκαίο ούτε να προστατεύσουν ούτε καν να ενημερώσουν τους δημοσιογράφους.”

“Από την ανάλυση των ανωτέρω στοιχείων προκύπτει επίσης η στοχοποίηση των δημοσιογράφων του ραδιοφωνικού σταθμού Ionion fm Γιώτας Αργυροπούλου και Δημήτρη Κολόκα που συνέδραμαν με τα ρεπορτάζ στην έρευνα για την εξάρθρωση του κυκλώματος.”

“Στο ίδιο υλικό τα μέλη της εγκληματικής οργάνωσης φέρονται να στοχοποιούν και εκφράζονται απαξιωτικά, υβριστικά και εχθρικά για τον εισαγγελέα του Πύργου και την βουλευτή του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ στην Ηλεία Εφη Σαλτάρη. Εντύπωση προκαλεί το υλικό των φωτογραφιών που είχαν 'τραβήξει' τα μέλη της εγκληματικής οργάνωσης από σελίδα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης, σε κάποιες από τις οποίες απεικονίζεται ο δημοσιογράφος Μάκης Νοδάρος συγγενικό του πρόσωπο, και οι δημοσιογράφοι Γιώτα Αργυροπούλου από το Ionion fm, Γιώργος Μαρινόπουλος της ΕΡΤ, Γιάννης Σπηρούνης διαχειριστής της ενημερωτικής ιστοσελίδας Ilialive και δημοσιογράφος της εφημερίδας 'Πρωϊνή', οι οποίοι είχαν αναδείξει με ρεπορτάζ την παραβατική συμπεριφορά του εργολάβου στην Ηλεία.”

“Τα μέλη της εγκληματικής οργάνωσης, με βάση τα στοιχεία που προέκυψαν από την νόμιμη παρακολούθηση των τηλεφώνων τους, με πρωτοφανές μίσος κάνουν λόγο για 'ανθρώπους της νύχτας', για 'κόψιμο λαιμών' και για 'μοντάρισμα' των ενοχλητικών δημοσιογράφων.”
