Ο Κιμ Ιλ Μητσοτάκης

“Γιατί χαίρεται ο κόσμος και χαμογελά πατέρα”; Αυτό είναι το μεγάλο δημοσιογραφικό ερώτημα των ημερών το οποίο τρέχουν να απαντήσουν οι εκδότες και οι αρθρογράφοι με σαφήνεια: “μα γιατί εξελέγη Ο Κυριάκος”.

Διαβάζοντας κάποιος τα ρεπορτάζ και τα άρθρα για την μετεκλογική ΝΔ, ανακαλύπτει τον Κιμ Ιλ Μητσοτάκη. Τον πεφωτισμένο ηγέτη, τον ικανό πολιτικό, το νέο σωτήρα της χώρας, μα κυρίως αυτόν που θα ισοπεδώσει τον Τσίπρα.

Μέσα από μια διαδικασία πολιτικής παρθενογένεσης, ο Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης έγινε ξαφνικά μια ιδέα. Έπαψε να είναι ο γιός του Επίτιμου, ο εκλεκτός του Χριστοφοράκου, ο εκφραστής της οικογενειοκρατίας και του απάνθρωπου νεοφιλελευθερισμού που γνώρισαν όλοι όσο ήταν υπουργός. Λάμπει ξαφνικά ο Κυριάκος και δεν είναι από τους προβολείς της SIEMENS αλλά από σπουδαιότητα. Και δεν υπάρχουν πιο σπουδαίοι από αυτούς που φτιάχνουν τα κανάλια και οι ξεπεσμένοι εκδότες, αρκεί να έχεις ανοιχτή την τηλεόραση.

Μέσα από μια σχεδόν αυτόματη διαδικασία, όπως περιγράφουν οι αναλυτές, ο Κυριάκος θα πάρει από το Ποτάμι, θα πάρει από το ΠΑΣΟΚ, θα πάρει από όλα τα κόμματα πολιτικούς, για να καταπλήξει τελικώς τα πλήθη, ακόμη και του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και να καταφέρει-όπως γράφει ανερυθρίαστα δημοσιογράφος του πολυχρονομένου και πολυδανεισμένου Ψυχάρη- να απαλλάξει τη χώρα από έξι χρόνια λιτότητας. Φυσικά τη λιτότητα αφήνει να εννοείται πως την έχει φέρει ο Τσίπρας και όχι ο Μητσοτάκης με την παρέα του.

Η αλήθεια είναι πως ο Κυριάκος είναι μια κάποια λύση για το σύστημα. Πραγματικά υπάρχουν στα κόμματα φυγόκεντρες δυνάμεις με κατεύθυνση τον Κυριάκο. Αλλά αυτό δεν είναι τίποτα διαφορετικό από ό,τι εκφράζεται τα τελευταία χρόνια. Κόμματα και κομματίδια, πολιτικοί και καιροσκόποι, φιλόδοξοι ή φορείς της πολιτικής απόγνωσης, δημιουργούν διάφορα ενωτικά μέτωπα και συμπαρατάξεις πάνω στην ίδια πολιτική. Ελιές του Σημίτη, Συμπαρατάξεις του Βενιζέλου, ξεροπόταμοι του Θεοδωράκη, συνέθεσαν τις μεγάλες πάντα κατά τα ΜΜΕ συμμαχίες που κατέρρευσαν μαζί με το εκδοτικό κατεστημένο που τις δημιούργησε.

Ναι, είναι αλήθεια πως πολλοί αποτυχημένοι της πολιτικής, θα φύγουν από τους πιο αποτυχημένους φορείς τους, μήπως και σωθούν. Και επειδή αυτό δεν μπορούν να το πουν φόβο και καιροσκοπισμό, θα το βαφτίσουν όραμα που είδε γουρλώνοντας μια μέρα τα μάτια ο Κυριάκος.

Η Φώφη ανακάλυψε ξαφνικά τον κακό νεοφιλελευθερισμό και την κακιά ΝΔ, μετά από χρόνια συγκατοίκησης, μήπως και ανακόψει την πορεία προς τον Κυριάκο. Ο Σταύρος Θεοδωράκης ο οποίος εδώ και καιρό ψάχνει τρόπο για εγκαταλείψει το Ποτάμι χωρίς να το πάρουν χαμπάρι αυτή τη φορά οι κάμερες, κάνει δηλώσεις για τη λάμψη Μητσοτάκη μήπως και καταφέρει να τρυπώσει πριν εξαφανιστεί από τις εξελίξεις. Ναι, υπάρχουν πολλοί που βλέπουν το Θεοδωράκη όχι ως σωτήρα αλλά ως σωτήρας τους και θα κάνουν τα πάντα για να συμπορευτούν μαζί του. Αυτό όμως δεν αλλάζει τα πράγματα. Με τον Μητσοτάκη και με τον Σαμαρά και με τον Βενιζέλο ήταν τόσα χρόνια. Η αλλαγή της μαρκίζας δεν αλλάζει την πραγματικότητα.

Όταν θα περάσει ο μήνας του μέλιτος, ο Κυριάκος πρέπει να απαντήσει όχι στον Τσίπρα αλλά στην κοινωνία και το κόμμα του. Και τα δύο είναι εξίσου δύσκολα.

Οι συντηρητικές δυνάμεις στην Ελλάδα και κυρίως η διαπλοκή, θέλουν ένα θεό να κάνει το θαύμα, προκειμένου να επανακαταλάβουν την εξουσία. Και επειδή ο θεός δεν τα πάει καλά μαζί τους τελευταία, είναι έτοιμοι να τον κατασκευάσουν.

Ή έναν Κιμ Ιλ έστω...

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique. Ellsberg claims that recent articles, including from this website, often “ paint a picture of the crisis in Nicaragua that is dangerously misleading. ” Unfortunately, her own article does just that. It looks at the situation entirely from the perspective of those opposing Daniel Ortega’s government while whitewashing their malevolent behavior and downplaying the levels of US support they have relied on. Her piece is an incomplete depiction of what is happening on the ground, ignoring many salient facts that have come to light and which have been outdated by recent events.
