Βοηθήστε τον Ψυχάρη, σώστε τον Πρετεντέρη

Οι μέρες είναι συγκλονιστικές. Το ηλεκτρονικό ΒΗΜΑ, κυκλοφόρησε με μια παντιέρα με το σήμα της εφημερίδας και μια πένα για κοντάρι. Ο Σπύρος Γεωργιάδης -που πολύ θέλει να είναι Άδωνις- μας κάλεσε να κάνουμε πράξη αντίστασης αγοράζοντας μια εφημερίδα του ΔΟΛ.

Οι σελίδες των εντύπων του συγκροτήματος γέμισαν με ρεπορτάζ για την προσφορά της εφημερίδας στον πολιτισμό και τις τέχνες. Λίγο ακόμα να σηκωθούμε, λίγο ψηλότερα, φωνάζουν από το κτήριο της Πειραιώς με τους απλήρωτους υπαλλήλους της ΝΔ. Στην αφήγηση του συγκροτήματος, για όσα συμβαίνουν στο ΔΟΛ, φταίνε οι αντικειμενικές συνθήκες ανάπτυξης του διαδικτύου που ρίχνουν τις κυκλοφορίες, φταίει η οικονομική κρίση, φταίει η κυβέρνηση, φυσικά οι άλλες κακόβουλες εφημερίδες όπως το Documento, αλλά προς Θεού δεν φταίνε αυτοί, τα δάνεια και ο Ψυχάρης.

Όλο το σύμπαν συνωμοτεί για να κλείσει ο ΔΟΛ, να μείνουν στο δρόμο άνθρωποι, να συκοφαντηθεί αυτός ο άγιος άνθρωπος Σταύρος Ψυχάρης, που η αγιοσύνη τους είναι πιστοποιημένη και με ISO του Αγίου Όρους και του Πάγκαλου που τον τοποθέτησε Διοικητή.

Φυσικά οι υπέρμαχοι της ελευθερίας του Τύπου αυτού του τύπου, την ώρα που την επικαλούνται για να μην κλείσει ο ΔΟΛ, αποκαλούν περιθωριακά έντυπα άλλες εφημερίδες, γράφουν και διαδίδουν πως άλλες εφημερίδες όπως το Documento καλά θα κάνουν να κλείσουν, πως όσοι δημοσιογραφούν διαφορετικά από αυτούς είναι κατάπτυστοι και άλλα πολλά.

Όπως κάνουν οι πατριδοκάπηλοι «πατριώτες», ταυτίζουν το συμφέρον της πατρίδας τους με τον εαυτό τους. Του Συγκροτήματος εν προκειμένω με την ελευθερία του Τύπου.

Καλά όσα ρομαντικά γράφονται για το ΔΟΛ και την ανάγκη του να υπάρχει. Αλλά αυτή η ανάγκη, δεκαετίες τώρα, δεν ήταν παρά πολιτικά παιχνίδια εξουσίας και πλουτισμού. Όποτε συνέφερε τον Ψυχάρη ήταν εκδότης ιστορικού δημοσιογραφικού συγκροτήματος και όποτε τον συνέφερε έμπαινε από τις πίσω πόρτες στο Μαξίμου, ή χάιδευε γάτες Ιμαλαίων κατά τα λεγόμενά του. Ο ΔΟΛ δεν είναι εκδοτικό συγκρότημα. Είναι μια οικονομική επιχείρηση που μπήκε παράτυπα στο χρηματιστήριο για να πλουτίσουν (κι άλλο) οι μέτοχοι, που δημιούργησε μονοπωλιακά εταιρείες διανομής Τύπου, ταξιδιωτικά πρακτορεία με την χορηγία του κράτους, που επιχείρησε να μονοπωλήσει αλλά κυρίως να κερδίσει από τον πολιτισμό. Για να τα κάνει όλα αυτά δεν επένδυσε, δεν ρίσκαρε, πήρε κρατικές χορηγίες και δάνεια χωρίς εγγυήσεις. Ο ιδιοκτήτης του, ο Σταύρος Ψυχάρης, από υπάλληλος του ΔΟΛ, έγινε (ω του θάυματος του Αγιορείτικου) ιδιοκτήτης, φυσικά με το μισθό του. Και όχι μόνο ιδιοκτήτης του ΔΟΛ, αλλά και μερικών offshore εταιρειών με τεράστια περιουσία όπως η βίλα του στο Πόρτο Χέλι.

Αφού έζησε πάνω από τις δυνατότητές του μαζί με μια ομάδα καλοπληρωμένων από τα δανεικά και αγύριστα, αφού διατάχθηκε έρευνα για φοροδιαφυγή και ξέπλυμα μαύρου χρήματος εναντίον του, δείχνει τώρα το κουφάρι της πτωχευμένεης επιχείρησής του ζητώντας οίκτο και απαιτώντας σωτηρία.

Δεν ζητά να σωθεί ο Τύπος, ούτε οι εργαζόμενοι. Ζητά να σωθεί ο ίδιος και οι «διαχειριστές» του, να καβατζάρει τον κάβο που τον απειλεί, θεωρώντας πως με μια άλλη κυβέρνηση μετά την «παρένθεση ΣΥΡΙΖΑ» θα ξανανοίξουν οι κάνουλες και θα ξανατρέξουν δάνεια με εγγύηση αέρα.

Προσπαθεί όπως έκανε δεκαετίες, να εγκλωβίσει την κοινή γνώμη στα διλήμματα που δημιουργεί ο ίδιος για να εξυπηρετηθεί ο ίδιος. Όχι, δεν κινδυνεύει η ελευθερία του Τύπου επειδή αυτό λέει ο Ψυχάρης και όσοι προωθήθηκαν από αυτόν, κάτι τύποι που (για να παραφράσω τον Κατσιφάρα) δεν θα τους ήξερε ούτε περιπτεράς τους αν δεν υπήρχε ο Ψυχάρης. Ο ΔΟΛ δεν δημοσιογραφεί και ούτε η απώλεια με το κλείσιμό του είναι αυτή που περιγράφουν. Είναι σα να βγαίνει από την κυκλοφορία ένα επικίνδυνο λεωφορείο και αυτοί που δεν θέλουν να χάσουν, να υποστηρίζουν πως πλήττεται με τον τρόπο αυτό η ελεύθερη μετακίνηση των επιβατών. Ο ΔΟΛ είναι ένα επικίνδυνο λεωφορείο, που αν επιζήσει παρά και ενάντια στους δικούς τους νόμους της αγοράς, αυτό θα σημαίνει πως πάλι υπήρξε μια ακόμη παρανομία και μια εξαίρεση.

Ο ΔΟΛ δεν έχει καμιά σχέση με τη δημοσιογραφία. Η δημοσιογραφία είναι η πρόφαση, η ταμπέλα. Το διακύβευμα δεν είναι οι 300 εργαζόμενοι που όπως εμφανίζεται θα χάσουν τη δουλειά τους αλλά το αν οι επιτήδειοι και η τακτικές που κατέστρεψαν τη χώρα, θα συνεχίσουν να επιβεβαιώνονται. Αυτό και τίποτα άλλο. Τον Ψυχάρη θέλουν να σώσουν και τον Πρετεντέρη.
