Ο πραγματικός λόγος που η Ευρώπη δεν θα ακολουθήσει τις ΗΠΑ σε ένα καταστροφικό πόλεμο με το Ιράν


Σε προχθεσινή ανάρτηση της ιστοσελίδας του Russia Today, αναφέρεται ότι η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση σχεδιάζει να σταματήσει τη χρήση του δολαρίου για αγορά πετρελαίου από το Ιράν, μετατρέποντας όλες τις συναλλαγές σε ευρώ. Αναφέρεται επίσης ότι η αποκάλυψη έγινε από διπλωματική πηγή στο επίσης Ρωσικό RIA Novosti.

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι, ήδη από τον Απρίλιο (δηλαδή πριν την ακύρωση της συμφωνίας για το πυρηνικό πρόγραμμα του Ιράν από τις ΗΠΑ), το Ιράν είχε ανακοινώσει ότι σταματάει τη χρήση του δολαρίου ως επίσημο νόμισμα αναφοράς ξένων νομισμάτων, αντικαθιστώντας το με το ευρώ. Η απόφαση είχε ως στόχο να ενθαρρύνει κυβερνητικούς οργανισμούς και εταιρίες που συναλλάσσονται με κράτος, να στραφούν προς το ευρώ σε βάρος του δολαρίου.


Καθώς το Ιράν αποτελεί μόνιμο στόχο της Αμερικανικής αυτοκρατορίας, εδώ και δεκαετίες, φαίνεται ότι η ηγεσία της χώρας έχει αλλάξει στρατηγική προς μια πιο ευέλικτη εξωτερική πολιτική. Εκτός από τις προσπάθειες που γίνονται για απεξάρτηση από το πετροδολάριο και την περαιτέρω προσέγγιση με το Σινο-Ρωσικό μπλοκ, το Ιράν επιδιώκει περαιτέρω προσέγγιση και με την Ευρώπη.

Μετά την άρση των κυρώσεων κατά της χώρας τον Ιανουάριο του 2016, το Ιράν προχώρησε σε μια στρατηγική κίνηση τον Δεκέμβριο του ίδιου έτους. Όπως είχε αναφέρει το Ιρανικό PressTV, η Εθνική Ιρανική Εταιρία Πετρελαίου είχε συνάψει συμβόλαια με μεγάλες Ευρωπαϊκές εταιρίες όπως η Shell και η Total για έρευνα και συνεκμετάλλευση νέων και υφιστάμενων κοιτασμάτων πετρελαίου και φυσικού αερίου.

Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι η κίνηση έγινε αμέσως μετά την εκλογή του Ντόναλντ Τραμπ στην προεδρία των ΗΠΑ. Ο Τραμπ υπήρξε ανοιχτό βιβλίο για τους Ιρανούς αφού δεν έχανε ευκαιρία να εκδηλώνει την εχθρότητά του απέναντι στη χώρα, στέλνοντας σαφή μηνύματα ότι ήταν αποφασισμένος να προκαλέσει μια πολεμική σύρραξη. Αυτός ήταν μάλλον ένας επιπλέον σημαντικός λόγος προκειμένου το Ιραν να σχεδιάσει μια πιο ευέλικτη και πολυδιάστατη στρατηγική, εκμεταλλευόμενο βεβαίως και τα ισχυρά ρήγματα μέσα στους κόλπους της Δυτικής συμμαχίας, τα οποία, όπως ήταν φυσικό, μεγάλωσαν με την άνοδο του Τραμπ στην εξουσία.

Αξίζει επίσης να σημειωθεί ότι ο διατλαντικός πόλεμος μεταξύ των Αμερικανικών και των Ευρωπαϊκών (κυρίως Γερμανικών) μεγάλων εταιριών είχε κορυφωθεί λίγο πριν την εκλογή Τραμπ. Ενδεικτικό αυτού του πολέμου ήταν τα τεράστια πρόστιμα που αξίωναν οι Ευρωπαϊκές και οι Αμερικανικές αρχές από εταιρίες κολοσσούς στην άλλη πλευρά του Ατλαντικού, όπως η Apple και η Deutsche Bank, για υποθέσεις απάτης και φοροδιαφυγής.

Για την ώρα, ο μοναδικός ασθενής κρίκος στην Ευρωπαϊκή συμμαχία φαίνεται και πάλι να είναι η Βρετανία. Και αυτό, όχι μόνο λόγω Brexit και της γενικότερης αναθέρμανσης των σχέσεων της Βρετανίας με τις ΗΠΑ. Η αδύναμη συντηρητική κυβέρνηση θα έχει να αντιμετωπίσει ενδεχομένως άλλον ένα μεγάλο πονοκέφαλο, αφού θα πρέπει να ισορροπήσει ανάμεσα στα μεγάλα οικονομικά συμφέροντα εντός της χώρας. Παρά την παρουσία της Shell στο Ιράν, είναι βέβαιο ότι το ισχυρό λόμπι των μεγάλων εταιριών όπλων δεν βλέπει με καλό μάτι την προσέγγιση με το Ιράν. Και αυτό επειδή η Σαουδική Αραβία, που είναι ο καλύτερος πελάτης τους, μαζί και με το ισχυρό Ισραηλινό λόμπι, θα απαιτήσουν από τη Βρετανική κυβέρνηση να ακολουθήσει τις ΗΠΑ στην απόφασή τους να μποϊκοτάρουν τη συμφωνία για τα πυρηνικά του Ιράν, αλλιώς θα σταματήσουν, φυσικά, να αγοράζουν Βρετανικά όπλα. Η Τερέσα Μέι θα βρεθεί σε ακόμη πιο δύσκολη θέση, καθώς έχει ήδη δεχθεί σφοδρή κριτική από την αντιπολίτευση ότι σέρνεται πίσω από τις αποφάσεις του Ντόναλντ Τραμπ, με αφορμή τους πρόσφατους βομβαρδισμούς εναντίον της Συρίας που έγιναν χωρίς την έγκριση του Βρετανικού κοινοβουλίου.

Απέναντι στην μάλλον έξυπνη στρατηγική του Ιράν, ο Τραμπ έχει επιδείξει μια σχεδόν ερασιτεχνική συμπεριφορά. Αντί να απαντήσει με μια εξίσου εξελιγμένη και καλά σχεδιασμένη στρατηγική μέσα σε αυτό το σκληρό γεωπολιτικό πεδίο μάχης, ουσιαστικά έκανε αυτό ακριβώς που ήθελε το Ιράν. Χειροτέρεψε τις σχέσεις των ΗΠΑ με τους Δυτικούς συμμάχους, περιόρισε την επιρροή του μέσα στο Συμβούλιο Ασφαλείας των Ηνωμένων Εθνών, και απομόνωσε διεθνώς ακόμα περισσότερο τις ΗΠΑ. Μετά και την εντελώς απερίσκεπτη απόφαση να μεταφέρει την Αμερικανική πρεσβεία στην Ιερουσαλήμ, φαίνεται ότι του έχει απομείνει μόνο ο Νετανιάχου ως αληθινός σύμμαχος.

Ο Τραμπ ενήργησε εν θερμώ. Έσπευσε να 'σκοτώσει' τη συμφωνία με το Ιράν και έφτιαξε την πιο πολεμοχαρή ομάδα με κορυφαίο τον σύμβουλο ασφαλείας και αιμοδιψή νεοσυντηρητικό, Τζον Μπόλτον. Ο Μπόλτον υπήρξε ένας από τους αρχιτέκτονες του πολέμου του Ιράκ και μόνιμος προπαγανδιστής υπέρ ενός νέου πολέμου με το Ιράν εδώ και χρόνια.

Με αυτή την τακτική, ο Τραμπ έχει περιορίσει εξαιρετικά τις επιλογές των ΗΠΑ. Το Αμερικανικό βαθύ κράτος δεν έχει καμία τύχη στο να σύρει τους Ευρωπαίους σε άλλον ένα καταστροφικό πόλεμο, εκτός ίσως και αν σχεδιάσει μια σειρά από ακραίες και καλά σχεδιασμένες επιχειρήσεις προβοκάτσιας. Πολύ δύσκολη αποστολή σε μια εποχή που η τυπική προπαγάνδα υπέρ του πολέμου χάνει ισχύ με ταχύτατους ρυθμούς, ακόμα και για το Αμερικανικό κοινό.
