Η Ιταλία σε πορεία μετωπικής σύγκρουσης με την Ευρωπαϊκή Χρηματοπιστωτική Δικτατορία


Ο Πρόεδρος της Ιταλικής Δημοκρατίας, λειτουργώντας στα όρια του Συντάγματος σχεδόν με εκτροπή, αρνήθηκε έναν Υπουργό Οικονομικών όχι για λόγους ηθικού παραπτώματος, αλλά με πολιτική παρέμβαση επειδή θεώρησε ότι η τοποθέτηση του θα ενοχλούσε τις αγορές, είπε ο ανταποκριτής ελληνικών ΜΜΕ για χρόνια στη Ρώμη, Δημήτρης Δεληολάνης, μιλώντας στον 98.4.

H χοντροκομμένη παρέμβαση Ματαρέλα δείχνει και το επίπεδο απόγνωσης στο οποίο έχει φτάσει η παλιά πολιτική τάξη της Ιταλίας και οι οικονομικοί και κοινωνικοί τομείς τους οποίους εκπροσωπούν, που είναι κυρίως ο τραπεζικός, χρηματοπιστωτικός τομέας, ο οποίος κινδυνεύει πάρα πολύ με το πρόγραμμα της Λέγκας του Βορρά και του Κινήματος των Πέντε Αστέρων.

Υπάρχει μια παρόμοια κατάσταση στην Ιταλία όσον αφορά το σύστημα πληροφόρησης. Αυτή τη στιγμή, όπως και στη Ελλάδα, υπάρχει ένα σύστημα πληροφόρησης που είναι εχθρικό απέναντι στην εν δυνάμει πλειοψηφία στο Ιταλικό κοινοβούλιο.

Το βασικό επιχείρημα που χρησιμοποιεί αυτό το σύστημα πληροφόρησης είναι οικείο σ'εμάς. Ότι, με λίγα λόγια κινδυνεύουν οι καταθέσεις των πολιτών, ότι οδηγείται η χώρα στην καταστροφή, κ.λ.π.

Η Ιταλική κοινή γνώμη είναι έντονα διχασμένη και μερικές χιλιάδες συγκεντρώθηκαν έξω από το προεδρικό μέγαρο ζητώντας να τεθεί υπό κατηγορία ο Ιταλός πρόεδρος. Υπάρχει διχασμός ανάμεσα και στους συνταγματολόγους με τους περισσότερους να υποστηρίζουν ότι ο Ιταλός πρόεδρος πήρε εξουσίες οι οποίες δεν του ανήκουν από το σύνταγμα.

Οι τεχνοκράτες έχουν αφήσει μια οδυνηρή ανάμνηση στην Ιταλία. Ο Μάριο Μόντι στις εκλογές πήγε πάρα πολύ άσχημα και τώρα είναι ουσιαστικά εκτός πολιτικής.

Δεν αποκλείεται η κίνηση Ματαρέλα να έγινε και σε συνεννόηση με Ευρωπαϊκά κέντρα και με το Βερολίνο. Σίγουρα εξυπηρέτησε τα συμφέροντά τους καθώς βλέπουν με ανησυχία ότι οι πολιτικοί συσχετισμοί και στην Ιταλία αλλάζουν εις βάρος τους. Είναι αναπόφευκτη η νίκη των δύο αντισυστημικών κομμάτων, άρα τα κέντρα αυτά απλώς κερδίζουν λίγο χρόνο ώστε να μπορέσουν να οργανωθούν και να το αντιμετωπίσουν με τρόπο ενιαίο, γιατί αιφνιδιάστηκαν, δεν είχαν προβλέψει τέτοια εξέλιξη.

Πρόκειται για θεσμικό πραξικόπημα αυτό που έγινε στην Ιταλία καθώς υπάρχει μια πλειοψηφία στη βουλή η οποία απαγορεύεται να κυβερνήσει.

Μετά την προκλητική στάση Ματαρέλα, προβλέπεται ότι τα αντισυστημικά κόμματα θα ενισχυθούν ακόμα περισσότερο, μετά από μια περίοδο μερικών μηνών κατά την οποία μια συστημική κυβέρνηση τεχνοκρατών θα καταρτίσει τον προϋπολογισμό και θα οδηγήσει την Ιταλία σε εκλογές.


Προμηνύονται δραματικές εξελίξεις τους επόμενους μήνες καθώς είναι ξεκάθαρο ότι η Ιταλία βρίσκεται σε πορεία μετωπικής σύγκρουσης με την Ευρωπαϊκή Χρηματοπιστωτική Δικτατορία.

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι, ενώ η Ελλάδα υπήρξε το κύριο θύμα ενός οικονομικού πολέμου, η Γερμανία χρησιμοποίησε την οικονομική της ισχύ και τον έλεγχο της Ευρωπαϊκής Κεντρικής Τράπεζας προκειμένου να επιβάλλει λιτότητα, σαδο-μονεταρισμό και νεοφιλελεύθερη καταστροφή μέσα από σιωπηλά οικονομικά πραξικοπήματα σε Ιρλανδία, Ιταλία και Κύπρο, όπως περιγράφεται στο ντοκιμαντέρ This is not a coup του Άρη Χατζηστεφάνου.

Άρα, πρόκειται ουσιαστικά για ένα δεύτερο πραξικόπημα κατά της Ιταλίας μετά από αυτό του 2011 όπου ο Μπερλουσκόνι 'αντικαταστάθηκε' με τον τεχνοκράτη Μόντι, χωρίς καμία συνταγματική νομιμότητα.

Εντωμεταξύ, οι γραφειοφασίστες των Βρυξελλών εξαπέλυσαν ευθείες απειλές κατά των Ιταλών ψηφοφόρων. Όπως δήλωσε ο Ευρωπαίος Επίτροπος Προϋπολογισμού, Γκίντερ Έτινγκερ, «Η εξέλιξη των κρατικών ομολόγων, της χρηματιστηριακής αξίας των τραπεζών, της οικονομίας της Ιταλίας, έχει ήδη σκιαστεί αρνητικά (...) Μπορούμε να αναμένουμε επομένως ότι αυτό θα παίξει κάποιο ρολο στην προεκλογική εκστρατεία, ως ένδειξη για να μην οδηγήσουν (σ.σ. οι ψηφοφόροι) τους λαϊκιστές της δεξιάς ή της αριστεράς στην κυβέρνηση».

Οι δηλώσεις Έτινγκερ αποτελούν άλλη μια απόδειξη ότι οι περίφημες αγορές δεν λειτουργούν με καθαρά οικονομικά κριτήρια, αλλά χρησιμοποιούνται ως όπλο για τη στυγνή επιβολή της πειθαρχίας των κρατών στο καταστροφικό νεοφιλελεύθερο μοντέλο, τον σαδο-μονεταρισμό και τη λιτότητα.

Σε περίπτωση που οι Ιταλοί 'τολμήσουν' να ενισχύσουν ακόμα περισσότερο τα αντι-συστημικά κόμματα στις επόμενες εκλογές, αναμένεται μια σφοδρή επίθεση από τις αγορές στα Ιταλικά σπρεντ με στόχο να εκτοξευθεί το επιτόκιο δανεισμού και να αναγκαστεί η Ιταλία, με όποια κυβέρνηση, να καταφύγει στη χούντα της ΕΚΤ, εφαρμόζοντας ακόμα πιο σκληρά μέτρα, όπως έγινε και με την Ελλάδα. Το σχέδιο που περιγράφεται στον παρακάτω φανταστικό διάλογο θα τεθεί σε εφαρμογή:

           Θα αρχίσουμε από την Ιταλία και την Ισπανία. Θα δώσουμε εντολή στους οίκους αξιολόγησης να επιτεθούν, θα τις αποκλείσουμε από τις αγορές και θα τις ρίξουμε στην παγίδα της Ευρωπαϊκής Κεντρικής Τράπεζας. Θα αναγκαστούν να πάρουν παρόμοια μέτρα με την Ελλάδα, ώστε να λαμβάνουν ρευστότητα. Μετά, θα επιτεθούμε στη Γαλλία και την Γερμανία.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique. Ellsberg claims that recent articles, including from this website, often “ paint a picture of the crisis in Nicaragua that is dangerously misleading. ” Unfortunately, her own article does just that.
