Απόλυτη επιβεβαίωση: ο ιδεολογικός φανατισμός της κυβέρνησης Μητσοτάκη την έφερε κιόλας μπροστά στο πρώτο αδιέξοδο

Για άλλη μια φορά επιβεβαιωνόμαστε πανηγυρικά. Αμέσως μετά την αναγνώριση του αποτυχημένου πραξικοπηματία Χουάν Γκουαϊδό από την κυβέρνηση Μητσοτάκη, είχαμε επισημάνει ότι:

Η κίνηση αυτή αποτελεί άλλη μια απόδειξη ότι ακόμα και η εξωτερική πολιτική της κυβέρνησης θα καθορίζεται, ως επί το πλείστον, από τον τυφλό φανατισμό της και όχι από μελετημένες κινήσεις που απαιτούν συνεχείς ελιγμούς και συνετές αποφάσεις.

Ασχέτως ιδεολογικού προσανατολισμού και προτιμήσεων, η κυβέρνηση Μητσοτάκη έπρεπε να εκμεταλλευτεί την ουδέτερη στάση της χώρας όσον αφορά τη Βενεζουέλα και να έχει την υπομονή να περιμένει να δει που θα οδηγήσουν οι διαπραγματεύσεις. Όμως αντί να εκμεταλλευτεί το πλεονέκτημα που απέκτησε η χώρα με την ουδέτερη στάση, κάτω από τις παρούσες συνθήκες, έσπευσε να το σπαταλήσει, λόγω της ιδεολογικής εμμονής που χαρακτηρίζει τη συντριπτική πλειοψηφία των μελών της.

Αυτό είναι ένα δείγμα του ιδεολογικού φανατισμού που διακατέχει τα γαλάζια στελέχη και που μπορεί να αποβεί μοιραίος όσον αφορά την εξωτερική πολιτική και τα εθνικά ζητήματα. Διότι στη διεθνή διπλωματία δεν χωράνε κανενός είδους φανατισμοί και ιδεοληψίες.

Δεν πέρασε μήνας και η κυβέρνηση Μητσοτάκη φαίνεται να βρίσκεται ήδη εκτεθειμένη και σε σαφώς δύσκολη θέση, λόγω της βλακωδώς βεβιασμένης κίνησης να αναγνωρίσει τον Γκουαϊδό. Το ρεπορτάζ της Ελληνικής έκδοσης της Deutsche Welle τα λέει όλα:

Οι σχέσεις Καράκας - Βερολίνου αποκαταστάθηκαν, δείγμα ρεαλισμού και των δύο πλευρών. Τώρα η νέα ελληνική κυβέρνηση, που έσπευσε να αναγνωρίσει ως μεταβατικό πρόεδρο τον Γκουαϊδό, πρέπει να επιδείξει τον ίδιο ρεαλισμό.  

Η επιστροφή πριν λίγες ημέρες του Ντάνιελ Κρίνερ στο Καράκας πέρασε σχεδόν απαρατήρητη. Δεν μπορεί να συγκριθεί σε καμιά περίπτωση με το θόρυβο που ξεσήκωσε η κήρυξή του σε persona non grata από την κυβέρνηση Μαδούρο και η απέλασή του από τη χώρα πριν 4 μήνες, Ο πρέσβης της Γερμανίας στη Βενεζουέλα είχε ταχθεί ανοιχτά στο πλευρό του Χουάν Γκουαϊδό, όταν αυτοανακηρύχθηκε πρόεδρος της Βενεζουέλας στις 24 Ιανουαρίου.

Με δημόσιες δηλώσεις του είχε επανειλημμένα ζητήσει από τον Νικολάς Μαδούρο να παραιτηθεί, γεγονός που θεωρήθηκε ως ανάμειξη στα εσωτερικά της χώρας.

Η αποκατάσταση των διπλωματικών σχέσεων των δύο χωρών ήταν αποτέλεσμα ρεαλιστικής προσέγγισης και από τις δύο πλευρές.

Αρχές Ιουλίου ο βενεζουελανός υφυπουργός Εξωτερικών για θέματα Ευρώπης Ιβάν Χιλ συναντήθηκε στο Βερολίνο με την εντεταλμένη του γερμανικού υπουργείου Εξωτερικών για τη Λατινική Αμερική και Καραϊβική Μάριαν Σούεγκραφ με στόχο την εξομάλυνση των διμερών σχέσεων και την επανέναρξη του διαλόγου, που σημειωτέον δεν είχε διακοπεί ποτέ, ακόμη και στο διάστημα που η θέση του Κρίνερ στη πρεσβεία στο Καράκας είχε μείνει κενή.

Ο κ. Κοτροκόης [ο  Έλληνας πρέσβης στο Καράκας] επρόκειτο να αναχωρήσει από το  πόστο του οριστικά τις πρώτες ημέρες του Αυγούστου, αφού αποχαιρέτισε συναδέλφους, φίλους, συνεργάτες στην πρεσβεία και την ελληνική κοινότητα.

Μάλιστα η Βενεζουέλα του επιδαψίλευσε υψηλή τιμή. Του απένειμε το παράσημο Francisco de Miranda πρώτης τάξεως με την ευκαιρία της ολοκλήρωσης της θητείας του. Σύμφωνα με το σκεπτικό της παρασημοφόρησης «ο Έλληνας πρέσβης προσέφερε υπηρεσίες στη υπόθεση της ειρήνης και του διαλόγου … ζητούσε πάντα πληροφορίες από πρώτο χέρι και δεν παρασύρθηκε ποτέ από τα ΜΜΕ, από άλλες κυβερνήσεις που έκαναν σκέψεις για τη Βενεζουέλα».

Ωστόσο, από γερμανικές διπλωματικές πηγές έγινε γνωστό ότι η αναχώρηση του έλληνα πρέσβη καθυστερεί προσωρινά. Ίσως να σχετίζεται με το ότι η ελληνική κυβέρνηση αναγνώρισε τον αρχηγό της αντιπολίτευσης και πρόεδρο της εκλεγμένης εθνοσυνέλευσης Χουάν Γκουαϊδό ως νόμιμο μεταβατικό πρόεδρο της Βενεζουέλας, προκειμένου να προχωρήσει στην κήρυξη ελεύθερων και δημοκρατικών προεδρικών εκλογών. Σε αυτήν την περίπτωση η επίδοση διαπιστευτηρίων θα πρέπει να γίνει στον Γκουαιδό, που όμως μετά από 6 μήνες δεν κατάφερε να δημιουργήσει γύρω του κυβερνητικές δομές, και όχι στον Μαδούρο, κι αυτό φαίνεται να προβληματίζει την ελληνική πλευρά.

Ίσως σε αυτήν την περίπτωση η Αθήνα να πρέπει να ακολουθήσει τα βήματα ρεαλισμού του Βερολίνου, το οποίο αντελήφθη ότι η κατάρρευση της κυβέρνησης Μαδούρο δεν είναι τόσο εύκολη υπόθεση, όσο την είχε φανταστεί η διεθνής κοινότητα.  



Θα πρεπε οι φανατικοί του Μητσοτάκη και κάποιοι άλλοι γαλαζοπράσινοι νεοφιλελέδες του πολιτικού κατεστημένου, να τα προβλέψουν αυτά. Αυτοί όμως ούρλιαζαν εναντίον του Μαδούρο σε κάθε ευκαιρία, σαν ανόητα παιδάκια που τα σέρνουν απ'τη μύτη οι μιντιακοί γκεμπελίσκοι με την άθλια προπαγάνδα τους. 

Οι Γερμανοί όμως χρησιμοποιούν την ιδεολογία ως εκεί που τους συμφέρει. Δεν είχαν κανένα λόγο να συμπλεύσουν με τον Τραμπ εναντίον του Μαδούρο. Πολύ περισσότερο τώρα, που ο αγγλοαμερικανικός άξονας με το δίδυμο Τραμπ-Τζόνσον, απειλεί τα ίδια τα ζωτικά τους συμφέροντα, ειδικά σε περίπτωση ενός σκληρού Brexit χωρίς συμφωνία. 

Αλλά αυτά είναι ψιλά γράμματα για τα φανατισμένα γαλαζοπράσινα "παιδάκια", που νομίζουν ότι αν το παίζουν "καλοί μαθητές", το νεοφιλελεύθερο ιερατείο θα τα χαϊδεύει πάντα στοργικά και θα τα ανταμείβει. Έτσι θα συμπεριφέρονται πάντα, ακόμα και στο πεδίο της εξωτερικής πολιτικής και των διεθνών σχέσεων. Εκεί, όπου δεν χωράνε φανατισμοί και ιδεοληψίες, αλλά απαιτείται υπομονή, διαλλακτικότητα, συνεχείς κινήσεις τακτικής και έξυπνοι ελιγμοί. Στο πρώτο τεστ απέτυχαν. Μένει να δούμε αν πήραν το μάθημα, ώστε να βάλουν λίγο νερό στο κρασί του ιδεολογικού φανατισμού τους.
