Οι νεοφιλελεύθεροι λαγοί του συστήματος επιχειρούν και πάλι να πετσοκόψουν την ιστορία στα μέτρα τους, αλλά τρώνε για άλλη μια φορά τα μούτρα τους


Τα παγκόσμια τσιράκια του συστήματος έκαναν άλλη μια απόπειρα (τυπικού πλέον) νεοφιλελεύθερου αναθεωρητισμού, αλλά έφαγαν, για άλλη μια φορά, τα μούτρα τους. Οι επιτηδευμένα ημιμαθείς νεοφιλελεύθεροι λαγοί δέχθηκαν σφοδρή επίθεση στο Twitter, καθώς επιχείρησαν να πετσοκόψουν την ιστορία στα μέτρα τους. 

Ο γνωστός Βρετανός δημοσιογράφος, Paul Mason, εφόρμησε στο Twitter, γράφοντας πως πριν από ογδόντα χρόνια, ο Στάλιν υπέγραψε συμφωνία με τον Χίτλερ, διαίρεσε την Πολωνία και έδωσε το πράσινο φως για την κατάκτηση της Ευρώπης από τους Ναζί. Και σαν να μην του έφτανε αυτό, κριτίκαρε ως δήθεν μεροληπτικό τον τίτλο της τότε Daily Worker, για να καταλήξει σε ένα κλασσικού, πλέον, τύπου μότο των νεοφιλελέδων/ακροδεξιών, ότι ο Σταλινισμός καταστρέφει ότι αγγίζει. 

Σχεδόν αμέσως και για κακή του τύχη, ο Αμερικανός δημοσιογράφος, Ben Norton, τον έβαλε στη θέση του με μια σειρά από tweets. Συνοψίζοντας, ο Norton απάντησε: 

Σταμάτα να αναμασάς την ψεύτικη ιστορία της δεξιάς. Η Σοβιετική Ένωση προσφέρθηκε να στείλει ένα εκατομμύριο στρατιώτες προκειμένου να εισβάλουν στη ναζιστική Γερμανία τον Αύγουστο του 1939. Η Βρετανία και η Γαλλία αρνήθηκαν την πρόταση. Η Σοβιετική πρόταση έγινε πριν από τη συμφωνία Molotov-Ribbentrop και είναι ευθύνη της Βρετανίας και της Γαλλίας που την αρνήθηκαν, καθώς η Σοβιετική Ένωση δεν ήθελε να πολεμήσει τους Ναζί μόνη της και να έχει 26 εκατομμύρια νεκρούς. Αλλά η Βρετανία και η Γαλλία το ήθελαν. Και εφόσον δεν αναφέρεις το ιστορικό πλαίσιο της Συμφωνίας του Μονάχου του 1938, με την οποία η Βρετανία και η Γαλλία ενέκριναν την προσάρτηση της πόλης Sudetenland, τροφοδοτείς τον αναθεωρητισμό περί Ολοκαυτώματος. Η Βρετανία και η Γαλλία εφάρμοσαν την πολιτική κατευνασμού απέναντι στους Ναζί, ως το τέλος. 

Ο Mason δέχθηκε καταιγισμό και άλλων ανάλογων απαντήσεων. Ένα μικρό μόνο δείγμα:







Όπως λέει ο ιστορικός Peter Kuznick σε συνέντευξή του στον Paul Jay του δικτύου Real News, ο Στάλιν ασφαλώς δεν ήταν άνθρωπος αρχών. Πολλές φορές ήταν αδίστακτος και τυραννικός και θα μπορούσε να κάνει συμφωνία με τον Χίτλερ. Ωστόσο, από το 1935 ως το 1939, έκανε τα πάντα προκειμένου να συνάψει συμμαχία με τις ΗΠΑ και τα Δυτικά καπιταλιστικά κράτη. Και αυτό επειδή ήξερε ότι υπήρχαν δυνάμεις που πίεζαν τον Χίτλερ να επιτεθεί κατά της Σοβιετικής Ένωσης. Κατά τη συνέντευξη, ο ίδιος ο Paul Jay αποκαλύπτει πως ο θείος του την περίοδο εκείνη ήταν συγγραφέας και δημοσιογράφος και πως ήταν παρόν σε κάποια συνάντηση των Σοβιετικών με τους Δυτικούς. Σύμφωνα με τη μαρτυρία του, ο Σοβιετικός υπουργός εξωτερικών, Vyacheslav Molotov, σχεδόν ικέτευε τους Δυτικούς προκειμένου να συνάψουν συμμαχία εναντίον του Χίτλερ.



Όλα αυτά, βέβαια, είναι "μικρολεπτομέρειες" για τους νεοφιλελεύθερους "καλικάντζαρους" του αναθεωρητισμού, που φροντίζουν να ξεκινούν το ιστορικό τους αφήγημα από κει που τους συμφέρει, πετώντας τα υπόλοιπα κομμάτια της ιστορίας στα σκουπίδια.

Και όπως ήταν φυσικό, από το πάρτι άλλης μιας χονδροειδούς απόπειρας να ξαναγραφτεί η ιστορία, δεν θα μπορούσαν να λείψουν και κάποια ντόπια, γνωστά και μη εξαιρετέα, τσιράκια του συστήματος, μέσω του λογαριασμού τους στο Twitter. Αλλά έφαγαν και αυτά τα μούτρα τους από πλήθος ανθρώπων που απάντησαν ανάλογα.

Είναι ξεκάθαρο ότι οι "καλικάντζαροι" θεωρούν τον κόσμο ανιστόρητο και ηλίθιο. Θα πρέπει να έχουν καταλάβει ότι τα πράγματα δεν είναι έτσι όπως τα νόμιζαν. 

Το πιο αστείο αλλά και εντυπωσιακό, είναι το πως καταφέρνουν να συντονίζονται σε παγκόσμια κλίμακα τα νεοφιλελεύθερα στρατιωτάκια, κάθε φορά που θέλουν να πραγματοποιήσουν μια νέα επιχείρηση ιστορικού αναθεωρητισμού. Φαίνεται ότι είναι άριστα εξασκημένα και δασκαλεμένα από την παγκόσμια και ομολογουμένως καλοδουλεμένη μηχανή της Δυτικής νεο-αποικιακής προπαγάνδας.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique. Ellsberg claims that recent articles, including from this website, often “ paint a picture of the crisis in Nicaragua that is dangerously misleading. ” Unfortunately, her own article does just that. It looks at the situation entirely from the perspective of those opposing Daniel Ortega’s government while whitewashing their malevolent behavior and downplaying the levels of US support they have relied on.
