Ο ρόλος της Τουρκίας και του Ερντογάν στην κούρσα των Δυτικών αποικιοκρατών για τον ορυκτό πλούτο της Λιβύης

Κλιμακώνεται επικίνδυνα η ένταση στην Ανατολική Μεσόγειο, λόγω κυρίως της επεκτατικής πολιτικής της Τουρκίας και της ενεργού ανάμιξής της στο Λιβυκό χάος.

Αλλά παρόλο που η κατάσταση παραμένει πράγματι χαοτική στη Λιβύη, λόγω κυρίως των επεμβάσεων των αποικιοκρατών της Δύσης, οι οποίοι πρώτοι άνοιξαν τον ασκό του Αιόλου (και από αυτούς πρώτοι οι Γάλλοι), φαίνεται ότι το γεωπολιτικό τοπίο αρχίζει, σιγά-σιγά, να ξεκαθαρίζει. 

Όπως είχαμε αποκαλύψει ήδη από το 2016, μια επιστολή από το αρχείο της ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας της Χίλαρι Κλίντον, που δημοσίευσαν τα WikiLeaks, αποδείκνυε ότι είχε ξεκινήσει μια σκληρή κούρσα ανταγωνισμού μεταξύ των Δυτικών αποικιοκρατικών δυνάμεων πάνω από την Λιβύη. 

Όπως είχαμε αναφέρει, ο τίτλος και οι λεπτομέρειες των πληροφοριών που περιέχονται στην επιστολή, προδίδουν μια έντονη δυσαρέσκεια από πλευράς Αμερικανών για το γεγονός ότι οι Γαλλικές εταιρίες έκοψαν πρώτες το νήμα στην κούρσα για το Λιβυκό πτώμα.

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι, στη συγκεκριμένη σειρά ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας της Χίλαρι Κλίντον, ανήκει και ένα άλλο έγγραφο, με βάση το οποίο, ο Καντάφι επιχείρησε να ιδρύσει ένα παν-Αφρικανικό νόμισμα με βάση το Λιβυκό, χρυσό δηνάριο. Το σχέδιο είχε σαν στόχο να προμηθεύσει τις Γαλλόφωνες Αφρικανικές χώρες με ένα εναλλακτικό νόμισμα έναντι του Γαλλικού Φράγκου CFA. Το ενδιαφέρον είναι, ότι το έγγραφο δημοσιεύτηκε και από την ιστοσελίδα του Αμερικανικού Υπουργείου Εξωτερικών, με ημερομηνία 31/12/2015, δηλαδή αρκετά νωρίτερα από την ημερομηνία δημοσίευσης στα WikiLeaks. Άλλη μια ένδειξη ότι οι Αμερικανοί ήταν ιδιαίτερα ενοχλημένοι με το "θράσος" των Γάλλων συμμάχων τους να κρατήσουν τη Λιβύη για τις εταιρίες τους.

Επιπλέον, μια άλλη, μεταγενέστερη επιστολή από το ίδιο αρχείο, δείχνει ότι οι Βρετανοί κατάφεραν να μπουν "σφήνα" στη νεο-αποικιοκρατική κούρσα, για να πάρουν και αυτοί το μερίδιό τους για τις εταιρίες τους. Ωστόσο, η ανησυχία τους ήταν έντονη καθώς, παρά τη Βρετανική υποστήριξη προς τους αντάρτες, ορισμένα μέλη του εθνικού μεταβατικού συμβουλίου (National Transitional Council - NTC), δεν ξέχασαν ότι η Βρετανική κυβέρνηση και οι εταιρίες πετρελαιοειδών είχαν καλές σχέσεις με το καθεστώς Καντάφι. 

Όλες αυτές οι πληροφορίες εξηγούν σε μεγάλο βαθμό γιατί οι Γάλλοι, έστω και καθυστερημένα, αποφάσισαν τελικά να πάρουν ξεκάθαρη θέση ενάντια στην Τουρκική επέμβαση στη Λιβύη. Όμως είναι πολύ πιθανό να ξεκίνησαν ήδη και τις επιχειρήσεις εναντίον των Τούρκων. Αν και δεν έχει διευκρινιστεί ακόμα ποιοι βρίσκονται πίσω την αεροπορική επίθεση στη βάση αλ-Γουατίγια, που ανέτρεψε τα σχέδια της Τουρκίας, το πιθανότερο είναι να βρίσκονται οι Γάλλοι.


Όλα αυτά εξηγούν όμως και την "εκκωφαντική" σιωπή Αμερικανών και Άγγλων όσον αφορά τις Τουρκικές επιχειρήσεις στη Λιβύη. Δεδομένου ότι οι Τούρκοι, διαχρονικά, δεν κάνουν αποφασιστικές κινήσεις αν προηγουμένως δεν εξασφαλίσουν το πράσινο φως από μεγάλες δυνάμεις, το πιθανότερο είναι ότι ο νέος Αγγλο-Αμερικανικός άξονας έδωσε την άδεια στον Ερντογάν να μπει στο Λιβυκό γεωπολιτικό παιχνίδι.

Και κάτι τέτοιο δεν θα ήταν καθόλου παράλογο. Τόσο ο Τραμπ όσο και ο Τζόνσον αντιμετωπίζουν μεγάλα προβλήματα στο εσωτερικό, λόγω κυρίως του ότι δεν κατάφεραν να περιορίσουν την εξάπλωση της πρόσφατης πανδημίας. Είναι λογικό να έβαλαν τον "πρόθυμο" Ερντογάν στον Λιβυκό παιχνίδι με κάποια ανταλλάγματα, για να μη μείνουν πίσω στην κούρσα για τους πλούσιους Λιβυκούς πόρους απέναντι στους Γάλλους και άλλους επίδοξους θηρευτές του Λιβυκού ορυκτού πλούτου.

Ειδικά ο Τραμπ αντιμετωπίζει επιπλέον μεγάλα προβλήματα στο εσωτερικό. Η κατάσταση αυτή τη στιγμή στην Αμερική είναι εξαιρετικά κρίσιμη και "μυρίζει" μέχρι και εμφύλιο πόλεμο. Δεν είναι πλέον λίγα τα περιστατικά όπου παραστρατιωτικές ακροδεξιές ομάδες, που αποτελούνται κατά κύριο λόγο από οπαδούς του Τραμπ και συχνά αυτοπροσδιορίζονται ως "πολιτοφυλακή", έρχονται αντιμέτωπες με διαδηλωτές που, σε πολλές περιπτώσεις, επιχειρούν να γκρεμίσουν αγάλματα-σύμβολα της αποικιοκρατίας και του ρατσισμού, σε διάφορες περιοχές των ΗΠΑ.

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι οι διαδηλώσεις αυτές ξεκίνησαν με αφορμή τη δολοφονία του Τζορτζ Φλόιντ από αστυνομικό, ενώ είναι γνωστές οι διασυνδέσεις των παραστρατιωτικών αυτών ομάδων με την ίδια την αστυνομία.

Ενδεικτικό της κρισιμότητας της κατάστασης είναι ένα περιστατικό που συνέβη στο Αλμπουκέρκι στο Νέο Μεξικό, περίπου στα μέσα Ιουνίου, όπου ένας διαδηλωτής πυροβολήθηκε από μέλος της ομάδας New Mexico Civil Guard, όταν οι διαδηλωτές επιχείρησαν να γκρεμίσουν το άγαλμα του Ισπανού κονκισταδόρα Juan de Oñate, έξω από το μουσείο της πόλης.

Ενώ πρόσφατα έκαναν την εμφάνισή τους βαριά οπλισμένες ομάδες που αποτελούνται κυρίως από Αφροαμερικανούς. Συγκεκριμένα, διαδηλωτές κινήθηκαν εναντίον του "Stone Mountain Confederate Memorial" ζητώντας να αφαιρεθεί το γιγάντιο σκαλιστό μνημείο της Συνομοσπονδίας που βρίσκεται στο Στόουν Μάουντεν Παρκ κοντά στην Ατλάντα της Τζόρτζια. Πλάνα από την πορεία αναρτήθηκαν στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης και παρουσίασαν άνδρες ντυμένους στα μαύρα με στρατιωτικό εξοπλισμό, να "περιπολούν" παραπλεύρως του πάρκου. Ανάμεσά τους, εκτός από Αφροαμερικανούς, ήταν και λευκοί άνδρες καθώς και γυναίκες.

Μέσα σε αυτό το εκρηκτικό κλίμα, το τελευταίο πράγμα που θα επεδίωκε ο Τραμπ, θα ήταν μια οποιαδήποτε είδους Αμερικανική εμπλοκή στη Λιβύη. Ειδικά αν σκεφτούμε ότι κέρδισε τις εκλογές και λόγω του ότι πλάσαρε τον εαυτό του ως "αντι-παρεμβατικό", ενώ δεν είναι λίγες οι φορές που κατακεραύνωσε στις προεκλογικές του ομιλίες και στα ντιμπέιτ, την πολιτική Ομπάμα-Κλίντον και το επακόλουθο χάος που επέφερε στη Λιβύη.

Φαίνεται λοιπόν ότι ο Ερντογάν είναι ο χρήσιμος εκπρόσωπος του Αγγλο-Αμερικανικού άξονα στη Λιβύη και κάνει τη βρόμικη δουλειά για λογαριασμό του.

Αλλά είναι αλήθεια ότι δεν είναι και κάποιος που μπορεί κανείς να "κουμαντάρει" εύκολα. Όσο και αν οι Αμερικανοί κυρίως, προσπαθούν να τον φρενάρουν για να μην ξεφύγει από τον έλεγχό τους, φαίνεται ότι ο "σουλτάνος" ακολουθεί, ως ένα βαθμό, τη δική του ατζέντα, ρισκάροντας επικίνδυνα.

Με την εμπλοκή και των Ρώσων στη Λιβύη, είναι εξαιρετικά δύσκολο να προβλέψει κανείς που μπορεί να οδηγήσει όλο αυτό το ιδιαίτερα επικίνδυνο γεωπολιτικό παιχνίδι, τόσο στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Ανατολικής Μεσογείου, όσο και στη Μέση Ανατολή.
