Funcionario de Trump: el director de la CIA “toma dictado” del Mossad sobre Irán

Un funcionario de la administración Trump le cuenta a The Grayzone que el Mossad israelí está usando al director de la CIA, John Ratcliffe y al jefe del CENTCOM, general Michael Kurilla, para influenciar a Trump con inteligencia manipulada sobre el programa nuclear iraní. Dentro de la Casa Blanca, los disidentes han sido aislados, preparando el terrenno para una guerra de cambio de régimen que pudiera costar vidas estadounidenses.

Sin experiencia en el ejército o en inteligencia, Ratcliffe pasó la primera parte de su carrera política como alcalde de Heath, un pequeño pueblo en las afueras de Dallas, gestión fue interrumpida por una breve temporada de un año como fiscal nacional entre 2007 y 2008.

Ratcliffe entró en el congreso en 2014, y emergió dos años después como uno de los perros de presa más feroces de Trump en el Comité Judicial. El congresista secundario también sirvió en el Comité de Inteligencia de la Casa de Representantes.

Trump premió la lealtad de Ratfcliffe nominándolo Director de Inteligencia Nacional en 2019, pero rápidamente retiró su nominación luego de que fue expuesto por mentir sobre su papel en varios casos federales de terrorismo.

Su exageración más absurda fue en el juicio de los directores de la Fundación Tierra Santa para el Auxilio y el Desarrollo, radicada en Dallas, en el que se jactó de que “condenó a individuos que estaban canalizando dinero a Hamás detrás del frente de una organización caritativa”.

No obstante, Ratcliffe no desempeñó ningún tipo de papel discernible en el caso, incitando que varios senadores republicanos retirasen su apoyo a la nominación cuando la mentira salió a la luz.

Es notable, sin embargo, que Ratcliffe buscó crédito por derribar a la Holy Land Foundation, ya que el caso era uno de los más politizados y de los procesos judiciales más dudosos de la “guerra contra el terror” de la era Bush, llevando a cadena perpetua a acusados palestino-estadounidenses cuyo único crimen fue enviar donaciones de caridad a organizaciones en la Franja de Gaza, ocupada por Israel, que no estaban en ninguna lista de vigilancia del gobierno, y que también recibió el apoyo del Comité Internacional de la Cruz Roja y de la USAID. Aún más, el caso fue pesadamente influenciado por la inteligencia israelí.

Luego de un juicio nulo que probó ser vergonzoso para el gobierno estadounidense, el Mossad despachó un agente a Texas para testificar en contra de los directores de Holy Land. El juez permitió que el agente testificara contra los directores de la fundación bajo la supuesta identidad de “Avi”.

El agente procedió a alardear de una serie de documentos cuestionables que supuestamente demostraban que la Fundación se creó como el nexo de una vasta red de financiamiento del terrorismo que facilitó varios bombardeos suicidas ejecutados por Hamás.

Mientras que las afirmaciones fantásticas de Ratcliffe sobre su papel en el caso llevó a pique su nominación en 2019, Trump lo instaló exitosamente como su director de inteligencia nacional al año siguiente, preparando el camino para su nominación como director de la CIA tras su reelección. En 2024, el diario judío Forward puso a Ratcliffe en una lista entre los “asesores judíos y el gabinete pro-Israel”.
