Trump orders CIA to attack Venezuela, as US military kills innocent people

 
The United States is waging a war on Venezuela. Donald Trump authorized the CIA to carry out "lethal operations" to try to overthrow President Nicolás Maduro. Meanwhile, the US military has killed innocent people in boats in the Caribbean, including citizens of Colombia and Trinidad and Tobago. Ben Norton reports.
