'Η τρόικα έριξε την Ελλάδα σε κοινωνικοπολιτικό κώμα'

“Εξαιτίας της λανθασμένης πολιτικής της τρόϊκας, η Ελλάδα έπεσε σε κοινωνικοπολιτικό κώμα”, ενώ οι αμερικανικοί οίκοι αξιολόγησης “είναι ένας μηχανισμός ο οποίος πρέπει να διορθωθεί, ούτως ώστε να μην χορηγείται λάθος φάρμακο”, λέει στην αποκλειστική του συνέντευξη στο ΑΠΕ και τον Αντώνη Πολυχρονάκη ο Ράινερ Χόφμαν, πρόεδρος της Ομοσπονδίας Γερμανικών Συνδικάτων (DGB) του μεγαλύτερου και ισχυρότερου συνδικάτου στην Ευρώπη αλλά και παγκοσμίως.

Θεωρεί ότι “η Ελλάδα ήταν το πεδίο δοκιμών για την νεοφιλελεύθερη πολιτική” και χαρακτηρίζει “σκανδαλώδες το ότι αμερικανικοί οίκοι, οι οποίοι μας έριξαν στη διεθνή οικονομική κρίση, συνεχίζουν να συναποφασίζουν την οικονομική πολιτική της Ευρώπης”.

Η Ευρώπη κατά τον συνδικαλιστή Χόφμαν “μπορεί να σωθεί μόνον αν ενισχυθεί η κοινωνική της διάσταση”. Αυτό μπορεί να επιτευχθεί “και με ένα ευρωπαϊκό κατώτατο μισθό”, ο οποίος “δεν θα πρέπει να πέφτει κάτω από το 60% του μέσου όρου του εθνικού εισοδήματος” όπως διευκρινίζει .

Ειδικά για τις χώρες του νότου, ο πρόεδρος του DGB λέει πως πρέπει να ενισχυθεί η “αυτονομία των συλλογικών συμβάσεων, η οποία επλήγη υπέρμετρα”. Διαφωνεί δε “σοβαρά με την καγκελάριο”, επειδή ενώ “υποστηρίζει αυτήν την πολιτική στη Γερμανία την απορρίπτει για άλλες ευρωπαϊκές χώρες”.

Για την Ελλάδα πιστεύει ότι “θα μπορέσει να ανακάμψει εάν καταφέρει να αναθερμάνει την οικονομική ανάπτυξη μέσω επενδύσεων. Περαιτέρω περικοπές στον κοινωνικό τομέα θα συρρικνώσουν εξαιρετικά την εσωτερική ζήτηση”. Βέβαια “η ελληνική κυβέρνηση πρέπει να κάνει μεταρρυθμίσεις, οι οποίες όμως στον πυρήνα τους να μην σημαίνουν την περαιτέρω κοινωνική κατεδάφιση”.

Την πολιτική της γερμανικής κυβέρνησης για την Ελλάδα την χαρακτηρίζει αναποτελεσματική και συνυπεύθυνη “με το τρίο ΔΝΤ, ΕΚΤ, Κομισιόν της Ε.Ε,. στον καθορισμό της λανθασμένης θεραπείας της κρίσης”.
