Εκβιάζει η κυβέρνηση τον Στουρνάρα ή ο Στουρνάρας την κυβέρνηση;

Αν τα κριτήρια για τον διορισμό των Διοικήσεων των Τραπεζών, τα οποία θέτει η Ευρωπαϊκή Κεντρική Τράπεζα, ίσχυαν για τον διορισμό του Στουρνάρα στη θέση του κεντρικού τραπεζίτη της Ελλάδας, τότε ο Γιάννης Στουρνάρας δεν θα διοικούσε ποτέ την Τράπεζα της Ελλάδος.

Ο Γιάννης Στουρνάρας, είναι μια κλασσική περίπτωση κρατικοδίαιτου παράγοντα που βαφτίζεται τεχνοκράτης, ο οποίος υπηρέτησε σε κρατικές θέσεις, κυβερνητική αδεία πάντα και, κυρίως κυβερνητική ασυλία.

Υπήρξε σύμβουλος της Τράπεζας της Ελλάδος, σύμβουλος της ΟΝΕ, σύμβουλος του Υπουργείου Εθνικής Οικονομίας, σύμβουλος και παρασύμβουλος σε θέσεις που απαιτούσαν κυβερνητικό διορισμό. Οι σχέσεις του με τον Γιάννο Παπαντωνίου, δεν περιορίζονταν στη μεσοτοιχία που έχουν τα οικόπεδά τους στη Σύρο, αγορασμένα από παρένθετα πρόσωπα, αλλά επεκτείνονται σε κάτι παραπάνω από πολιτική και προσωπική φιλία. Άλλωστε ο Γιάννος Παπαντωνίου είναι αυτός που επέλεξε τον Στουρνάρα ως σύμβουλο και τον μετέτρεψε σε παράγοντα της Σημιτικής διαπλοκής.

Η μοναδική φορά που ο Στουρνάρας δοκιμάστηκε ως τεχνοκράτης, ήταν όταν του ανατέθηκε η Διοίκηση της δεύτερης μεγαλύτερης τράπεζας της Ελλάδας, της Εμπορικής, για να την πουλήσει τελικώς στην Credit Agricole.

Άρα όταν μιλάμε για τον Στουρνάρα από επαγγελματικής άποψης, μιλάμε για κάποιον που προσκολήθηκε και ανατράφηκε στις παρυφές του Δημοσίου το οποίο κατηγορεί χωρίς να το απαρνιέται.

Στη συνέχεια ο Στουρνάρας πολιτεύτηκε με κόμματα και πολιτικές που απέτυχαν, ενώ παταγώδης ήταν και η αποτυχία του στο να προβλέψει τις οικονομικές εξελίξεις. Όπως και ο προκάτοχός του Γιώργος Προβόπουλος, συνήθιζε να βλέπει φως στην άκρη του τούνελ, αλλά δεν ήταν τίποτα άλλο από το τραίνο που πάτησε την ελληνική ανάπτυξη και Οικονομία.

Πέρα από όλα αυτά, ο Στουρνάρας ακόμη και ως Διοικητής της Τράπεζας της Ελλάδος, δεν περιορίστηκε στο θεσμικό του έργο, αλλά συνέχισε να παρεμβαίνει στην πολιτική σε βάρος πάντα της ελληνικής κυβέρνησης. Στις 13 Ιουνίου μάλιστα, σύμφωνα με τα ΝΕΑ, συναντήθηκε στο σπίτι του Βασίλη Κοντογιαννόπουλου με τον Κώστα Σημίτη και επτά ακόμη Σημιτικούς (του Θεόδωρου Πάγκαλου προεξέχοντος) για να αναλάβει τη δημιουργία μια πολιτικής κίνησης που θα τον αναδείκνυε «από υπάλληλο σε πρωθυπουργό» όπως του είπε χαρακτηριστικά ο Πάγκαλος.

Συνοψίζοντας λοιπόν έχουμε, έναν κεντρικό τραπεζίτη, με σαφείς πολιτικές θέσεις, που αντιστρατεύται την πολιτική της κυβέρνησης (φτάνει άραγε μέχρι του να ρίξει έξω την Οικονομία για να επικρατήσει αυτός;), ο οποίος δεν είναι και ιδιαίτερα ικανός και δοκιμασμένος περί τα οικονομικά.

Και πάμε τώρα σε αυτό που είναι κραυγαλέο. Η σύζυγος του Γιάννη Στουρνάρα, ιδιοκτήτρια διαφημιστικής εταιρείας, σε έρευνα που έγινε στο αμαρτωλό ΚΕΕΛΠΝΟ, εντοπίστηκε ως μία από τις πολλές που εισέπραττε από το ΚΕΕΛΠΝΟ για αμφίβολες διαφημιστικές δράσεις. Στην περίπτωση της κυρίας Στουρνάρα, το ΚΕΕΛΠΝΟ διαφήμιζε εκστρατεία κατά του καρκίνου μέσω της εταιρείας τής Στουρνάρα, παρότι δεν είχε τέτοια αρμοδιότητα μια που ο καρκίνος δεν είναι λοιμώδες νόσημα ώστε να είναι αρμοδιότητα του ΚΕΕΛΠΝΟ. Στο συμπέρασμα αυτό κατέληξαν πορίσματα ερευνών και εισαγγελείς. Ως αποτέλεσμα αυτής της ερευνητικής διαδικασίας, ερευνήθηκε και η εταιρεία της κυρίας Στουρνάρα με επιτόπιο έλεγχο τιμολογίων και εγγράφων. Όπως γίνεται άλλωστε με αρκετούς επιχειρηματίες.

Λίγο αφότου γίνεται αντιληπτό πως η σύζυγος του κυρίου Στουρνάρα αντιμετωπίζει ακόμη και κακουργηματικές διώξεις, ο Γιάννης Στουρνάρας, παρεμβαίνει στην Attica Bank, εμποδίζοντας τη δανειοδοτική της πολιτική. Έχει δικαίωμα να το κάνει; Όχι αν δεν υπάρχουν στοιχεία που δείχνουν έλλειψη κεφαλαιακής βάσης ή άλλα προβλήματα και αφού πρωτίστως τα εντοπίσει και ενημερώσει γι’ αυτά. Γιατί άραγε αυτή η μονομερής ευαισθησία στην Attica σε σχέση με τόσες τράπεζες που ο ρόλος τους αποκαλύφθηκε από τις ακροάσεις της Επιτροπής της Βουλής, σε βαθμό που ο υιός Ψυχάρης να δηλώνει πως έπαιρνε δάνεια «αέρα πατέρα»;

Με την Attica απ’ ό,τι φαίνεται, σχετίζεται η οικογένεια Καλογρίτσα, απ’ όπου και πήρε την εγγυητική επιστολή για τη συμμετοχή στο διαγωνισμό για τις τηλεοπτικές άδειες. Η παρεμπόδιση λοιπόν της Attica Bank στο να εφαρμόσει την τραπεζική της πολιτική, παρεμποδίζει ενδεχομένως τον Καλογρίτσα. Σίγουρα όμως δημιουργεί ένα εκπληκτικό σενάριο πως ο Στουρνάρας και η οικογένειά του ερευνώνται από την κυβέρνηση γιατί δημιουργεί προβλήματα σε σχέση με τον «εκλεκτό» Καλογρίτσα.

Η αντιθετοαντιστροφή Στουρνάρα, μπορεί να είναι έκθετη λογικά, αλλά αποδεκτή μιντιακά, ειδικά όταν είσαι χαμένος καναλάρχης.

Στο ερώτημα ποιός εκβιάζει ποιόν πολιτικά, η απάντηση είναι προφανής. Τον εκβιασμό ασκεί αυτός που η λογική του είναι ο πολιτικός εκβιασμός και υπηρέτησε ένα σύστημα που έμαθε να επικρατεί έτσι, πολλές φορές σε βάρος της κοινωνίας. Σε αυτό το σύστημα, ο κρατικοδίαιτος και τεχνοκράτης με σημιτική ανάθεση, Γιάννης Στουρνάρας έχει διαπρέψει. Μόνο που αυτή τη φορά τα πράγματα είναι διαφορετικά. Και ο ίδιος διαπράττει το αδίκημα της κακουργηματικής απιστίας, εμποδίζοντας τη λειτουργία της Οικονομίας (αλήθεια πού πήγαν οι νόμοι της αγοράς;) για προσωπικό όφελος.
