Κυριάκο, πες τη φράση «αμαρτωλή Siemens»

Αν σε κάτι έχει πλεόνασμα αυτή η χώρα είναι σε εργολάβους και στημένους διαγωνισμούς. Η μόνη μέριμνα που υπήρξε μετά τη μεταπολίτευση ήταν να έχουν να ασφαλτοστρώνουν οι εργολάβοι. Δρόμους σε πενταπλάσιες τιμές, αεροδρόμια σε διπλάσιες από τις πραγματικές και όλα αυτά σε διαγωνισμούς που είναι στημένοι.

“Εγώ φταίω για τις τιμές”, έλεγε πριν μερικά χρόνια γνωστός εθνικός εργολάβος, “οι πολιτικοί φταίνε που απαιτούν μεγάλες μίζες”. Απλά πράγματα, ξεκάθαρες κουβέντες. Ακόμη και τον καιρό της κρίσης που σταμάτησαν τα πάντα στην Ελλάδα, δρόμοι και έργα συνέχισαν να γίνονται με επιχειρήματα που μπορείτε να βρείτε εύκολα στο διαδίκτυο ως δηλώσεις Χρυσοχοΐδη και άλλων εργοπατέρων. Πρόσφατα , αποκαλύφθηκε πως το καρτέλ των κατασκευαστικών, επί 27 χρόνια έστηνε διαγωνισμούς, ενώ το HOT DOC έχει αποκαλύψει πως 11,5 δισεκατομμύρια από τα 21 του συνόλου του ΕΣΠΑ της χώρας πήγαν σε τρεις μόνο κατασκευαστές.

Πάμε τώρα στο ερώτημα. Πότε έγινε από τη ΝΔ, πολιτικό θέμα για τους διαγωνισμούς και τους εργολάβους; Πότε καταγγέλθηκε ένας διαγωνισμός, η διασπάθιση του δημόσιου χρήματος, το καρτέλ που κατονομάστηκε πρόσφατα σε επίσημα πορίσματα; Πότε ζητήθηκε να ξαναγίνει διαγωνισμός, να καταπέσει διαγωνισμός, να αποπεμφθεί υπερθεματιστής, να γίνει εισαγγελική έρευνα, να αποφανθούν συνταγματολόγοι, νομολόγοι και Ειδικά δικαστήρια;

Μήπως έγινε από το ΠΑΣΟΚ και μου διαφεύγει; Θυμήθηκα τώρα μια υπόθεση με το τρένο που θα γινόταν στο Ρίο-Αντίρριο, για το οποίο πληρώσαμε 12 εκατομμύρια ευρώ. Φορτώθηκε ένα τρένο σε φορτηγά και πήγε στην ιδιαίτερη πατρίδα του ειδικού περί τα δημόσια έργα Υπουργού Χρήστου Βερελή, πριν τις εκλογές. Στρώσανε και μερικές γραμμές , μίλησε ο Υπουργός, ξαναφορτώθηκε το τρένο στα φορτηγά και επέστρεψε στην Αθήνα. Δώσαμε φυσικά τα εκατομμύρια αλλά το τρένο έχει γίνει ανέκδοτο ως «τρένο Βερελή» (κάτι σαν το «ζήσε Μάη μου να φας τριφύλλι»).

Το ΠΑΣΟΚ, υπήρξε το αποκούμπι των εργολάβων και το Σημιτικό ΠΑΣΟΚ η οικονομική τους μήτρα, που μοίραζε λεφτά, εκσυγχρονιστικά πάντα και σε πλήρη ανάπτυξη. Η ΝΔ, ανέλαβε την εργολαβία να μην διαταραχθεί πολιτικά η επιλογή ΠΑΣΟΚ και οι εργολαβίες. Ούτε στην εξωτερική πολιτική δεν είχαν ποτέ τέτοια ομοφωνία και συμπόρευση, μόνο στους εργολάβους και τους διαγωνισμούς που τους αναδείκνυαν.

Τι έγινε λοιπόν ξαφνικά και στην Ελλάδα με τόσους στημένους διαγωνισμούς και εργολάβους, ο μόνος διαγωνισμός που πειράζει τη ΝΔ και το ΠΑΣΟΚ είναι αυτός για τις τηλεοπτικές άδειες; Με τόσα δισεκατομμύρια που σπαταλήθηκαν μέσα από «διαγωνισμούς» για έργα, τους πειράζει ένας διαγωνισμός που αποφέρει 250 εκατομμύρια, σε βαθμό που είναι έτοιμοι μάλιστα να τον ακυρώσουν και να επιστρέψουν και τα εκατομμύρια; Τι συμβαίνει και ο Κυριάκος ανέλαβε την εργολαβία υπέρ των χαμένων διαγωνιζόμενων, ψάχνοντας για καρτέλ μεταξύ βοσκοτοπιών και ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και υπόσχεται όχι την αναμόρφωση του κράτους αλλά των καναλιών και των καναλαρχών πρωτίστως;

Δίπλα από τον εργολάβο Κυριάκο, ο υπεργολάβος Σταύρος Θεοδωράκης είδε το φως του. Ανακάλυψε τον κακό Καλογρίτσα που διαπλέκεται με την κυβέρνηση στον μόνο κακό διαγωνισμό που είδε ο Σταύρος, αυτόν για τις άδειες. Για την ιστορία και μόνο, ο Σταύρος ανατράφηκε δημοσιογραφικά στα πόδια του Χρήστου Καλογρίτσα. Δούλεψε για πρώτη φορά ως δημοσιογράφος στην «Πρώτη» του Καλογρίτσα, όπου έγραφε και υπέγραφε μία στήλη με τον μάλλον προφητικό τίτλο «Αεριτζής». Στη συνέχεια δούλεψε στο περιοδικό «Επτάμισι» πάλι του Καλογρίτσα και αμέσως μετά έγινε διευθυντής στο ROCK FM, ναι του Καλογρίτσα αλλά και του Καραμπάτσου με τα επίμαχα βοσκοτόπια. Αυτά όλα πριν ο Καλογρίτσας γίνει κακός για το Σταύρο και την παρέα του.

Τι έχει λοιπόν αυτός ο διαγωνισμός για τις τηλεοπτικές άδειες και είναι ο μόνος που ενοχλεί τη ΝΔ, το ΠΑΣΟΚ και το Ποτάμι, ανάμεσα σε χιλιάδες άλλους, που αποδεδειγμένα ήταν στημένοι και παράνομοι; Είναι ο διαγωνισμός που εκθέτει και ακυρώνει τη σχέση και τη συναλλαγή τους με το μιντιακό σύστημα. Τη βάση δηλαδή της ύπαρξής τους που εδώ και δεκαετίες έχει αντικαταστήσει την πολιτική και την ηθική με μια επετηρίδα ανάδειξης των δικών τους παιδιών. Της διαπλοκής.

Υπό αυτό τον κίνδυνο είναι έτοιμοι να πουν και πως ο διαγωνισμός είναι παράνομος και πως η ελευθερία του λόγου πλήττεται και πως ο Καλογρίτσας έχει δολοφονήσει τον Κένεντυ και πως ο νέος υπερθεματιστής Σαββίδης (ναι έρχεται η σειρά του) τρώει παιδάκια. Αυτή και αν είναι εργολαβία.

ΥΓ: Ζω για τη στιγμή που ο Κυριάκος, στην πολιτική του καριέρα, θα εκφωνήσει τη φράση «η αμαρτωλή SIEMENS και οι στημένοι διαγωνισμοί της».
