Η χωροποίηση της Λιβύης ως πρότυπο ίδρυσης σύγχρονου κράτους

Μόνο αθώα ή τυχαία δεν ήταν η πρόταση –καλύτερα προσφορά– που κατέθεσε ο ιδρυτής της εταιρείας επαγγελματιών δολοφόνων Blackwater στην ιταλική εφημερίδα Corriere della Sera, στο πλαίσιο συνέντευξης που παραχώρησε για να αναλάβει η εταιρεία μισθοφόρων του την αστυνόμευση της Λιβύης, ώστε να τερματιστούν οριστικά οι ροές μεταναστών στην Ευρώπη! Μόλις 750 μισθοφόροι –απ’ αυτούς προφανώς που σκότωναν συστηματικά αμάχους στο Ιράκ– με τη βοήθεια ορισμένων αναγνωριστικών αεροσκαφών και ενός-δύο ελικοπτέρων αρκούν, σύμφωνα αυμε τον Έρικ Πρινς, για να πάψουν να στοιβάζονται στα παράλια της Λιβύης απελπισμένοι Αφρικανοί, που σύμφωνα με τον Διεθνή Οργανισμό Μετανάστευσης φθάνουν ακόμη και το 1 εκ., αναμένοντας να περάσουν στην ευρωπαϊκή «Γη της Επαγγελίας».

Η πρότασή του προκαλεί δέος και δείχνει ότι ο καπιταλισμός δε γνωρίζει αδιέξοδα. Όσοι αναπολούν τον Καντάφι, είναι μακριά νυχτωμένοι!

Η τριχοτόμηση της Λιβύης μετά τον βομβαρδισμό της το 2011 από τους Αμερικάνους (επί Ομπάμα) και τους Γάλλους (επί Σαρκοζύ) και την ανατροπή του Καντάφι ήταν απλώς η αρχή του εφιάλτη. Οι λύσεις που έκτοτε προκρίθηκαν ήταν η μία χειρότερη από την άλλη. Στο απόγειο δε της ευρηματικότητάς τους, οι Ευρωπαίοι άρχισαν να χρηματοδοτούν αδρά φύλαρχους και πολέμαρχους βουτηγμένους στο αίμα για να φρουρούν τις μεσογειακές ακτές, απαγορεύοντας στους Αφρικανούς να επιβιβαστούν σε πλωτά μέσα. Με βάση τους New York Times της 19ης Νοεμβρίου, λόγω των πληρωμών της ιταλικής κυβέρνησης προς τους λίβυους φύλαρχους μειώθηκαν τον Αύγουστο οι αφίξεις μεταναστών στην Ιταλία κατά 85%! Έτσι δημιουργήθηκαν τα στρατόπεδα συγκέντρωσης, όπου οργιάζουν καταναγκαστική εργασία, βασανιστήρια, βιασμοί και –εσχάτως– σκλαβοπάζαρα, όπως αποκάλυψε το CNN σε ένα ρεπορτάζ που διεκδικεί τον τίτλο της δημοσιογραφικής αποκάλυψης της χρονιάς. Έτσι, οι Αμερικάνοι μπορούν να επαίρονται όχι μόνο για την ευθύνη που φέρουν για την επιστροφή της δουλείας στον 21ο αιώνα αλλά και για την αποκάλυψή της…

Η συνέχεια, ωστόσο, της ολοσχερούς καταστροφής κυρίαρχων κρατών και της μετατροπής τους σε χώρους χωρίς σύνορα ή κρατικές δομές, όπου βασιλεύει η ανομία και η κτηνώδης βία (όπως συνέβη παλιότερα και στη Σομαλία) προμηνύεται ακόμη χειρότερη. Και αυτό επειδή στο νέο θαυμαστό κόσμο που αναδύεται, ο ιμπεριαλισμός κερδίζει πουλώντας αδρά και την αστυνόμευση, η οποία θα ανατεθεί κι αυτή σε ιδιωτικές και επιπλέον αμερικανικές εταιρείες.

Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο τα λόγια του Εμανουέλ Μακρόν από τη Μπουρκίνα Φάσο, όπου επιχείρησε να απεκδυθεί το αποικιοκρατικό παρελθόν της Γαλλίας, την ίδια ώρα φυσικά που 3.000 στρατιώτες από την πατρίδα του στρατοπεδεύουν στο Μάλι, ότι «τα αναμφισβήτητα εγκλήματα της ευρωπαϊκής αποικιοκρατίας είναι ένα παρελθόν που πρέπει να ξεπεράσουμε», μόνον ως μεταμέλεια δεν πρέπει να ερμηνευθούν. Αλλά ως προαναγγελία νέων εγκλημάτων…

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’
