Ιθάκη όπως Καστελόριζο και τα γνωστά καραγκιοζιλίκια ...

Σοβαρότης μηδέν


Σύσσωμο το πολιτικό τσίρκο έδωσε άλλη μια παράσταση από τις πλέον οικείες. Η αντιπολίτευση κατακεραύνωσε το διάγγελμα Τσίπρα από την Ιθάκη χρησιμοποιώντας τα γνωστά αφηγήματα (δεν έχει και πολλά εδώ που τα λέμε).

Αλλά ενώ η γαλαζοπράσινη λαίλαπα που χρεοκόπησε τη χώρα κάνει αντιπολίτευση από υποχρέωση, από αγγαρεία, ή από ... κεκτημένη ταχύτητα, ο Τσίπρας, πραγματικά, τι το'θελε; Ήταν ανάγκη; Μια τελευταία ευκαιρία είχε να δείξει - αν μη τι άλλο - ότι έχουν μείνει κάποια ψήγματα έντιμης συμπεριφοράς στην στραπατσαρισμένη κυβερνώσα Αριστερά, και την έστειλε στο δίάολο, με αυτό το αλα-Γιωργάκη διάγγελμα.

Τότε, ο πελαγωμένος Γιωργάκης Παπανδρέου ανήγγειλε την ‘απαραίτητη’ παράδοση της χώρας στα νύχια του ΔΝΤ και των Ευρωπαϊκών θεσμών. Όχι επειδή, ασφαλώς, έκρινε ότι αυτή ήταν η καλύτερη λύση. Αλλά επειδή απλά βρισκόταν σε πανικό και δεν ήξερε τι άλλο να κάνει παρά να απευθυνθεί στο φίλο του Στρος Καν, που ήταν τότε επικεφαλής της συμμορίας του ΔΝΤ.

Τώρα, ο Αλέξης επέλεξε ένα ανάλογο διάγγελμα, αυτή τη φορά από την Ιθάκη, όπως τον συμβούλεψαν οι επικοινωνιολόγοι-αυλικοί του. Για να υπερτονίσει τη μεγάλη αντίθεση: Παπανδρέου + Καστελόριζο = η αρχή του Γολγοθά, Τσίπρας + Ιθάκη = το τέλος του. Κύκλωπες – λωτοφάγοι – μνηστήρες. Είναι αυτές οι στιγμές που οι μεταμοντέρνοι ρήτορες συνήθως απεχθάνονται την αποκρουστική πεζότητα του λόγου της ωμής αλήθειας και καταφεύγουν στην ποιητικότητα της μυθολογίας και των παραβολών. Οι γνωστές τακτικές, οι συνήθεις συμβολισμοί, τα χαμηλής ποιότητας επικοινωνιακά κολπάκια, προς τέρψιν του πόπολου. Καθρεφτάκια για ιθαγενείς.

Και να πεις ότι φαινόταν κάποιο, έστω αμυδρό φως στην άκρη του τούνελ, να πάει στο διάολο.

Οι ευρωκλόουν του ευρωτσίρκου ανακοίνωσαν σχεδόν θριαμβευτικά την έξοδο της Ελλάδας από τα μνημόνια για να κρύψουν την παταγώδη αποτυχία τους. Μιλάμε για τη χώρα που μπήκε σε πρόγραμμα με χρέος 120% του ΑΕΠ και τώρα βγαίνει με χρέος κοντά στο 180% του ΑΕΠ! Τα ποσοστά ανεργίας παραμένουν σε επίπεδα ρεκόρ. Τα εργασιακά διακαιώματα έχουν σχεδόν εξαφανιστεί, θυμίζοντας μεσαίωνα. Η δημόσια περιουσία έχει λεηλατηθεί από τα αρπακτικά των διεθνών αγορών. Το κοινωνικό κράτος έχει δεχθεί απανωτά χτυπήματα από τις αλλεπάλληλες περικοπές. Τα σκληρά μέτρα λιτότητας έχουν σχεδόν διαλύσει τη μεσαία τάξη.

Και το χειρότερο είναι ότι οι μετριοπαθείς 'Αριστεροί' προσπαθούν να μας πείσουν ότι τώρα η χώρα θα έχει περισσότερη ελευθερία να χαράξει τις δικές της πολιτικές. Δηλαδή, η χρεοκοπημένη Ελλάδα (που βρίσκεται σε χειρότερη κατάσταση απ'ότι όταν μπήκε στο πρόγραμμα διάσωσης), θα κολυμπήσει ξεβράκωτη στα ίδια νερά με τους καρχαρίες των αγορών και θα επιβιώσει. Αυτό πάνω-κάτω μας λένε.

Το πόσο ελεύθερη θα είναι η χώρα να χαράξει τις δικές της πολιτικές μέσα στις υποτιθέμενες 'ελεύθερες αγορές' το είδαμε ξεκάθαρα με την υπόθεση της απέλασης των Ρώσων διπλωματών. Μετά την αδιανόητη ενέργεια της απέλασης, η κυβέρνηση ΣΥΡΙΖΑΝΕΛ πήρε 'όλως τυχαίως' ένα μικρό δωράκι αναβάθμισης από την Standard and Poor's. Το ξαναγράφουμε για να το εμπεδώσετε: μιλάμε για τη χώρα που μπήκε σε πρόγραμμα με χρέος 120% του ΑΕΠ και τώρα βγαίνει με χρέος κοντά στο 180% του ΑΕΠ! Την ίδια ώρα, έχει ξεκινήσει ένας ανελέητος οικονομικός πόλεμος κατά της γειτονικής Τουρκίας λόγω της υπόθεσης Μπράνσον (υπόθεση που αποτελεί βέβαια μόνο μια αφορμή).

Το παραπάνω είναι αφιερωμένο και στους ρομαντικούς νεοφιλελέδες που ακόμα πιστεύουν οι φουκαράδες στις περίφημες 'ελεύθερες αγορές', ένα από τα μεγάλα παραμύθια του νεοφιλελεύθερου δόγματος.

Παρόλα αυτά λοιπόν, η κυβερνώσα Αριστερά, μέσω διαγγέλματος Τσίπρα, έκαψε και το τελευταίο χαρτί που της είχε απομείνει: να επιδείξει μια σοβαρή στάση, ανάλογη με τη σοβαρότητα της κατάστασης και τις νέες φουρτούνες που έρχονται. Να αποφύγει τα κλασσικά επικοινωνιακά τρικ στα οποία μας είχε συνηθίσει για χρόνια το γαλαζοπράσινο τσίρκο. Να δείξει μια άλλη ποιότητα, ένα άλλο επίπεδο, αποφεύγοντας τις Ιθάκες και τα σόου μπροστά στις κάμερες. Δεν έκανε ούτε αυτό. Κρίμα ...

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique. Ellsberg claims that recent articles, including from this website, often “ paint a picture of the crisis in Nicaragua that is dangerously misleading. ” Unfortunately, her own article does just that.
