Πως η τρόικα κυβερνούσε με mail

“Τη σχέση υποτέλειας ανάμεσα στην απερχόμενη κυβέρνηση και την τρόικα καταδεικνύουν mail μεταξύ του πρωθυπουργικού και των υπουργικών γραφείων με την τρόικα. Συμπερασματικά: Μια ομάδα τεχνοκρατών της τρόικας και υπαλλήλων σε υπουργεία ήταν αυτοί που κυβερνούσαν τη χώρα μέχρι σήμερα.”

“Μέσω των e-mails, που έφερε στη δημοσιότητα το περιοδικό Hot Doc, μεταξύ άλλων αποκαλύπτεται πως οι εντολές της τρόικας εμφανίζονταν ως αναγκαιότητες και όπως κυνικά ομολογούν μεταξύ τους το μέλημα είναι τα μέτρα τα οποία παίρνονται να μην μπαίνουν υπό την έγκριση του Κοινοβουλίου. Επίσης το ζήτημά τους δεν είναι το κοινωνικό κόστος από τα μέτρα, αλλά το κοινοβουλευτικό και μέλημά τους πως θα παρουσιάσουν τα μέτρα με τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε να μην υπάρξουν αντιδράσεις στο κοινοβούλιο.”

“Σχετικά με την ηλεκτρονική αλληλογραφία μεταξύ Στρατινάκη και Σαμαρά το μεγαλύτερο μέρος αφορά στις ομαδικές απολύσεις. Η Στρατινάκη προτείνει στον Σαμαρά χειρισμούς για να βγάλουν την κυβέρνηση από το αδιέξοδο των ομαδικών απολύσεων, που επιβάλλει η τρόικα. Δηλαδή, προτείνει κινήσεις, ώστε το θέμα να μην κριθεί στο Κοινοβούλιο, αλλά να παρακαμφθεί η ανάγκη νομοθέτησης από το Κοινοβούλιο. Προτείνει, μάλιστα, στον πρωθυπουργό το 'αφήγημα' που θα χρησιμοποιηθεί ώστε να παραπλανηθεί η κοινή γνώμη.”

“Στο κείμενο, που επισυνάπτεται στο mail, η Στρατινάκη προτείνει, μετά από συνάντηση με την τρόικα, τρόπο για να περάσουν οι ομαδικές απολύσεις χωρίς να εμφανιστεί ως προώθηση ομαδικών απολύσεων. Στόχος της πρότασης είναι να μην μπει το θέμα ως νόμος στο Κοινοβούλιο, αλλά να κρυφτεί, ώστε απ’ ό,τι φαίνεται να ικανοποιηθεί η τρόικα.”

“Όπως αναφέρεται στο mail, που δημοσιεύει το Hot Doc: 'Επειδή τις σκέψεις μου με πάσα ειλικρίνεια Σας τις καταθέτω, πιστεύω ότι ως κύρια βάση κατά την διαπραγμάτευση δεν πρέπει να παρατήσουμε, αλλά να υποστηρίξουμε με σθένος την 'κατασκευή' μας, απαιτώντας αναλογούντα χρόνο για crash test (τουλάχιστον 6μηνο) και να κριθούμε εκ των αποτελεσμάτων μας, αλλά επικουρικώς σε περίπτωση που πρέπει να νομοθετήσουμε με το στοιχείο του κατεπείγοντος, και δεν καταφέρουμε στη διαπραγμάτευση να πάρουμε χρόνο, ώστε η δράση να μετατεθεί, ως προς την αξιολόγησή της χρονικά πιο κάτω, κατά την άποψή μου το 'αφήγημα' μπορεί να λέει το εξής:

-ΔΕΝ ΝΟΜΟΘΕΤΟΥΜΕ ΕΠΕΙΔΗ ΜΑΣ ΥΠΟΧΡΕΩΝΕΙ Η ΤΡΟΪΚΑ

-ΕΜΕΙΣ ΚΑΤΟΧΥΡΩΝΟΥΜΕ ΜΕ ΝΟΜΟ ΤΟ ΑΠΟΤΕΛΕΣΜΑ, ΤΟΥ, ΓΙΑ ΠΡΩΤΗ ΦΟΡΑ, ΩΡΙΜΟΥ ΤΡΙΜΕΡΗ ΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΚΟΥ ΔΙΑΛΟΓΟΥ'.”

“Για την επαφή της με τη βιομηχανία 'Χαλυβουργία' του Μάνεση, η Στρατινάκη γράφει στον πρωθυπουργό: 'Σήμερα, 18 Φεβρουαρίου 2014, επικοινώνησα με τον κ. Μάνεση της Χαλυβουργίας, που επίσης του εξήγησα τη νέα απόφαση του ΑΣΕ την οποία τη γνώριζε, όπως μου είπε, και με πληροφόρησε ότι εντός της ημέρας θα καταθέσει αίτημα ομαδικών απολύσεων για να ξεκινήσει η 20ήμερη εκ του νόμου περίοδος διαβουλεύσεων με τους εργαζόμενους'. Στην ίδια ηλεκτρονική επιστολή, όπως γράφει το Hot Doc, η Στρατινάκη προτείνει στον Σαμαρά να μετατεθεί στην ίδια, ως γενική γραμματέα και πρόεδρο του ΑΣΕ, η αρμοδιότητα εγκρίσεων των απολύσεων. Πράγμα που ο πρωθυπουργός κάνει. Έτσι, όταν η Χαλυβουργία του Μάνεση καταθέτει αίτηση ομαδικών απολύσεων, μετά την προτροπή της Στρατινάκη, το ΑΣΕ, με πρόεδρο τη Στρατινάκη, εγκρίνει τις απολύσεις. Η κυρία Στρατινάκη, όπως χαρακτηριστικά γράφουν οι εφημερίδες εκείνες τις μέρες, 'επείσθη από την επιχειρηματολογία της εταιρίας για την ανάγκη ομαδικών απολύσεων'.”
