Επικοινωνιακές μεθοδεύσεις με μηνύσεις σε Βαρουφάκη και εισαγγελικές έρευνες

Ποιός είπε πως η Δικαιοσύνη δεν είναι γρήγορη; Μπορεί να υπάρχουν εκατοντάδες μηνύσεις που αφορούν υπουργούς αλλά χάνονται στα συρτάρια των εισαγγελιών και της Βουλής χρόνια τώρα, μπορεί να υπάρχει μήνυση γιατί ο Βενιζέλος κράτησε τη λίστα Λαγκάρντ στην τσέπη του ενώ δεν ήταν υπουργός (από το Νοέμβριο του 2014 παρακαλώ η μήνυση), αλλά αυτά όλα μάλλον δεν αποτελούν πλευρά που απασχολεί τη Δικαιοσύνη.

Δικαιοσύνη όμως είναι να ενεργοποιούνται "πολίτες" με μηνύσεις κατά του Βαρουφάκη και η Εισαγγελία του Αρείου Πάγου να τις στέλνει αμελλητί στη Βουλή γιατί αφορούν υπουργό.

Πρόκειται για επικοινωνιακό κόλπο με μοχλό τη Δικαιοσύνη. Δύο είναι οι μεθοδεύσεις που χρησιμοποιούνται. Οι μηνύσεις πολιτών και οι έρευνες της εισαγγελίας μετά από δημοσιεύματα.

Στην πρώτη περίπτωση πολίτες κάνουν μήνυση τον Υπουργό για παράνομες πράξεις οι οποίες δεν είναι απαραίτητο ούτε να υπάρχουν ούτε να στοιχειοθετούνται. Η Εισαγγελία του Αρείου Πάγου διαβιβάζει τη μήνυση στη Βουλή. Στην περίπτωση Βαρουφάκη για τον οποίο μηνύσεις έχουν κάνει κάποιος δικηγόρος και ο γνωστός Απόστολος Γκλέτσος, οι μηνύσεις θα διαβιβασθούν στη Βουλή όπως απαιτεί ο νόμος, αλλά με πρωτοφανή ταχύτητα. Έτσι τις επόμενες μέρες το σήριαλ "πιθανές ποινικές ευθύνες Βαρουφάκη" θα παίζει στα κανάλια χωρίς ενδεχομένως τις λεπτομέρειες που αποκαλύπτουν πως δεν αφορά καμιά ευθύνη του Υπουργού αλλά διαδικασία που πρέπει ακολουθηθεί ακόμη και αν κάποιος είχε μηνύσει το Βαρουφάκη ότι βασανίζει και σκοτώνει κολεόπτερα.

Στη δεύτερη περίπτωση, οι Εισαγγελίες (ποιά άραγε απ όλες;) διατάζουν έρευνα επειδή υπήρξαν δημοσιεύματα που πρέπει να ερευνηθούν για ευθύνες μη πολιτικών προσώπων. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση ο Βαρουφάκης είναι και πάλι πρωταγωνιστής.

Τα φαινόμενα αυτά προφανώς δεν υπάρχουν επειδή απλώς υπάρχουν προβλέψεις νόμων ,αλλά γιατί και αυτή η κυβέρνηση επιτρέπει τη χρήση της Δικαιοσύνης ως πολιτικό όργανο. Το HOT DOC και το koutipandoras.gr έχουν δημοσιεύσει πεντακόσιες έρευνες στις οποίες αποδεικνύεται ευθύνη πολιτικών και μη πολιτικών προσώπων. Έχουν δημοσιευτεί έρευνες που αποδεικνύουν την ευθύνη εισαγγελέων για περιπτώσεις όπως αυτή του Βγενόπουλου αλλά και άλλες που έπρεπε να έχουν οδηγήσει στην εντολή έρευνας για ευθύνες της Εισαγγελίας του Αρείου Πάγου.

Διέταξε έρευνα η Εισαγγελία του Αρείου Πάγου για το δημοσίευμα που αποδεικνύει πως ο Χαράλαμπος Αθανασίου έκανε ψευδές πόθεν έσχες και αποκρύπτει περιουσιακά στοιχεία; Διέταξε έρευνα ο Άρειος Πάγος για όσα έχουν καταλογιστεί στον Προϊστάμενο της Εισαγγελίας Εφετών Ισίδωρο Ντογιάκο ακόμη και από πολιτικά κόμματα; Γιατί; Δεν την ενδιαφέρει τη Δικαιοσύνη να αποδείξει πως είναι καθαρή;

Η κυβέρνηση πρέπει να απαντήσει σήμερα αν θα επιτρέπει στη Δικαιοσύνη να λειτουργεί αλά καρτ. Πρέπει επίσης να απαντήσει αν θα συζητήσει στη Βουλή δικογραφίες που έχουν διαβιβαστεί και αφορούν Υπουργούς και πιθανά αδικήματά τους. Δεν πρόκειται για μηνύσεις Γκλέτσου αλλά για δικογραφίες με στοιχεία για μίζες.
