Η Γερμανία χρηματοδοτεί την παραπληροφόρηση για την Κούβα

Η Oμοσπονδιακή κυβέρνηση της Γερμανίας χρηματοδοτεί εδώ και τρία χρόνια με κονδύλια από τον εθνικό προϋπολογισμό, ένα πρόγραμμα για να επηρεάσει τα μέσα ενημέρωσης στην Κούβα. Όπως δήλωσε επίσημα στις 25 Ιουλίου 2017 (Drucksache 18/13202, σελίδα 4), ο γραμματέας της κυβέρνησης Marcus Ederer , το γερμανικό Υπουργείο Εξωτερικών έχει καταβάλει από το 2015 συνολικά 60.000 ευρώ στο εργαστήριο "ΤΑΖ-Panter-Stiftung" για νέους Κουβανούς δημοσιογράφους.

Απαντώντας σε ερώτηση της βουλευτού Heike Hänsel του κόμματος “Die Linke”ο γραμματέας της κυβέρνησης υποστήριξε ότι σκοπός του εργαστηρίου είναι “η εντατικοποίηση των πολιτιστικών και εκπαιδευτικών ανταλλαγών με την Κούβα”.

Ο Ederer, o οποίος από το 2002 έως το 2005 εργάστηκε στην γερμανική Ομοσπονδιακή Υπηρεσία Πληροφοριών, είναι σήμερα ένας από τους δύο υφυπουργούς Εξωτερικών της Ομοσπονδιακής Δημοκρατίας της Γερμανίας. Όμως ο πολιτικός, είπε μόνο την μισή αλήθεια. Στην πραγματικότητα, η γερμανική κυβέρνηση επιδιώκει να ασκήσει μία λεπτή επιρροή στην ανάπτυξη των μέσων επικοινωνίας στην Κούβα, για να παρεμβαίνει στα εσωτερικά της ζητήματα. Τέσσερις μόλις μήνες πριν από αυτήν την δήλωση του Marcus Ederer, η κυβέρνηση το είχε αναγνωρίσει ανοιχτά.

Σύμφωνα με την έκθεση Νο 20 της ομοσπονδιακής κυβέρνησης για την Πολιτιστική Πολιτική Εργασία στο Εξωτερικό της 16ης Μαρτίου 2017 (Drucksache 18/11550), παρ. (Γ) με τίτλο: “Ανοίγοντας χώρους για πολιτική δουλειά» στη σελίδα 14 λέει:

“Το Υπουργείο Εξωτερικών, μέσω της εντατικοποίησης των πολιτιστικών σχέσεων συμβάλλει σε ένα σταδιακό άνοιγμα στην Κούβα. Σε αυτό το πνεύμα, η προετοιμασία των προγραμμάτων βοηθά στην προετοιμασία του εδάφους. Για παράδειγμα: Υποστηρίζουν από κοινού με το Cuban-European Youth Academy de la Fundación Neueman την πραγματοποίηση εκθέσεων Κουβανών καλλιτεχνών στη Γερμανία. Ένα Εργαστήριο που διοργανώθηκε από το ίδρυμα Panter και χρηματοδοτήθηκε από το υπουργείο Εξωτερικών μας, συμβάλει επίσης στο άνοιγμα στα Μέσα Ενημέρωσης, έναν τομέα που διέπουν αυστηροί κανονισμοί στην Κούβα”.

Ο πραγματικός στόχος της κυβέρνησης πίσω από το εν λόγω εργαστήριο δημοσιογραφίας για τους νέους Κουβανούς, είναι σύμφωνα με αυτό το έγγραφο “το σταδιακό άνοιγμα της Κούβας” και ιδιαίτερα “το άνοιγμα του αυστηρά ρυθμιζόμενου τομέα των πληροφοριών” στο σοσιαλιστικό νησί. Είναι καθαρό ότι για να επιτύχουν στους στόχους τους χρησιμοποιούν την εφημερίδα “TAZ” και τον οργανισμό της Panter.

Μετά την αναχώρηση της ομάδας για την Κούβα, η TAZ δημοσίευσε στις 4 Αυγούστου 2017 κάποια άρθρα από τους συμμετέχοντες στο Εργαστήριο, οι οποίοι όλοι -κατά την ΤΑΖ- “εργάζονταν σε κουβανικά ΜΜΕ”. Όμως στο ίδιο φύλλο της εφημερίδας, δημοσιεύτηκε επίσης ένα άρθρο του Maykel González Vivero, ο οποίος παρουσιάστηκε σαν ανταποκριτής του “Diario de ¨¨Cuba” στην Σάντα Κλάρα.

Όλος ο κόσμος ξέρει ότι το "Diario de Cuba" δεν είναι κανένα κουβανικό μέσο επικοινωνίας και ότι ιδρύθηκε στη Μαδρίτη το 2009 από μια αντεπαναστατική ομάδα με την οικονομική υποστήριξη του “National Endowment for Democracy” (NED) της κυβέρνησης των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών.

Ο βορειοαμερικανός δημοσιογράφος Tracey Eaton δήλωσε στις 27 του Σεπτεμβρίου 2016 στο blog του “Κατά μήκος της Malecon” ότι το “Diario de Cuba” έλαβε μόνο το 2015 συνολικά 283.869 δολάρια από το NED.

Γιατί αποκρύπτει αυτή την πληροφορία η εφημερίδα TAZ; Γιατί αποσιωπά αυτή η εφημερίδα ότι ο συγγραφέας συνεργάζεται επίσης με το κρατικό ΜΜΕ των ΗΠΑ "Μartí News", ένα προπαγανδιστικό όπλο της κυβέρνησης των ΗΠΑ κατά της κουβανικής επανάστασης;

Τελικά, η κυβέρνηση της Γερμανίας έχει πληρώσει για την κατασκευή ενός συγγραφέα, ο οποίος δεν εμφανίζεται ως συνεργάτης των κουβανικών μέσων ενημέρωσης, αλλά είναι συνεργάτης ορισμένων ΜΜΕ των ΗΠΑ και της Ισπανίας, που προσπαθούν να καταλύσουν το Σύνταγμα της Δημοκρατίας της Κούβας.
