Μακρόν: Τί θέλει ένας τραπεζίτης στην Πνύκα;

Καθώς η ελληνική κυβέρνηση πανηγυρίζει, γιατί επισκέπτεται την χώρα ένας ακόμη οπαδός του ακραίου κέντρου που ισχυρίζεται ότι μπορεί να μεταρρυθμίσει την Ε.Ε. από το εσωτερικό, αξίζει να θυμηθούμε ορισμένους βασικούς σταθμούς στην καριέρα του Γάλλου προέδρου – από τα χρόνια του τραπεζίτη της Ρότσιλντ, μέχρι τη χαριστική βολή στα εργασιακά κεκτημένα της Γαλλίας.

Ο Μακρόν αποτέλεσε τον τρίτο τραπεζίτη που ανέλαβε την ηγεσία μιας χώρας της Ε.Ε. μετά την Ιταλία και την Ελλάδα, όχι όμως με κάποιου είδους κοινοβουλευτικό πραξικόπημα, όπως στην περίπτωση Παπαδήμου και Μόντι, αλλά με ένα μιντιακό «πραξικόπημα».

Όπως εξηγούσε ο Νίκος Σμυρναίος, ο Μακρόν είναι δημιούργημα του γαλλικού μιντιακού κατεστημένου που τον εκτόξευσε σε μερικούς μήνες από την αφάνεια στην κορυφή του πολιτικού σκηνικού.

«Η έκρηξη της αναγνωρισιμότητας και της δημοφιλίας του Μακρόν στηρίχθηκε σε μια τεράστια καμπάνια προβολής του από τα κυρίαρχα ΜΜΕ με τους ιδιοκτήτες των οποίων ο υποψήφιος διατηρεί πολύ καλές σχέσεις. Για παράδειγμα, όπως φαίνεται στον παρακάτω πίνακα, στα περιοδικά L’Express και L’Obs και στην εφημερίδα Le Monde, ιδιοκτησίας δύο κροίσων των τηλεπικοινωνιών των Patrick Drahi και Xavier Niel αντίστοιχα, οι οποίοι στηρίζουν τον Μακρόν, ο τελευταίος συγκέντρωσε μεγαλύτερο αριθμό άρθρων από όσο οι τρεις εν δυνάμει αριστεροί και κεντροαριστεροί υποψήφιοι μαζί».

Όπως μας θύμιζε ο Λεωνίδας Βατικιώτης, «ο Μακρόν έπαιξε πρωταγωνιστικό ρόλο στην εφαρμογή της νεοφιλελεύθερης πολιτικής του Ολάντ. Το όνομά του, για παράδειγμα, φέρει ο νόμος που διεύρυνε το ωράριο λειτουργίας των εμπορικών καταστημάτων, ενώ είναι ηθικός αυτουργός όλων των μέτρων που φιλελευθεροποίησαν την οικονομία, έτσι ώστε το 2016 το 86,4% των συνολικών προσλήψεων να είναι προσωρινές θέσεις κι εξ αυτών το 80% να αφορά συμβάσεις διάρκειας μικρότερης του 1 μήνα».

Δεν πρέπει φυσικά να ξεχνάμε ότι πίσω από την εικόνα θριάμβου που δημιουργούσαν τα διεθνή μέσα ενημέρωσης ο Μακρόν ήταν ένας από τους πλέον αποτυχημένους νικητές στην μεταπολεμική ιστορία της Γαλλίας, αφού στον πρώτο γύρο των προεδρικών εκλογών συγκέντρωσε μόλις το 15,4 των ψήφων των εγγεγραμμένων ψηφοφόρων. Επίσης, ο Μακρόν εξελέγη μέσα στον προστατευτικό θύλακα στρατιωτικής τάξης και ασφάλειας που δημιούργησε το Γαλλικό κράτος ανανεώνοντας πέντε φορές το καθεστώς έκτακτης ανάγκης και απαγορεύοντας τουλάχιστον 155 δημόσιες συνελεύσεις και δεκάδες διαδηλώσεις.

Και ποιο ήταν το μεγάλο κατόρθωμα του προέδρου αφού ανέλαβε την εξουσία; Η διάλυση των εργασιακών δικαιωμάτων που κερδήθηκαν τον 20ο αιώνα στη Γαλλία. Στις προθέσεις του Μακρόν περιλαμβάνεται το δραστικό ψαλίδισμα δεκάδων επιδομάτων ανεργίας (το κόστος των οποίων περνά από τος εργοδότες στους πολίτες, μέσω ειδικού φόρου), αλλά και του κατώτατου μισθού.

Όπως εξηγούσε το περιοδικό Marianne, πρότυπο του Μακρόν αποτελούν τα λεγόμενα «κέντρα εργασίας» που δημιούργησε η Θάτσερ στην Αγγλία αναγκάζοντας τους ανέργους να δέχονται εξαιρετικά χαμηλόμισθες θέσεις χωρίς γεωγραφικούς περιορισμούς αν δεν ήθελαν να χάσουν ολοκληρωτικά τα επιδόματα.

Το θατσερικό μοντέλο προτείνεται όμως, και για τα ταμεία των συντάξεων, που θα ενωθούν με στόχο να επικρατήσει ο ελάχιστος παρονομαστής των χαμηλότερων συντάξεων ανεξαρτήτως προϋπηρεσίας.

Αυτός είναι ο τραπεζίτης που δηλώνει ότι θέλει να μεταρρυθμίσει την Ε.Ε. της λιτότητας από το εσωτερικό. Προφανώς εννοούσε να φέρει το πρότυπο της Ε.Ε. στο εσωτερικό της Γαλλίας.
