Ελληνική κρίση: τι πραγματικά συνέβη ... εν συντομία

Οι Γαλλογερμανικές και Ελληνικές τράπεζες βρίσκονται σε κακό χάλι μετά το τσουνάμι της κρίσης που ήρθε από τις ΗΠΑ το 2008 επειδή έπαιζαν τις καταθέσεις και το μετοχικό κεφάλαιο σε χρηματιστηριακά παιχνίδια. Ειδικά η Γερμανική υπερ-τράπεζα Deutsche Bank, ναυαρχίδα του Γερμανικού τραπεζικού τομέα, έπαιξε καθοριστικό ρόλο στα όσα ακολούθησαν.

Με βάση την έκθεση της Αμερικανικής επιτροπής για την οικονομική κρίση, η συγκεκριμένη τράπεζα είχε παίξει σημαντικό ρόλο στην δημιουργία των καταστροφικών χρηματοπιστωτικών «προϊόντων» CDOs, την περίοδο 2004-2007, τα οποία συνεισέφεραν σημαντικά στην δημιουργία της στεγαστικής φούσκας στις ΗΠΑ, ενώ υπάρχουν υπόνοιες ότι συνέβαλε καθοριστικά στο ξέσπασμα της κρίσης χρέους στην Ελλάδα.

Με το ξέσπασμα της Ελληνικής κρίσης οι τραπεζίτες λένε στη Μέρκελ ότι πρέπει να σώσουν τις τράπεζες αλλιώς καταρρέει το σύστημα, ενώ είχαν είδη λάβει ένα πρώτο πακέτο "βοήθειας" ύψους 500 δισ. από τη Γερμανική κυβέρνηση. Η Μέρκελ δεν τολμάει να ξαναζητήσει ένα δεύτερο πακέτο "βοήθειας" για λογαριασμό των τραπεζιτών και χρησιμοποιεί την Ελλάδα ως πρόσχημα μέσα στο Γερμανικό κοινοβούλιο, λέγοντας ότι πρέπει να διασωθεί γιατί αλλιώς καταρρέει η ευρωζώνη.

Τα λεφτά πηγαίνουν ως λογιστικές εγγραφές δήθεν για βοήθεια στην Ελλάδα και επιστρέφουν πίσω στις τράπεζες. Κόβονται μισθοί και συντάξεις, ενώ τα μετοχικά κεφάλαια και τα μπόνους των μεγαλοτραπεζιτών παραμένουν άθικτα, ή ακόμα και αυξάνονται από τα πακέτα διάσωσης.

Δηλαδή, στην ουσία έχουμε ένα έμμεσο κούρεμα καταθέσεων αφού οι μεγαλοτραπεζίτες δεν χάνουν φράγκο, ενώ οι καταθέσεις παραμένουν οι ίδιες την ώρα που κόβονται μισθοί και συντάξεις.

Το αποτέλεσμα για τη χώρα: κατάρρευση κατά 25% του ΑΕΠ τα χρόνια που δήθεν "διασώθηκε", ανεργία σε πρωτοφανή επίπεδα και χρέος που εκτοξεύθηκε στο 180% του ΑΕΠ από 120% που ήταν στην αρχή της κρίσης, ξεπούλημα δημόσιας περιουσίας, σταδιακή κατάρρευση του κοινωνικού κράτους. Και όλα αυτά με τον άξονα Βρυξελλών-Βερολίνου να επιμένει στην ίδια καταστροφική συνταγή ΔΝΤ, χωρίς καμία προοπτική να φαίνεται στον ορίζοντα.
