O Χρυσοχοΐδης στήνει νέο παρακράτος

Νέες πρακτικές και μηχανισμούς καταναγκασμού και παρακολουθήσεων, που παραπέμπουν στις πιο σκοτεινές ημέρες του μετεμφυλιακού κράτους, εισάγει στην ελληνική πραγματικότητα ο υπουργός Προστασίας του Πολίτη, Μιχάλης Χρυσοχοΐδης.

Σε περίπτωση που δεν έχετε διαβάσει την τελευταία αποκάλυψη της Εφημερίδας των Συντακτών θα μας επιτρέψετε να συνοψίσουμε: Πολίτες καταγγέλλουν ότι ασφαλίτες τοποθετούν συσκευές παρακολούθησης στα αυτοκίνητα και τις μοτοσυκλέτες τους (είχε προηγηθεί σχετικό ρεπορτάζ και από το Omnia TV). Το υπουργείο αρνείται να σχολιάσει τις καταγγελίες που παρουσιάζει μια από τις μεγαλύτερες εφημερίδες της χώρας.

Την επόμενη ημέρα ο δημοσιογράφος της ΕΦ.ΣΥΝ Κώστας Ζαφειρόπουλος γίνεται αυτόπτης μάρτυρας νέου περιστατικού παρακολούθησης (με κρυμμένη κάμερα σε υπηρεσιακό αυτοκίνητο της ασφάλειας). Ενώ όμως καταγράφει το περιστατικό, παρεμβαίνει επιθετικά μια διμοιρία των ΜΑΤ για να επιτρέψει σε άνδρες με πολιτικά να απομακρύνουν το όχημα.

Μόνο όταν κυκλοφορούν και βίντεο, η ΕΛ.ΑΣ εκδίδει μια λακωνική ανακοίνωση αναφέροντας ότι όχημά της πραγματοποιούσε διατεταγμένη υπηρεσία στα Εξάρχεια, ενώ αρνείται τις καταγγελίες περί παρακολουθήσεων, χωρίς καμία άλλη εξήγηση.

Είναι δύσκολο να περιγράψει κανείς τα επίπεδα παρανομίας και κατάλυσης βασικών αρχών του κράτους δικαίου που περιλαμβάνονται σε αυτά τα περιστατικά. Παράνομες παρακολουθήσεις με τη συμβολή ειδικών δυνάμεων της αστυνομίας, που απειλούν πολίτες και δημοσιογράφους κ.ο.κ

Το περιστατικό έρχεται σε συνέχεια των δεκάδων παράνομων ενεργειών της ΕΛ.ΑΣ κατά τη διάρκεια της επετείου του Πολυτεχνείου (διαβάστε τη σχετική ανακοίνωση της Ομάδας Νομικής Βοήθειας) ενώ είχαν προηγηθεί εισβολές αστυνομικών δυνάμεων σε κινηματογράφους και νυχτερινά κέντρα, έφοδοι σε σπίτια και απαγωγή φοιτητή ο οποίος δεν είχε πρόσβαση σε δικηγόρο κ.α.

Έχουμε πει πολλές φορές ότι ο Χρυσοχοΐδης δεν είναι ένας τυχαίος υπουργός δημόσιας τάξης. Όπως είχαν αποκαλύψει τα Wikileaks ήταν ο άνθρωπος που συνεργαζόταν και ενημέρωνε τον Αμερικανό πρέσβη για την εκ βάθρων αλλαγή του μηχανισμού καταστολής στην Ελλάδα. Ήταν ο υπουργός, επί των ημερών του οποίου, γιγαντώθηκε οργανωτικά η Χρυσή Αυγή και απέκτησε πρόσβαση στους μηχανισμούς της ΕΛ.ΑΣ.

Σε οποιαδήποτε ευνομούμενη χώρα, ύστερα από ανάλογες καταγγελίες μιας εφημερίδας, η παραίτηση του υπουργού Δημόσιας Τάξης θα βρισκόταν ήδη στο γραφείο του πρωθυπουργού. Στην Ελλάδα, όμως, μια ομερτά πολιτικών, ιδιοκτητών ΜΜΕ και ορισμένων δημοσιογράφων εξασφαλίζει ασυλία για ένα άνθρωπο που αποτελεί πληγή για τη δημοκρατία.
