Σούμαν: Κάνουν την Ευρώπη να φαίνεται οικονομική δικτατορία

Συνέντευξη στον Στέλιο Κούλογλου

Τη μυστική συνταγή της Τρόικας για την επιβολή της λιτότητας στους λαούς της Ευρώπης αποκαλύπτει το πρόσφατο ντοκιμαντέρ του διάσημου Γερμανού ερευνητικού δημοσιογράφου Χάραλντ Σούμαν, με τίτλο «Παντοδύναμη και Ανεξέλεγκτη: Η Τρόικα» που θα προβληθεί στις 21 Απριλίου στο Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινοβούλιο, στις Βρυξέλλες. Την εκδήλωση διοργανώνει και συντονίζει ο ευρωβουλευτής του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Στέλιος Κούλογλου.

Λίγες μέρες πριν την προβολή ο Γερμανός δημοσιογράφος που έχει ασκήσει δριμεία κριτική στην κυβέρνηση της χώρας του μέσα από το έργο του και ο Έλληνας δημοσιογράφος που έχει ερευνήσει τον σκοτεινό ρόλο των οικονομικών «δολοφόνων» μέσα από τα ντοκιμαντέρ του, συνομιλούν μπροστά στον φακό ρίχνοντας μια διαφωτιστική ματιά στον αμφιλεγόμενο ρόλο της Τρόικας, αλλά και στα σχέδια των ευρωπαϊκών θεσμών για την Ελλάδα. Όπως χαρακτηριστικά θα πει ο Χάραλντ Σούμαν στον Στέλιο Κούλογλου η πολιτική που ακολουθείται κάνει την Ευρώπη να φαντάζει σήμερα σαν μία «οικονομική δικτατορία».

Λίγα λόγια για την «παντοδύναμη και ανεξέλεγκτη» Τρόικα

Μετά το ντοκιμαντέρ «Η μυστική διάσωση των τραπεζών» (Staatsgeheimnis Bankenrettung) για το οποίο βραβεύθηκε με το ανώτατο βραβείο δημοσιογραφίας στη Γερμανία το 2014, ο Σούμαν ερευνά, επί ένα χρόνο, τα ίχνη της Τρόικας από τις αρχές της οικονομικής κρίσης μέχρι σήμερα. Για το λόγο αυτό, ταξιδεύει στην Πορτογαλία, την Κύπρο, την Ιρλανδία, τις Βρυξέλλες, το Λονδίνο, το Βερολίνο, τις ΗΠΑ και την Ελλάδα και επιχειρεί να ρίξει φως στον αμφιλεγόμενο και « σκοτεινό » ρόλο της. Προκειμένου να πάρουν τα δάνεια που χρειάζονται για να αντιμετωπίσουν την κρίση, τα ευρωπαϊκά κράτη πρέπει να ευθυγραμμιστούν με τις απαιτήσεις των τριών βασικών θεσμικών οργάνων, που απαρτίζουν την Τρόικα: το Διεθνές Νομισματικό Ταμείο (ΔΝΤ), την Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή (EΕ) και την Ευρωπαϊκή Κεντρική Τράπεζα (ΕΚΤ).

Ο Σούμαν διαπιστώνει ότι η Τρόικα επιβάλλει σε δημοκρατικά εκλεγμένες κυβερνήσεις ένα πλήρες κυβερνητικό πρόγραμμα, το οποίο εξαναγκάζονται να υλοποιήσουν με την υπογραφή ενός μνημονίου συμφωνίας. H ταπείνωση, o φόβος και η υποταγή αποτελούν συστατικά στοιχεία της συνταγής που χορηγεί η Τρόικα. Σύμφωνα με τον εκπρόσωπο της Βραζιλίας στο ΔΝΤ, Πάουλο Νογκέιρα Μπατίστα: « Το χειρότερο που μπορεί να συμβεί σε μια χώρα, είναι να πέσει στα χέρια διεθνών γραφειοκρατών » τους οποίους αποκαλεί « τεχνοκράτες χωρίς πατρίδα ».

Η προβολή

Η προβολή του ντοκιμαντέρ «Παντοδύναμη και Ανεξέλεγκτη: Η Τρόικα» θα γίνει στις 21 Απριλίου στην αίθουσα P3C050 του Ευρωκοινοβουλίου στις Βρυξέλλες.

Της προβολής στο Ευρωπαικό Κοινοβούλιο θα ακολουθήσει συζήτηση, την οποία θα συντονίζει ο Στέλιος Κούλογου και θα συμμετέχουν πέραν του δημιουργού του ντοκιμαντέρ οι ευρωβουλευτές Φιλίπ Λαμπέρτς (Ομάδα των Πρασίνων/Ευρωπαϊκή Ελεύθερη Συμμαχία) και Eλίζα Φερέιρα (Ομάδα της Προοδευτικής Συμμαχίας των Σοσιαλιστών και Δημοκρατικών), οι οποίοι συμμετέχουν και στο ντοκιμαντέρ.
