Μάχη της Ευρώπης “που έχουμε” και αυτής “που θέλουμε” οι εκλογές στην Ισπανία

Η αντίστροφη μέτρηση ξεκίνησε και οι κάλπες των πιο κρίσιμων εκλογών, όχι μόνο για την Ισπανία αλλά και για το μέλλον της Ευρώπης, ανοίγουν το πρωί της Κυριακής. Όπως όλα δείχνουν το τέλος του δικομματισμού, που επικρατεί στη χώρα από το θάνατο του δικτάτορα Φρανθίσκο Φράνκο το 1975, είναι προ των πυλών, με το Σοσιαλιστικό Κόμμα αλλά και τους Αριστερούς Ρodemos να δίνουν μάχη στήθος με στήθος για τη δεύτερη θέση.

Πρόκειται για μία μάχη μεταξύ «λιτότητας» και «αλλαγής» που η Ευρώπη περιμένει με αγωνία εδώ και καιρό. Νικητής των εκλογών θα είναι και πάλι, όπως όλα δείχνουν, ο δεξιός πρωθυπουργός Μαριάνο Ραχόι, ο οποίος για να παραμείνει στην εξουσία θα πρέπει να συνεργαστεί. Μέχρι στιγμής όλα τα κόμματα της αντιπολίτευσης έχουν δηλώσει ότι δεν προτίθενται να συγκροτήσουν κυβέρνηση συνεργασίας, και το μέλλον είναι αβέβαιο.

Αν και ο νόμος ορίζει ότι δεν μπορούν να δημοσιευτούν δημοσκοπήσεις την παραμονή των εκλογών, έρευνες που είδαν τη δημοσιότητα το Σάββατο δείνουν 26,6% στο Λαϊκό Κόμμα με το Σοσιαλιστικό να ακολουθεί με 20,8% και τους Ρodemos σε απόσταση αναπνοής με 20,1%. Τέταρτο το ισπανικό Ποτάμι, το Κόμμα των Πολιτών - Ciudadanos όπως λέγεται - το οποίο αν και αναμενόταν να είναι ο ρυθμιστής των εκλογών στον δρόμο προς την κάλπη φαίνεται να «ξεφούσκωσε».

Η ψήφος στην Ισπανία δεν είναι υποχρεωτική, και οι αναποφάσιστοι αλλά και οι απέχοντες είναι ο πρώτος στόχος των κομμάτων. Ιδιαίτερα σημαντικός παράγοντας στη διαμόρφωση του τελικού αποτελέσματος είναι και ο εκλογικός νόμος, που με την «διόρθωση» της αναλογικότητας των αποτελεσμάτων των κομμάτων, κατανέμοντας τις έδρες σε συνδυασμό με την επίδοσή του στις επιμέρους αυτονομίες, καθιστά θεωρητικά δυνατόν να υπάρξει περίπτωση που ένα κόμμα να έχει κερδίσει τις εκλογές να μην επιτυγχάνει εκπροσώπηση στο Κοινοβούλιο.

Προεκλογική περίοδος με άρωμα Ελλάδας

Από όταν ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και οι Ρodemos χάραξαν κοινούς στόχους ενάντια στα «πραξικοπήματα» της «δημοκρατικής» Ευρώπης, το ένα κόμμα χρησιμοποιήθηκε από τους αντιπάλους του για το άλλο ως… φόβητρο.

Αν και η Ισπανία μαστίζεται από την ανεργία και βλέπει τα οικονομικά της να παίρνουν την κατιούσα, μεγάλο τμήμα της προεκλογικής αντιπαράθεσης εστίασε στους συσχετισμούς με την Ελλάδα. Το παράδειγμα του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ αλλά και ο τρόπος που η ελληνική κυβέρνηση αντιμετωπίστηκε από την Ευρώπη αποτέλεσε κομμάτι της επιχειρηματολογίας του Μαριάνο Ραχόι. «Δεν θα αφήσουμε τη χώρα μας να γίνει Ελλάδα», επανέλαβε σε όλες τις διαφορετικές εκδοχές της φράσης σε πολλές ομιλίες του. Ήταν άλλωστε από τους πρώτους που κούναγε το δάκτυλο στην Ελλάδα κατά τη διάρκεια των πολύμηνων διαπραγματεύσεων, ζητώντας πιο πολλά και πιο σκληρά μέτρα, φοβούμενος τη δυναμική των Ρodemos, αν και ο ίδιος προεκλογικά έταξε στους ψηφοφόρους του φοροελαφρύνσεις προς άγραν ψήφων.

Την ίδια τακτική αλλά με χαμηλότερους τόνους υιοθέτησε και η ηγεσία του Σοσιαλιστικού Κόμματος. Αν και ο ηγέτης του κόμματος Πέδρο Σάντσεθ απέφυγε τις ευθείες αναφορές, την «βρώμικη δουλειά» ανέλαβε να κάνει ο ιστορικός ηγέτης του κόμματος Φελίπε Γκονθάλεθ που στο κλείσιμο της προεκλογικής εκστρατείας του Σοσιαλιστικού Κόμματος στην Ανδαλουσία, αναφέρθηκε επιτιμητικά στη σχέση του Ιγκλέσιας με τον Έλληνα πρωθυπουργό. “Μην τους αφήνετε να μας μιλούν για την Ελλάδα, τον ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και τον Τσίπρα. Εάν εκείνοι είχαν θριαμβεύσει εκεί τώρα θα ήταν εδώ, μαζί με τους Podemos στην εκστρατεία. Tους βλέπετε πουθενά;”, τόνισε ο Γκονθάλεθ.

Οι Ciudadanos του Άλμπερτ Ριβέρα από την άλλη στο πολιτικό τους ντεμπούτο έδειχναν μέχρι τέλους να κατέχουν τη δεύτερη θέση και να αναδεικνύονται οι μεγάλοι - ουσιαστικοί- νικητές των εκλογών, αλλά οι παλινωδίες στη ρητορική τους μάλλον δεν τους βγήκαν σε καλό. Κεντρώοι και νεοφιλελεύθεροι, υιοθέτησαν τα συνθήματα των Αριστερών Podemos για αλλαγή και μάχη ενάντια στο παλιό, προτείνοντας όμως διαφορετικές λύσεις. Την ίδια στιγμή κατά την προεκλογική εκστρατεία έδειξαν την ιδεολογική τους ευελιξία παρέχοντας την στήριξή τους στους Σοσιαλιστές στην τοπική κυβέρνηση της Ανδαλουσίας και στο Λαϊκό Κόμμα στην περιφέρεια της Μαδρίτης.

Το come back των Podemos

Τα αποτελέσματα των δημοσκοπήσεων των τελευταίων εβδομάδων για το κίνημα των Podemos, που ξεκίνησε από τις πλατείες, ήταν απογοητευτικά. Με τους δημοσκόπους να τους δείχνουν τέταρτους και καταϊδρωμένους, οι πολιτικοί αναλυτές βιάστηκαν να μιλήσουν για ένα κόμμα αγανάκτησης και τιμωρίας των δεινών που η κυβέρνηση Ραχόι έφερε. Πολλοί είδαν στην ελεύθερη πτώση τους την απόσταση από τις αρχικές ριζοσπαστικές πολιτικές της θέσεις με τις οποίες εμφανίστηκαν.

Η ρητορική υπεροχή του ηγέτη τους, Πάμπλο Ιγκλέσιας, έναντι των αντιπάλων του στις τηλεοπτικές τους μονομαχίες όμως στάθηκε αρκετή, για να επαναφέρει τους Podemos σε θέση ισχύος. Σημαντικότερος παράγοντας όμως στο δυναμικό αυτό come back, ήταν το γεγονός ότι η ηγεσία του κόμματος άφησε στην άκρη τα εσωκομματικά προβλήματα της και συνασπίστηκε με τις κινηματικές ενωτικές πρωτοβουλίες που είχαν κατακτήσει την περασμένη άνοιξη τους δήμους της Μαδρίτης, της Βαλένθια, της Βαρκελώνης, του Κάδιξ, της Σαραγόσα, της Κομποστέλα, της Κορούνια, κ.α.

Μάχη της Ευρώπης που έχουμε και της Ευρώπης που θέλουμε

Οι εκλογές στην Ισπανία δεν είναι μόνο μία μάχη μεταξύ των κομμάτων της χώρας. Είναι πρώτα από όλα μία μάχη μεταξύ της της Ευρώπης που έχουμε και της Ευρώπης που θέλουμε. Για αυτό το μήνυμα που θα στείλει το αποτέλεσμα τους χαίρει πολλών αναγνώσεων.

Ο πρώτος μονομάχος είναι η Ισπανία - και η Ευρώπη - της λιτότητας του Μαριανό Ραχόι. Η Ισπανία της πολιτικής που είχε ως αποτέλεσμα 15.000 αυτοκτονίες, 100.000 εξώσεις, 4,15 εκατομμύρια άνεργους και 1,23 εκατομμύρια πολίτες στα όρια της φτώχειας.

Ο δεύτερος μονομάχος είναι η Ισπανία - και η Ευρώπη - του Πάμπλο Ινγκλέσιας. Μία αντιδιαμετρικά αντίθετη πολιτική προσέγγιση που δεν βάζει στο στόχαστρο μόνο τον νεοφιλελευθερισμό και τη λιτότητα, αλλά βάζει και στόχο την ανασύνθεση της κοινωνίας από τα κάτω κι έναν νέο ευρωπαϊκό πολιτισμό με κυρίαρχους ηγέτες τους λαούς.

Κάπως έτσι εξηγείται, άλλωστε, και η αντίδραση της καγκελαρίου της Γερμανίας Άνγκελας Μέρκελ, η οποία όταν ο Μαριάνο Ραχόι στο περιθώριο της Συνόδου Κορυφής για το προσφυγικό της είπε ότι οι Podemos ενδέχεται να τερματίσουν δεύτεροι, έμεινε… κάγκελο!

Atlanta Police Violently Arrest Emory Students & Faculty to Clear Gaza Solidarity Encampment

Yanis Varoufakis Banned from Germany as Berlin Police Raid & Shut Down Palestinian Conference
