Πούτιν: Στο στόχαστρο οι αιματοβαμμένες μπίζνες με τους τρομοκράτες

Για Τουρκία και τη χρηματοδότηση της τζιχαντιστικής τρομοκρατίας, μίλησε ο Πούτιν. Ο πρόεδρος της Ρωσίας, στις 3 Δεκεμβρίου, εκφώνησε το ετήσιο διάγγελμα προς την Ομοσπονδιακή Συνέλευση, που αποτελείται από τα δύο Σώματα της ρωσικής Βουλής. Η RBTH παρουσιάζει τις βασικές θέσεις της ομιλίας του.

Τρομοκρατείστε τους τρομοκράτες

Η Ρωσία δίνει εδώ και πολύ καιρό τη μάχη κατά της τρομοκρατίας. Ξέρουμε τι σημαίνει εισβολή της διεθνούς τρομοκρατίας […] Χρειάστηκαν σχεδόν 10 χρόνια για να ξεριζώσουμε τους τρομοκράτες από τη Ρωσία και τώρα πολεμούμε τα υπολείμματά τους. Το κακό αυτό όμως εξακολουθεί να κάνει αισθητή την παρουσία του.

Πριν από δυο χρόνια είχαν σημειωθεί οι τρομοκρατικές επιθέσεις στο Βολγκογκράντ, πρόσφατα ανατινάχθηκε το ρωσικό αεροπλάνο πάνω από το Σινά. Η τρομοκρατική απειλή αυξάνεται. Δεν έχει ακόμη επιλυθεί το πρόβλημα του Αφγανιστάν, η κατάσταση στη χώρα αυτή είναι ανησυχητική και δεν εμπνέει αισιοδοξία. Σε ζώνη χάους και αναρχίας μετατράπηκαν και ορισμένες άλλες χώρες της Μέσης Ανατολής.

Είμαστε υποχρεωμένοι να τους εξολοθρεύσουμε στις μακρινές προσβάσεις, αυτός είναι και ο λόγος που αποφασίστηκε η στρατιωτική επιχείρηση στη Συρία. Στον αγώνα κατά της τρομοκρατίας η Ρωσία επέδειξε απόλυτη υπευθυνότητα. Πρέπει να υπερασπιστούμε τις αξίες μας.

Κάθε κράτος έχει καθήκον να συμβάλλει στη συντριβή των τρομοκρατών, και όχι με διακηρύξεις, αλλά με συγκεκριμένες ενέργειες. Δεν πρέπει να επιτραπεί καμία αιματοβαμμένη επιχειρηματική συνεργασία με τρομοκράτες.

Η Τουρκία «φουσκώνει» τις τσέπες της

Ξέρουμε ότι η Τουρκία φουσκώνει τις τσέπες της με το πετρέλαιο, το οποίο κλέβουν οι τρομοκράτες από τη Συρία. Με αυτά τα χρήματα χρηματοδοτούνται οι δραστηριότητες των εγκληματιών που πραγματοποιούν τρομοκρατικές επιθέσεις.

Θυμόμαστε, επίσης, ότι ειδικά στην Τουρκία έβρισκαν καταφύγιο και λάμβαναν στήριξη οι τρομοκράτες που δρούσαν στον Καύκασο τη δεκαετία του ΄90. Εν τω μεταξύ, ο τουρκικός λαός είναι καλοσυνάτος και εργατικός. Στην Τουρκία έχουμε πολλούς φίλους. Αυτοί πρέπει να κατανοήσουν ότι δεν τους εξισώνουμε με τους συνεργούς των τρομοκρατών.

Δεν θα ξεχάσουμε αυτή τη στήριξη στην τρομοκρατία. Ανέκαθεν θεωρούσαμε την προδοσία ως την πιο επαίσχυντη πράξη. Ας το γνωρίζουν αυτό εκείνοι στην Τουρκία, οι οποίοι χτύπησαν πισώπλατα τους πιλότους μας. Όλα τα προβλήματα μπορούν να λυθούν με διαφορετικό τρόπο. Ήμασταν έτοιμοι για συνεργασία πάνω στα πιο ευαίσθητα ζητήματα. Δεν ξέρω γιατί το έκαναν αυτό. Μόνο ο Αλλάχ μάλλον γνωρίζει το γιατί.

Φαίνεται ότι ο Αλλάχ αποφάσισε να τιμωρήσει την τουρκική άρχουσα ελίτ, στερώντας από αυτή τη νόηση και τη λογική. Εμείς, όμως, πρέπει να αποφύγουμε μια επικίνδυνη υστερική αντίδραση. Αυτό δεν θα συμβεί. Οι ενέργειές μας θα βασίζονται κατά πρώτο λόγο στην υπευθυνότητα. Δεν θα κραδαίνουμε τα όπλα.

Οικονομία: Δύσκολα, αλλά όχι κρίσιμα

Πέρυσι αντιμετωπίσαμε σοβαρές οικονομικές προκλήσεις. Η κατάσταση είναι όντως δύσκολη, αλλά όχι κρίσιμη. Βλέπουμε ήδη θετικές τάσεις. Μειώνεται ο πληθωρισμός, η ισοτιμία του εθνικού νομίσματος σταθεροποιήθηκε, το βιομηχανικό σύμπλεγμα αναπτύσσεται. Αυτό όμως δεν σημαίνει ότι πρέπει να εφησυχάσουμε.

Θα πρέπει να είμαστε προετοιμασμένοι για το γεγονός ότι οι εξωτερικοί περιορισμοί και η περίοδος των χαμηλών τιμών στις πρώτες ύλες μπορεί να διαρκέσουν πολύ καιρό. Δεν θα πρέπει να μας προσπεράσουν και οι βασικές τάσεις της παγκόσμιας ανάπτυξης. Διαμορφώνονται νέα εμπορικά μπλοκ, εμφανίζονται νέες τεχνολογίες.

Σήμερα είναι ο καιρός που καθορίζονται οι θέσεις των χωρών στην παγκόσμια κατανομή εργασίας κι εμείς θα πρέπει να καταλάβουμε μια θέση ανάμεσα στους πρώτους. Πρέπει να ήμαστε από τους πρωτοπόρους στην οικονομία, στις τεχνολογίες και σε άλλους τομείς. Η κυβέρνηση, μαζί με τον Οργανισμό Στρατηγικών Πρωτοβουλιών, πρέπει να συνεχίσουν να εργάζονται για τη βελτίωση των συνθηκών της επιχειρηματικής δραστηριότητας. Η διεύρυνση των ελευθεριών της επιχειρηματικότητας πρέπει να είναι η απάντησή μας σε όλους τους περιορισμούς, τους οποίους προσπαθούν να μας δημιουργήσουν.

Κάλεσμα στους επενδυτές

Ενδιαφερόμαστε για μια ευρεία συνεργασία με τους ξένους εταίρους μας. Χαιρετίζουμε τους επενδυτές, παρά τις δύσκολες συνθήκες. Προκειμένου να δημιουργήσουμε πρόσθετες ευκαιρίες για την επέκταση των οικονομικών σχέσεων, επεκτείνουμε τις διαδικασίες ολοκλήρωσης.

Έχουμε φτάσει ήδη σε ένα ποιοτικά νέο επίπεδο στο πλαίσιο της Ευρασιατικής Οικονομικής Ένωσης. Επετεύχθη μια συμφωνία επί της αρχής για τη σύνδεση της ευρασιατικής πρωτοβουλίας ολοκλήρωσης με το κινεζικό πρόγραμμα του Δρόμου του Μεταξιού. Συνήφθησαν συμφωνίες με το Βιετνάμ. Πρέπει να συνεργαστούμε πιο ενεργά με τα κράτη της Ένωσης των Χωρών της Νοτιοανατολικής Ασίας, του Οργανισμού Συνεργασίας της Σαγκάης, καθώς και μ’ εκείνες που επιθυμούν να ενταχθούν στον Οργανισμό Συνεργασίας της Σαγκάης […] Μαζί, τα κράτη μας αποτελούν σχεδόν το 1/3 της παγκόσμιας οικονομίας. Η συνεργασία πρέπει να οικοδομηθεί πάνω στις αρχές της ισότητας και του σεβασμού του αμοιβαίου συμφέροντος.
