Νικητής αλλά όχι αυτοδύναμος ο Ραχόι - Τρίτοι οι Podemos

Μπορεί ο Μαριάνο Ραχόι να κερδίζει τις εκλογές στην Ισπανία, αλλά η νίκη του δεν του εξασφαλίζει την αυτοδυναμία, αφού απέχει πολύ από τις 176 έδρες που χρειάζεται για να σχηματίσει αυτοδύναμη κυβέρνηση. Το εκλογικό αποτέλεσμα αφήνει ανοιχτά όλα τα ενδεχόμενα για την επόμενη μέρα στην Ισπανία.

Με καταμετρημένο το 98% των ψήφων, το Λαϊκό Κόμμα (PP) συγκεντρώνει ποσοστό 28,66% που μεταφράζεται σε 122 έδρες. Πρόκειται για ελεύθερη πτώση του Μαριάνο Ραχόι που η εφαρμογή σκληρής λιτότητας που είχε ως αποτέλεσμα 15.000 αυτοκτονίες, 100.000 εξώσεις, 4,15 εκατομμύρια άνεργους και 1,23 εκατομμύρια πολίτες στα όρια της φτώχειας, κάνει μακρινό παρελθόν τις 186 έδρες των προηγούμενων εκλογών.

Το Σοσιαλιστικό Κόμμα (PSOE) με ηγέτη τον 43χρονο Πέδρο Σάντσες έρχεται δεύτερο με 22,19% και 91 έδρες. Τα αποτελέσματα δεν είναι καλύτερα για το Σοσιαλιστικό Κόμμα που καταγράφει το χειρότερο εκλογικό αποτέλεσμα στην ιστορία του.

Στο πολιτικό σκηνικό μπαίνουν δυναμικά οι Podemos, που στην επίσημα πρώτη τους σε εθνικές εκλογές, βρίσκονται στην τρίτη θέση με ποσοστό 20,58% και περίπου 300.000 ψήφους να τους χωρίζουν από τους Σοσιαλιστές. Το κόμμα των πλατειών και της Αριστεράς με ηγέτη τον Πάμπλο Ιγκλέσιας φαίνεται να συγκεντρώνει 69 έδρες σε ενσωμάτωση 40%.

Τέταρτοι έρχονται οι επίσης νεοεμφανιζόμενοι φιλελεύθεροι Ciudadanos του Άλμπερ Ριβέρα με ποσοστό 13,8% και 40 έδρες.

Κανείς δεν μπορεί να πει με σιγουριά τι φέρνει η επομένη των εκλογών στην Ισπανία. Τα σενάρια ξεκινάνε από τον σχηματισμό δεξιάς κυβέρνησης συνεργασίας, επεκτείνονται σε αριστερή κυβέρνηση συνεργασίας, ή ακόμα και σε νέα προκήρυξη εκλογών.

Τα δύο παραδοσιακά κόμματα συγκεντρώνουν μαζί 213 έδρες, ενώ στις εκλογές του 2011 είχαν από κοινού 296 έδρες. Αν ο Ραχόι επιχειρήσει να συνεργαστεί με τους Ciudadanos δεν εξασφαλίζει 176 έδρες, με αποτέλεσμα να χρειάζεται και τρίτος εταίρος.

Ο Ραχόι είπε την Τετάρτη ότι δεν θα απέκλειε μια πολυκομματική συμφωνία για να εξασφαλιστεί μια σταθερή κυβέρνηση με ορίζοντα τετραετίας, μέχρι στιγμής, όμως, όλα τα κόμματα της αντιπολίτευσης έχουν δηλώσει ότι δεν προτίθενται να συγκροτήσουν κυβέρνηση συνεργασίας, και το μέλλον γίνεται ακόμα πιο αβέβαιο.

Το Σύνταγμα της Ισπανίας δεν ορίζει προθεσμία για τον σχηματισμό κυβέρνησης μετά τη διεξαγωγή εκλογών. Οι αναλυτές προεξοφλούν ότι οι διαπραγματεύσεις για την εξασφάλιση επαρκούς κοινοβουλευτικής πλειοψηφίας για τον επόμενο πρωθυπουργό θα διαρκέσουν πολλές εβδομάδες—και σε περίπτωση που αποδειχθούν άκαρπες δεν αποκλείεται να προκηρυχθούν νέες εκλογές.
