Πραξικόπημα στη Βραζιλία

ΜΙΑ ΝΕΑ ΕΠΟΧΗ ΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΚΩΝ ΑΓΩΝΩΝ ΑΝΟΙΓΕΙ ΜΕ ΤΗΝ ΑΝΤΕΠΙΘΕΣΗ ΤΗΣ ΟΛΙΓΑΡΧΙΚΗΣ ΔΕΞΙΑΣ ΣΤΗ ΛΑΤΙΝΙΚΗ ΑΜΕΡΙΚΗ

Το χρονικό ενός προαναγγελθέντος πραξικοπήματος ολοκληρώθηκε χθες με την καθαίρεση της εκλεγμένης προέδρου της Βραζιλίας Ντίλμα Ρούσεφ από τη Γερουσία και την παράδοση της εξουσίας στον δεξιό αντιπρόεδρο Μισέλ Τέμερ. Με την ανατροπή της Ρούσεφ, η οποία στα νιάτα της αγωνίστηκε εναντίον της αμερικανοκίνητης χούντας και βασανίστηκε αγρίως από το στρατιωτικό καθεστώς, έπεσε η αυλαία 13 χρόνων διακυβέρνησης της Βραζιλίας από το αριστερών καταβολών Κόμμα Εργατών του πρώην προέδρου Λουίς Ινάσιο Λούλα ντα Σίλβα, σε ένα περιβάλλον γενικότερης υποχώρησης της Αριστεράς και παλινόρθωσης της ολιγαρχικής Δεξιάς στον αμερικανικό Νότο.

Ακόμη και ναυαρχίδες του αμερικανικού Τύπου, όπως οι New York Times, υποχρεούνται να αναγνωρίσουν, ουσιαστικά, τον πραξικοπηματικό χαρακτήρα της ανατροπής. Η Ντίλμα Ρούσεφ μπορεί να κατηγορηθεί για πάρα πολλά πράγματα- διάψευση των λαϊκών ελπίδων για ριζοσπαστικές αλλαγές, φαραωνικά έργα, τύπου Ολυμπιάδας, αντί για την αντιμετώπιση ζωτικών κοινωνικών προβλημάτων. Ωστόσο, ούτε οι πιο φανατικοί αντίπαλοί της δεν την κατηγόρησαν ποτέ για προσωπική εμπλοκή στα σκάνδαλα διαφθοράς που συγκλονίζουν τη χώρα- γίγαντα της Λατινικής Αμερικής, με προεξάρχτον το μέγα σκάνδαλο της υπό δημόσιο έλεγχο πετρελαϊκής εταιρείας Petrobras. Το μόνο που βρήκαν να της προσάψουν για να κινήσουν τη διαδικασία της καθαίρεσης ήταν η κατηγορία ότι παραποίησε, με “δημιουργική λογιστική”, στοιχεία του κρατικού προϋπολογισμού. Κάτι που έγινε όχι με διάταγμα της Ρούσεφ, αλλά με απόφαση της Βουλής και αποτελεί συνήθη πρακτική όχι μόνο στη Βραζιλία, αλλά και σε χώρες του Δυτικού κόσμου, όπως πολύ καλά γνωρίζουμε στην Ελλάδα.

Αντίθετα, εκείνοι που πρωταγωνίστησαν στο κοινοβουλευτικό πραξικόπημα είναι βουτηγμένοι μέχρι το λαιμό στη διαφθορά. Ο μέχρι πρότινος πρόεδρος της Βουλής, Εντουάρντο Κούνα, ο άνθρωπος που ξεκίνησε τη διαδικασία της παραπομπής της Ρούσεφ, εκδιώχθηκε με απόφαση του Ανωτάτου Δικαστηρίου από το αξίωμά του και παραπέμεται σε δίκη για προσωπική εμπλοκή του στο σκάνδαλο Petrobras. Ο ίδιος ο Τέμερ, ένας πολιτικός που υποστηρίζεται, σύμφωνα με τις δημοσκοπήσεις, μόλις από το... 1% των Βραζιλιάνων, δεν θα έχει το δικαίωμα να λάβει μέρος στις επόμενες εκλογές, καθώς ανιτμετωπίζει κατηγορίες περί διαφθοράς. Ας σημειωθεί ότι η Ρούσεφ είχε δώσει το πράσινο φως στη Δικαιοσύνη για την πλήρη διαλεύκανση των υποθέσεων διαφθοράς, κι αυτός είναι ίσως ένας από τους βασικούς λόγους που οδήγησαν τα λαμόγια της μέχρι χθες αντιπολίτευσης να την ανατρέψουν, ελπίζοντας ότι θα καταφέρουν να θέσουν τις υποθέσεις τους στο ψυγείο.

Μαύρες μέρες περιμένουν τα λαϊκά στρώματα και τις μειονότητες της Βραζιλίας, που ετοιμάζεται να φιλοξενήσει, τον Αύγουστο, τη φιέστα των Ολυμπιακών Αγώνων στο Ρίο ντε Τζανέιρο. Ο Τέμερ έδωσε σαφέστατα δείγματα γραφής από την πρώτη μέρα του στο προεδρικό μέγαρο. Το υπουργείο Επιστημών ανατέθηκε σε έναν αρνητή της Δαριβνικής θεωρίας της Εξέλιξης και οπαδό της “θεωρίας” της... Δημιουργίας! Στο υπουργείο Παιδείας θα προίσταται ένας υπερσυντηρητικός ο οποίος διατυμπανίζει ότι θα θέσει τέλος στην “ιδεολογική κυριαρχία του μαρξισμού” στο εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα. Το υπουργείο Γεωργίας ανατέθηκε σε έναν μεγιστάνα της σόγιας, η εταιρεία του οποίου έχει αποψιλώσει μεγάλες εκτάσεις του τροπικού δάσους της Αμαζονίας. Ούτε μία γυναίκα, ούτε ένας μαύρος ή εκπρόσωπος άλλων μειονοτήτων συμμετέχει στην “κυβέρνηση των ηλικιωμένων, πλούσιων λευκών” του 71χρονου Τέμερ. Ο νέος πρόεδρος ανήγγειλε ένα πρόγραμμα αιματηρής λιότητας για την “αποκατάσταση της εμπιστοσύνης των αγορών”, με σαρωτικές ιδιωτικοποιήσεις, απολύσεις στο δημόσιο και σφαγή των συντάξεων. Περιττό να πούμε ότι η δουλική πρόσδεση στις ΗΠΑ θα αποτελέσει τον αποκλειστικό άξονα της εξωτερικής του πολιτικής.

Είναι μακριά νυχτωμένοι όσοι πιστεύουν ότι η ρεβανσιστική, απέναντι στις κατακτήσεις των λαϊκών στρωμάτων, ολιγαρχική- ιμπεριαλιστική Δεξιά της Βραζιλίας και όλης της Λατινικής Αμερικής θα έχει μπροστά της ένα δρόμο στρωμένο με ροδοπέταλα. Ήδη, η ανατροπή της Ρούσεφ και οι ακραία νεοφιλελεύθερες εξαγγελίες του Τέμερ βγάζουν στους δρόμους χιλιάδες διαδηλωτές, όχι μόνο του Κόμματος Εργατών, αλλά και ριζοσπαστικών κινημάτων, για να μπει φραγμός στην επαπειλούμενη επιστροφή της Βραζιλίας στον κοινωνικό και πολιτικό Μεσαίωνα.

Το ίδιο ισχύει για όλες τις χώρες της Λατινικής Αμερικής, όπου η ολιγαρχική Δεξιά έχει ήδη επανέλθει στην εξουσία (Αργεντινή) ή ετοιμάζεται να επανέλθει (Βενεζουέλα). Γεγονός είναι ότι τα ελπιδοφόρα, αλλά βαθειά αντιφατικά εγχειρήματα ανοίγματος εναλλακτικών δρόμων από λιγότερο ή περισσότερο ριζοσπαστικές κυβερνήσεις κλείνουν έναν ορισμένο ιστορικό κύκλο, που θα αποτελέσει πηγή πολύτιμων διδαγμάτων, με τα επιτεύγματα και τις αποτυχίες του. Από μια άποψη, ο απογαλακτισμός των εν λόγω κομμάτων από τη διακυβέρνηση, παρά τα προφανή μειονεκτήματα και τις δυσκολίες που θα δημιουργήσει, θα έχει και τη θετική πλευρά της. Θα εξαναγκάσει την λατινοαμερικάνικη Αριστερά να αναβαπτίσει τα κινηματικά χαρακτηριστικά της, να επανασταθεροποιήσει τους κλονισμένους δεσμούς της με την κοινωνική της βάση και να προχωρήσει στη ζωτικά αναγκαία προγραμματική επανδίδρυση, στο έδαφος των πολύτιμων, αν και συχνά πικρών εμπειριών της προηγούμενης 15ετίας.
