Οι παιδονόμοι της Ευρώπης…

Κατ αρχάς να γνωριστούμε ... Ο κ. Κ. Ρέγκλινγκ είναι ο διευθύνων σύμβουλος του Ευρωπαϊκού Ταμείου Χρηματοπιστωτικής Σταθερότητας, του γνωστού EFSF. Ενός οργάνου ειδικού σκοπού, που εδρεύει στο Λουξεμβούργο, και ιδρύθηκε με τη σύμφωνη γνώμη των 27 το 2010 με τον μεγαλεπήβολο στόχο να διατηρήσει την οικονομική σταθερότητα στην Ευρώπη παρέχοντας οικονομική βοήθεια στα κράτη μέλη που αντιμετωπίζουν δυσκολία.

Αυτός ο οργανισμός «μπορεί να εκδώσει ομόλογα με την υποστήριξη του Γερμανικού Γραφείου Διαχείρισης Δημοσίου Χρέους, να προχωρήσει σε αναδιάρθρωση των κεφαλαίων των τραπεζών ή να αγοράσει κρατικά ομόλογα». Ένα είδος ευρωπαϊκού ΔΝΤ σαν να λέμε…..

Ο κ. Ρεγκλινγκ, λοιπόν, δήλωσε στους δημοσιογράφους της Bild πως «Η Ελλάδα θα στεκόταν ήδη στα πόδια της, αν η κυβέρνηση και ο Βαρουφάκης δεν είχαν πάρει λάθος πορεία το 2015».

Για να πω την αλήθεια, αν δεν είχα επίγνωση του ρόλου του και της οικονομικής τάξης που εξυπηρετεί, θα ένιωθα κάπως άβολα μιας και ανήκω σ'αυτούς που συνέβαλαν στο να διακοπεί η ρότα της κυβέρνησης Σαμαρά και να ακυρωθεί, εν μέρει, η κατ'αυτούς «μεταρρυθμιστική» προσπάθεια που εξελισσόταν.

Ο κ. Ρέγκλινγκ δήλωσε κι άλλα : Είπε πως η Ελλάδα πέρυσι πέτυχε πλεόνασμα ο,7% από έλλειμμα 15,6% που είχε το 2009, κάτι που το απέδωσε στην εξοικονόμηση, και συγκεκριμένα στους κατά ένα τέταρτο λιγότερους δημοσίους υπαλλήλους, στις κατά ένα τρίτο περικοπές στους μισθούς και στις συντάξεις και στη μεταρρύθμιση του συνταξιοδοτικού και του φορολογικού συστήματος.

Για ανάπτυξη ούτε λόγος….

Το ωραίο μ αυτούς τους τύπους είναι ότι όχι μόνο κάνουν τη δουλειά, που αυτοί τη λένε μεταρρύθμιση ενώ εμείς τη ζούμε ως επέλαση, αλλά κατόπιν τη διαφημίζουν κι ως μονόδρομο που έπρεπε ούτως ή άλλως να ακολουθηθεί.

Ας μη γελιόμαστε όμως…

Όποια άποψη κι αν έχει κάποιος για το δημόσιο, όσο νεοφιλελεύθερος μεταρρυθμιστής κι αν θέλει να λέγεται, δε μπορεί να μας πείσει ότι η απόλυση περίπου 2000 εκπαιδευτικών σε μια νύχτα είναι μεταρρύθμιση.

Όσες ενστάσεις και αν έχει κανείς για την δημόσια ραδιοτηλεόραση, δε μπορεί με τα σωστά του να υποστηρίξει πως το ακαριαίο κλείσιμο όλων των κρατικών ραδιοφώνων και των τηλεοπτικών καναλιών είναι μεταρρύθμιση.

Όποια γνώμη κι αν έχει για το σπάταλο κράτος, δεν μπορεί να γίνει πιστευτός, όταν μειώνει οριζόντια κατά ένα τρίτο το εισόδημα των μισθωτών και των συνταξιούχων.

Όποια άποψη και αν έχει για τον τρόπο μείωσης των ελλειμμάτων, δεν μπορεί να θεωρηθεί σοβαρός, όταν επιβάλει περικοπές που εντείνουν την ύφεση και συρρικνώνει κατά 25% το ΑΕΠ της χώρας.

Όσο και αν παριστάνει τον Ευρωπαίο, είναι αδύνατο να μη θεωρηθεί κομμάτι της ξεπουλημένης ελίτ, όταν στα πλαίσια της πολλαπλώς καταστρεπτικής αναδιάρθρωσης χρέους του 2012 (PSI), υπογράφοντας την υπαγωγή των ομολόγων της χώρας στο αγγλικό δίκαιο και την απαγόρευση της μετατροπής του εξωτερικού χρέους σε εθνικό νόμισμα, υπονομεύει κάθε δυνατότητα μελλοντικής διαπραγμάτευσης γύρω από το θέμα του χρέους.

Όλα τα παραπάνω και πολλά άλλα που κόστισαν και κοστίζουν σε ανθρώπινες ζωές, δυστυχία και ανέχεια οι κυβερνήσεις πριν το ΄15 (δυστυχώς και η σημερινή) τα φόρτωσαν στις πλάτες του πιο φτωχού και εξαθλιωμένου ενός τρίτου του Ελληνικού λαού.
