Νέες ενδοϊμπεριαλιστικές αντιθέσεις στη Μέση Ανατολή

Στον 21ο αιώνα στα «ευρασιατικά Βαλκάνια» (Λίβανος, Παλαιστίνη, Συρία, Ιράν, Ιράκ), στην περιοχή του Κόλπου και στην ευρύτερη Μέση Ανατολή, μια περιοχή-εθνοτικό μωσαϊκό, εμπλέκονται άμεσα δύο βασικοί άξονες: Από τη μία ο ευρωατλαντικός, με διακριτά συμφέροντα κυρίως μεταξύ ΗΠΑ και Βρετανίας και με διακριτά ενεργό συμμετοχή πρωτίστως της Γαλλίας αλλά και Γερμανίας. Από την άλλη, ο άξονας Ρωσίας-Κίνας-Συρίας-Λιβάνου-Ιράν, με υπαρκτές αντιθέσεις στο εσωτερικό του.

Μέρος 3ο – Η «κόντρα» Σαουδικής Αραβίας και Κατάρ. Οι Αδελφοί Μουσουλμάνοι και η «μύηση» στην ισλαμική εκδοχή του καπιταλισμού

Η δυναστεία των Αλ-Θάνι που κυβερνά το Κατάρ υποστήριξε, εάν δεν υποκίνησε ενίοτε, τις ειρηνικές λαϊκές εξεγέρσεις στην Μέση Ανατολή και τη Βόρεια Αφρική, ιδίως στην Τυνησία, Αίγυπτο και Λιβύη. Επιπλέον, αναλαμβάνει διεθνή διαμεσολαβητικό ρόλο, ανοίγει το 2013 ένα προξενείο των Ταλιμπάν στο πλαίσιο των ειρηνευτικών συνομιλιών με τις ΗΠΑ, προσκάλεσε τους ηγέτες του Σουδάν και του Νταρφούρ το 2011 για την υπογραφή της ειρήνης της Ντόχα.

Ως ο «πνευματικός ανάδοχος» της Αραβικής Άνοιξης, προέκρινε στις παραπάνω χώρες το «πνευματικό της τέκνο» τη Μουσουλμανική Αδελφότητα. Αλλά αυτή ζητά την απόσυρση των αμερικανικών δυνάμεων από το Ιράκ και το Αφγανιστάν, το δε ιρανικό υπουργείο Εξωτερικών συμπληρώνει πως «Οι ΗΠΑ δεν έχουν πια λόγο παρουσίας στον αραβικό κόσμο μετά το θάνατο του Μπιν Λάντεν".

Οι Αδελφοί Μουσουλμάνοι στην ουσία εκφράζουν, με ισλαμικούς όρους, δυνάμεις της αραβικής αστικής τάξης που επιδιώκουν το σπάσιμο της νεοαποικιοκρατίας του δυτικού κόσμου. Εξάλλου, ως αντίδραση στην αποικιοκρατία προέκυψαν.

Οι ιδρυτές τους προέρχονταν από τη δυναμική ανάπτυξη του χώρου των μεσαίων στρωμάτων που με μεγάλη ταχύτητα συνέρρεαν στις αραβικές πόλεις από τη φτωχοποιημένη ύπαιθρο και προσδοκούσαν την άνοδο και καθιέρωσή τους στην τάξη των νέων μορφωμένων και των εμπόρων. Γι’ αυτό, εξάλλου, και δεν επιθυμούν την επανίδρυση της κοινωνίας με όρους ισότητας αλλά με την αυστηρότερη φορολόγηση των πλουσίων προς ανακούφιση των φτωχών και τον μετασχηματισμό εντέλει της κοινωνίας υπό την ιδεοληψία της θρησκευτικότητας.

Η οργάνωση αυτή, αν και κατηγορείται και από Δυτικούς ως η ιδρυτική βάση των ισλαμιστικών τρομοκρατικών οργανώσεων, στην ουσία καλλιεργεί συστηματικά τη συμμόρφωση του ανερχόμενου μεσαίου χώρου στα νέα καπιταλιστικά δεδομένα υπό το πνεύμα της αυστηρής υπαγωγής του σε μια α λα Ισλάμ εκδοχή. Και είναι αυτή που, δια της κάλπης, κατέλαβε την «αρχή» σε Λιβύη, Αίγυπτο και Τυνησία και κυριάρχησε επί της (ένοπλης και μη) αντιπολίτευσης σε Συρία, Ιορδανία και τις μοναρχίες του Περσικού ως το 2013.

Υπάρχουν ουκ ολίγα παραδείγματα που δείχνουν ότι οι δημοσκοπήσεις στην ουσία χρησιμοποιούνται για να δημιουργήσουν το επιθυμητό κλίμα για το καθεστώς Μητσοτάκη, παρά για να μετρήσουν απλώς τις δυνάμεις των κομμάτων σε κάθε χρονική στιγμή. Θα θέλαμε όμως να σταθούμε σε ένα συγκεκριμένο ερώτημα που οι εταιρίες συμπεριλαμβάνουν στις ¨μετρήσεις¨ τους όλο και πιο συχνά και ειδικά μετά την εμφάνιση των κομμάτων Τσίπρα και Καρυστιανού στην πολιτική αρένα. Οι ερωτώμενοι λοιπόν καλούνται να απαντήσουν αν θέλουν "πολιτική αλλαγή" ή "σταθερότητα".
