Η αλήθεια για την "επιστροφή" των ΕΥΑΘ - ΕΥΔΑΠ στο δημόσιο

Τον γύρο του διαδικτύου κάνει η είδηση περί επιστροφής των μετοχών ΕΥΑΘ – ΕΥΔΑΠ στο ελληνικό δημόσιο. Πολλά κυβερνητικά στελέχη έτρεξαν να αναπαράγουν την είδηση ως μεγάλη επιτυχία. Αυτό που δεν λένε δυστυχώς είναι η συνέχεια της είδησης, και αν το κάνουν από άγνοια μπορεί και να συγχωρούνται, όμως πώς να δικαιολογήσεις άγνοια σε αυτές τις διάνοιες που δημιούργησαν το υπερταμείο; Ένα μοναδικό παγκόσμιο κατασκεύασμα, με το οποίο παραδίδεται όλη η δημοσία περιουσία στα χέρια των δανειστών για 99 χρόνια.

Η συνέχεια της είδησης λοιπόν είναι ότι οι μετοχές που επιστρέφουν στο δημόσιο μεταβιβάζονται αυτοδικαίως και χωρίς αντάλλαγμα στην Εταιρεία [Νόμος* 4512/2018 (Α´ 5/17.01.2018) άρθρο 380 Τροποποιήσεις του ν. 4389/2016 (Α΄94) για την ΕΕΣΥΠ] όπου Εταιρεία το υπερταμείο.

Όταν ιδρύθηκε το υπερταμείο (N4389/16) τον Σεπτέμβρη του 2016, προβλεπόταν οι μετοχές των ΕΥΑΘ-ΕΥΔΑΠ να μεταφερθούν από το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο στο υπερταμείο. Μόνο που ξέχασαν ότι οι μετοχές βρισκόταν στα χέρια του…ΤΑΙΠΕΔ! Αντί λοιπόν να διορθώσουν το λάθος, προτίμησαν να ενεργοποιήσουν την απόφαση του ΣτΕ (1906/2014) η οποία διέτασσε την επιστροφή της πλειοψηφίας των μετοχών των ΕΥΑΘ – ΕΥΔΑΠ στο ελληνικό δημόσιο.

Και στο σημείο αυτό φαίνεται ο κυνισμός της κυβέρνησης: Αν και βρίσκεται τρία χρόνια στην εξουσία, αν και είχε σημαία της ως αντιπολίτευση την μη ιδιωτικοποίηση του νερού, δεν εφάρμοσε την απόφαση του ΣτΕ από την πρώτη στιγμή που ανήλθε στην εξουσία, παρά μόνο όταν ήρθε η ώρα να εξυπηρετήσει τους δανειστές και το υπερταμείο! Μια απόφαση σταθμός ενάντια στις πολιτικές των μνημονίων, μια απόφαση που δημιούργησε ρήγμα στο απόρθητο ΤΑΙΠΕΔ, μια απόφαση που έκανε τους Σαμαρά - Βενιζέλο να σταματήσουν την ιδιωτικοποίηση του νερού, χρησιμοποιήθηκε από την κυβέρνηση Συριζα-Ανελ για να βοηθήσει στην ένταξη των ΕΥΑΘ – ΕΥΔΑΠ στο υπερταμείο.

Η κυβέρνηση Συριζα-Ανέλ είχε μία μοναδική ευκαιρία να αποδείξει ότι παρά τις πραγματικά αφόρητες πιέσεις από τους δανειστές, ότι παρά την ήττα και τους εκβιασμούς της τρόικα, διατηρεί κάποια ψήγματα της ιδεολογίας της, ότι υπάρχει ένα όριο την υποχωρητικότητα. Είχε την χρυσή επιλογή να ταμπουρωθεί πίσω από την απόφαση του ΣτΕ, να επιστρέψει τις μετοχές των ΕΥΑΘ-ΕΥΔΑΠ στο Ελληνικό Δημόσιο και να παραμείνουν εκεί με εντολή του ανωτάτου δικαστηρίου της χώρας, δεν το έκανε.

Από τη στιγμή που έχει εξαιρέσει άλλες εταιρείες από το υπερταμείο με επιχειρήματα υποδεέστερα μιας απόφασης ΣτΕ, η παράδοση των νερών στον έλεγχο των δανειστών, την βαρύνει ως επιλογή της.

Το ίδιο βράδυ της «επιστροφής» των μετοχών στο δημόσιο, ο υφ.οικονομίας Στ.Πιτσιόρλας, δήλωσε ότι "μέχρι τον Αύγουστο θα πουληθούν πακέτα των ΕΥΑΘ –ΕΥΔΑΠ σε ιδιώτες", επαναφέροντας στη μνημονιακή πραγματικότητα όσους προς στιγμήν πίστεψαν τις μισές αλήθειες.

Τις επόμενες ημέρες θα ακούσουμε για καταχώριση των μετοχών στο Σύστημα Άυλων Τίτλων του Χρηματιστηρίου. Μια ερώτηση προς το τον ΥΠΟΙΚ κ.Τσακαλώτο θα το επιβεβαιώσει.
