Austria has just returned to the Middle Ages

The Austrian government confirmed that the far-right is an emergency reserve of neoliberalism

Haven't you yet convinced that the nationalists and the far-right are the most faithful dogs of the big capital? Then, look at what just happened in Austria. In the end, despite the mass protests in Vienna, Austrian employers will be able to introduce 12-hour working day without increasing wages. What's the first thing that Emmanuel Macron did after his election in France? He rushed to complete what Francois Hollande - the other puppet of the neoliberal establishment - had started: destroy trade unions, completely deregulate the labor market.

Yet, the media in France were promoting him as a 'progressive' (what a joke) who will stop the far-right threat.

In reality, big capital’s reserve, Marine Le Pen, is waiting in the 'bench', ready to take action any moment, now that Macron's popularity sinks. If anything goes wrong, she will be used as a necessity solution by the 'big bosses'. Whatever it takes to push the electorate away from Jean-Luc Melenchon and the 'dangerous' Left.

So, historically, when the dominant ideology (neoliberalism in our era) that serves the plutocracy, starts to decline, the elites release their far-right dogs to do the dirty job. The mainstream media mouthpieces use refugees as scapegoats to spread the fear, distract the masses from the real enemy (the plutocracy) and push them into the hands of the far-right.

In the United States we had the great parody with Donald Trump. He sold tons of patriotism to the Americans, he was promoted as the 'anti-establishment' (what a joke) force, and when he elected what did he do?

Hired the Goldman Sachs banksters to run the economy.

Deregulated the Wall Street mafia.

Passed more tax-cuts in favor of his super-rich friends.

And guess what. He has already declared war against the public sector unions. You should not be surprised in case that Donnie follow the steps of Sebastian Kurz in Austria, transferring the conditions of modern slavery in the US in favor of the 1% 'big bosses'.

If you still not convinced that the far-right and the 'fake left' neoliberal political center serve both the same master, check out how the right-wing pundits responded to the shocking-for-the-establishment victory of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in the NY Democratic primaries. Apart from their ridiculous effort to smear her as 'Communist', their basic argument was exactly the same with that of the neoliberal pundits: it's impossible for the Americans to have free healthcare, education - a modern, decent social state. Why? Because both pro-Trump media and 'liberal' media belong to the big capital that doesn't want to pay its fair share to the society.

So, it seems that history always returns to the crime scene. The motherland of Austrian School of economics that gave us brutal neoliberalism may now become the blueprint for modern slavery.

Yet, the future is full of surprises. The unexpected victory of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez that shook the establishment to the ground, may become the blueprint for a progressive Tsunami. Which may become the surprise force that will fight against the elites inside the United States, where the heart of the neoliberal beast resides.

Everything points to the fact that, sooner or later, the real left will have to face its destiny. That is, to fight hard and win a series of decisive battles in the war against neoliberalism and its far-right reserves.
