Από τον Γεωργελέ στον Γεωργαλά. Μια Athens Voice δρόμος

Υπάρχουν φορές που λες ότι η Athens Voice, η φωνή του νεοελληνικού φιλελευθερισμού, δεν μπορεί να σε ξαφνιάσει περισσότερο με τον σκοταδισμό των κειμένων που δημοσιεύει και το ξέπλυμα φασιστικών ιδεών που κατά καιρό επιχειρούν ορισμένοι από τους δημοσιολόγους-συντάκτες της. Ειδικά σε μια εβδομάδα σαν αυτή, όπου η Σώτη Τριανταφύλλου συγκρίνει όσους διαβάζουν τον θεωρητικό Αλαίν Μπαντιού με όσους πιστεύουν στις συνωμοσίες για τους Illuminati.

Κι όμως υπάρχει πάντα κάτι που δεν μπορούσες να φανταστείς.

Όπως ότι το συγκεκριμένο Free Press θα έδινε τον λόγο σε έναν πρώην σύμβουλο του Δένδια και του Αβραμόπουλου, τον Κωνστανίνο Λεντάκη, που ζητά την κατάργηση του μαθήματος της κοινωνιολογίας από τα σχολεία.

Το σκεπτικό γνωστό και το είχε αναπτύξει μερικούς μήνες νωρίτερα και ο ακροδεξιός αντιπρόεδρος της ΝΔ: «Η ένταξη της κοινωνιολογίας στη δευτεροβάθμια εκπαίδευση» διαβάζουμε στο άρθρο «δεν είναι τίποτα άλλο παρά πλύση εγκεφάλου σε ανήλικους μαθητές». Η μαθητική νεολαία, συνεχίζει ο συντάκτης, προσηλυτίζεται στην αριστερά μέσω της κοινωνιολογίας.

Στο αποκορύφωμα του συγκαλυμμένου φασισμού που προωθεί το κείμενο διαβάζουμε και τα εξής: «Οι μαθητές του Λυκείου θα όφειλαν να μάθουν γιατί η κοινωνική δικαιοσύνη είναι μια δηλητηριώδης ουσία για την κοινωνία και γιατί είναι πολύ πιο επικίνδυνη από την φυλετική καθαρότητα, που προήγαγε ο φασισμός». Ανάμεσα δηλαδή στους κοινωνιολόγους που προωθούν την κοινωνική δικαιοσύνη και τις φασιστικές πολιτικές πρακτικές, που οδήγησαν στο ολοκαύτωμα στο όνομα της φυλετικής καθαρότητας, ο συντάκτης της Athens Voice προτιμά εμφανώς τους ναζιστές. Και αν δεν ήταν αρκετά σαφές ο αρθρογράφος συνεχίζει λέγοντας ότι όπου εφαρμόστηκε η κοινωνική δικαιοσύνη «έφερε τραγωδίες, που δεν είχαν σε τίποτα να ζηλέψουν το Ολοκαύτωμα».

Το υπόλοιπο κείμενο (το οποίο περιλαμβάνει 13 φορές τη λέξη ιδεοληψίες) αποτελεί μια παιδαριώδη προσπάθεια εξήγησης εννοιών όπως η άντληση υπεραξίας ενώ συμπεραίνει ότι «οι καθηγητές της κοινωνιολογίας διδάσκουν τους μαθητές της Γ΄Λυκείου […], ότι θα πρέπει να βασίζονται στα επιδόματα της Πρώτης Φοράς Αριστεράς».

Το πιο κωμικοτραγικό σημείο όμως (και ταυτόχρονα αυτογκόλ) στην επιχειρηματολογία του συντάκτη έρχεται όταν εξηγεί ότι «η Κίνα του Μάο είναι η χειρότερη χώρα στην ανθρώπινη ιστορία». Λέτε να έχει δίκιο; Το βέβαιο είναι ότι η μαοϊκή Κίνα ήταν μια από τις χώρες που μέχρι το 1979 είχε απαγορεύσει την μελέτη της… κοινωνιολογίας.

Ίσως η διεύθυνση του εντύπου θα έπρεπε να τοποθετηθεί για το αν συμφωνεί ότι η κοινωνική δικαιοσύνη αποτελεί μεγαλύτερη απειλή από τις ναζιστικές θεωρίες της φυλετικής καθαρότητας. Για να ξέρουν τουλάχιστον οι αναγνώστες εάν το έντυπο είναι του Γεωργελέ ή του θεωρητικού της χούντας Γεώργιου Γεωργαλά.
