Γενική πρόβα για ιδιωτικοποίηση του τομέα της υγείας από το Μητσοτακικό καθεστώς εν μέσω πανδημίας


Σε χθεσινό άρθρο, αποκαλύψαμε τη νεοφιλελεύθερη ζούγκλα που επικρατεί στο χώρο της υγείας στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες. 

Όπως είχαμε επισημάνει, δεδομένου ότι στην άκρως νεοφιλελεύθερη Αμερική τα δημόσια νοσοκομεία είναι έννοια σχεδόν άγνωστη, η εικόνα που σχηματίζεται ισοδυναμεί με τον απόλυτο εφιάλτη, ειδικά σε καταστάσεις συναγερμού, όπως αυτή που διανύουμε λόγω της πανδημίας. Στα ενδιάμεσα στάδια της πυραμίδας του κέρδους δεν υπάρχει πουθενά κάποια δημόσια παρέμβαση που να λειτουργεί ως δικλείδα ασφαλείας για τον μέσο Αμερικανό, έτσι ώστε να εξασφαλίζεται η θεραπεία του, τουλάχιστον σε έκτακτες περιπτώσεις σαν αυτή που βιώνουμε.

Αντίθετα, η πλήρης ιδιωτικοποίηση και εξαγορά ουσιαστικά του πολιτικού συστήματος από τις τράπεζες και τις μεγάλες εταιρίες, έχουν εξαφανίσει κάθε ίχνος ηθικής, με το όλο σύστημα να επιδιώκει τρόπους μεγιστοποίησης του κέρδους την ώρα που οι άνθρωποι πεθαίνουν. Πολλοί από αυτούς, επειδή απλά δεν έχουν αρκετά χρήματα για θεραπεία. Και όλα αυτά στο ισχυρότερο, υποτίθεται, κράτος του πλανήτη.

Υποστηρίξαμε επίσης ότι αυτή τη νεοφιλελεύθερη ζούγκλα ονειρεύεται για την Ελλάδα η φράξια των φανατικών της ελεύθερης αγοράς που κατευθύνει την κυβέρνηση Μητσοτάκη, όπως και τα "νεοφιλελεύθερα παπαγαλάκια" του συστήματος.

Απόδειξη, η διαχείριση της κρίσης από τους κυβερνώντες, οι οποίοι παίζουν κρυφτούλι και δείχνουν απρόθυμοι να κάνουν τις απαραίτητες προσλήψεις για να ενισχύσουν τα δημόσια νοσοκομεία, αλλά και τα "παπαγαλάκια", που εν μέσω τέτοιας υγειονομικής κρίσης δεν σταματούν ούτε στιγμή να λοιδορούν με άφθονη προπαγάνδα το Εθνικό Σύστημα Υγείας.

Φαίνεται ότι οι νεοφιλελεύθεροι τζιχαντιστές του Μητσοτακικού καθεστώτος κάνουν τα πάντα για να επιβεβαιώσουν ότι έχουμε δίκιο.  

Την ώρα που οι αρμόδιοι παίζουν καθυστερήσεις όσον αφορά την άμεση πρόσληψη προσωπικού για ενίσχυση του ΕΣΥ, ειδικά σε μια τόσο σοβαρή συγκυρία, αποδεικνύεται ότι έχουν εξασφαλίσει μεγάλα κέρδη για τις ιδιωτικές κλινικές, ήδη από τις 13 Μαρτίου και με αφορμή την υγειονομική κρίση.

Στη συγκεκριμένη πράξη νομοθετικού περιεχομένου αναφέρεται ότι "σε περίπτωση νοσηλείας σε ΜΕΘ ιδιωτικού θεραπευτηρίου - κλινικής, η τιμή ημερήσιας αποζημίωσης ΜΕΘ για την εφαρμογή της παρούσας αντιστοιχεί στο ημερήσιο νοσήλιο της παρ. 8 του αρθρου 21 του ΕΚΠΥ του ΕΟΠΠΥ, πολλαπλασιαζόμενο με τον συντελεστή μισθολογικού κόστους 2.09.¨

Απ'ότι φαίνεται, οι καθυστερήσεις στις προσλήψεις λειτουργούν υπέρ του ιδιωτικού τομέα στο χώρο της υγείας, ο οποίος περιμένει τα δώρα της κυβέρνησης για να διαθέσει ΜΕΘ. Φυσικά, ούτε λόγος για επίταξη, έστω και σε μια τόσο κρίσιμη για τη χώρα κατάσταση.

Την ίδια ώρα, έχουμε κιόλας το νεαρότερο, μέχρι στιγμής, θύμα του κορονοϊού, στην Καστοριά. Πρόκειται για μια 41χρονη γυναίκα και μητέρα τριών παιδιών που έχασε τη ζωή της τα ξημερώματα του Σαββάτου. Συγκεκριμένα, "η 41χρονη είχε άσθμα, είχε παρουσιάσει συμπτώματα σχετικά με τον ιό και συγκεκριμένα πυρετό. Επικοινώνησε με τον ΕΟΔΥ και έλαβε τη σύσταση να παραμείνει σπίτι της, απομονωμένη. Ωστόσο, στην πορεία παρουσίασε επιδείνωση της υγείας της, κλήθηκε ασθενοφόρο, αλλά σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες έως ότου να φθάσει στο σημείο η γυναίκα εξέπνευσε. Κατά τη νεκροψία-νεκροτομή ελήφθη και δείγμα, το οποίο όπως σήμερα βγήκε θετικό στον κοροναϊό."

Όσον αφορά τον Τσιόδρα, δεν είχε να πει τίποτα το ιδιαίτερο γι'αυτή τη δυσάρεστη εξέλιξη, πέρα από τη γνωστή "κασέτα". Ούτε καν μια νύξη για πιθανή παράλειψη, αμέλεια, αστοχία του συστήματος.



Είναι φανερό ότι η κυβέρνηση Μητσοτάκη έχει ρίξει όλο το βάρος στα αυστηρά μέτρα περιορισμού, ώστε να μην αναγκαστεί να κάνει το αυτονόητο: να ενισχύσει αποφασιστικά τα δημόσια νοσοκομεία με ιατρικό προσωπικό και εξοπλισμό. Και οι συνθήκες θανάτου της 41χρονης γυναίκας, η οποία ακολούθησε τις συστάσεις και έμεινε στο σπίτι, αποδεικνύουν ότι η πολιτική της κυβέρνησης είναι εσκεμμένα και εγκληματικά μονομερής.

Στο μεταξύ, η μιντιακή χούντα, που στηρίζει με νύχια και με δόντια το καθεστώς, στέλνει τα άθλια στρατιωτάκια της να επιπλήττουν ηλικιωμένους στο δρόμο επειδή δεν κάθονται σπίτι, χώνοντας στη μούρη τους τα μικρόφωνα. Άραγε ο εισαγγελέας σε αυτή την περίπτωση δεν θα' πρεπε να παρέμβει; Αν μη τι άλλο, οι άθλιοι αυτοί "ρεπόρτερ" είναι πιο επικίνδυνοι για τη δημόσια υγεία, αφού τα μικρόφωνα από στόμα σε στόμα μπορούν πιο εύκολα να μεταδώσουν τον κορονοϊό.

Βλέπετε, πρέπει με κάθε τρόπο να ρίξουν το φταίξιμο για την εξάπλωση της πανδημίας στα γερόντια, επιστρατεύοντας ταυτόχρονα και σε υπερβολικό βαθμό το στερεότυπο του "ανεύθυνου Έλληνα πολίτη" που δεν υπακούει στις οδηγίες, ώστε να θάψουν όσο το δυνατό πιο βαθιά την εγκληματική πολιτική της κυβέρνησης, όσον αφορά την αποτελεσματική αντιμετώπιση αυτής της πανδημίας.

Όλα δείχνουν ότι η φράξια των νεοφιλελεύθερων φανατικών του Μητσοτάκη δεν διστάζει σε τίποτα προκειμένου να εξυπηρετήσει ιδιωτικά συμφέροντα και άρα, είναι επικίνδυνη για το δημόσιο συμφέρον. Αν ο Έλλην μικροαστός δεν το έχει καταλάβει ούτε και τώρα, αποβλακωμένος από τον καθημερινό βομβαρδισμό προπαγάνδας της μιντιακής χούντας, τότε δεν υπάρχει καμιά σωτηρία γι'αυτή τη χώρα.
