Νεοφιλελευθερισμός: Ο καπιταλισμός της παρακμής και η δημόσια υγεία

Μέρος 4ο - Η εικόνα της απασχόλησης και των εργασιακών σχέσεων

Η  δραστική μείωση της χρηματοδότησης  έφερε την δραματική μείωση του προσωπικού στον χώρο της υγείας. Το μόνιμο προσωπικό στα χρόνια των μνημονίων 2010-2019, μειώθηκε κατά 25.000 στα Νοσοκομεία (στοιχεία ΠΟΕΔΗΝ). Συνολικά σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες του Υπουργείου Υγείας το 2010 υπηρετούσαν 105.000 μόνιμοι υπάλληλοι, το 2014 υπηρετούσαν 79.533 και το 2019 79.375 (στοιχεία Υπουργείου Εσωτερικών). Εξ αυτών, το 2010 στα Νοσοκομεία υπηρετούσαν 86.750 εκ των οποίων 16.000 γιατροί και 70.750 νοσηλευτικό και λοιπό προσωπικό. Στα Νοσοκομεία υπηρετούν σήμερα 60.660, εκ των οποίων 12.160 ειδικευμένοι ιατροί και 48.500 νοσηλευτικό και λοιπό προσωπικό.

Οι χιλιάδες εργαζόμενοι που προσλήφθηκαν τα τελευταία χρόνια ήταν σταγόνα στον ωκεανό για να καλύψουν τις τεράστιες ελλείψεις που είχαν δημιουργηθεί τα προηγούμενα  χρόνια.

Τώρα εάν εκτός από την έλλειψη προσωπικού εξετάσουμε τη μισθοδοσία των εργαζόμενων στην δημόσια υγεία τότε θα διαπιστώσουμε ότι είχαμε και δραματική μείωση των μισθών  κατά 40% στα νοσοκομεία στην περίοδο των μνημονίων σύμφωνα με το προεδρείο της Ομοσπονδίας: «Κρατάνε όρθιο το σύστημα με 800 ευρώ τον μήνα και άμεσο κίνδυνο περικοπής του Ανθυγιεινού Επιδόματος», επισημαίνει. 

Οι Υγειονομικοί κατά μέσο όρο αμείβονται με 800 ευρώ το μήνα. Νεοδιόριστοι νοσηλευτές πανεπιστημιακής εκπαίδευσης λαμβάνουν 640€ το μήνα. 

Αυτή την στιγμή 3.000 υγειονομικοί υπάλληλοι αντιμετωπίζουν σοβαρά προβλήματα υγείας (καρκίνο, αυτοάνοσα κ.λ.π.). Πάνω από τα 25 χρόνια υπηρεσίας όλοι οι νοσηλευτές πάσχουν από σοβαρά μυοσκελετικά προβλήματα.

Αυτά σαν εικόνα για τους όψιμους χειροκροτητές του έργου του νοσηλευτικού προσωπικού.
