Καταλονία: Ο συνασπισμός υπέρ της ανεξαρτησίας κερδίζει τις εκλογές

Την απόλυτη πλειοψηφία του καταλανικού κοινοβουλίου καταλαμβάνει ο συνασπισμός «Junts pel Si» (Μαζί για το Ναι) που τάσσεται υπέρ της ανεξαρτησίας της Καταλονίας, σύμφωνα με τα exit polls και τα πρώτα συγκεντρωτικά αποτελέσματα

Το exit poll που δόθηκε στη δημοσιότητα από το τοπικό τηλεοπτικό δίκτυο TV3 και είναι το μεγαλύτερο που πραγματοποιήθηκε, δίνει στον κύριο συνασπισμό που υποστηρίζει την ανεξαρτησία, τον “Junts pel Si” 63 έως 66 έδρες στο 135μελές περιφερειακό κοινοβούλιο ενώ το μικρότερο αριστερό κόμμα CUP, που τάσσεται επίσης υπέρ της ανεξαρτησίας, θα εξασφαλίσει άλλες 11 έως 13 έδρες, γεγονός που τους δίνει απόλυτη πλειοψηφία στη τοπική Βουλή.

Οι δύο πολιτικοί σχηματισμοί υπέρ της ανεξαρτησίας, συγκεντρώνουν μαζί το 49,8% των ψήφων. Στη προεκλογική περίοδο είχαν ξεκαθαρίσει πως αν κερδίσουν την πλειοψηφία, θα κηρύξουν μονομερώς την ανεξαρτησία μέσα σε 18 μήνες, κάτι που η κεντρική κυβέρνηση της Μαδρίτης λέει πως θα εμποδίσει δικαστικά επειδή το ισπανικό σύνταγμα δεν το επιτρέπει.

Η συμμετοχή φαίνεται ότι έφθασε σε επίπεδα ρεκόρ, κάτι που αναμένεται ότι θα δώσει μεγάλη ώθηση στην εκστρατεία για την απόσχιση της Καταλονίας, που τα δύο τελευταία χρόνια φαινόταν να χάνει έδαφος.

Ο συνασπισμός «Junts pel Si» και το CUP είχαν δηλώσει πριν από την ψηφοφορία ότι ένα τέτοιο αποτέλεσμα θα τους επέτρεπε να κηρύξουν μονομερώς την ανεξαρτησία μέσα σε 18 μήνες. Το σχέδιό τους προβλέπει ότι οι νέες καταλανικές αρχές θα εγκρίνουν το δικό τους σύνταγμα και θα δημιουργήσουν θεσμούς όπως στρατό, κεντρική τράπεζα και δικαστικό σύστημα.

Η κεντροδεξιά ισπανική κυβέρνηση του πρωθυπουργού Μαριάνο Ραχόι, η οποία έχει αντιταχθεί στις προσπάθειες για την πραγματοποίηση δημοψηφίσματος με θέμα την απόσχιση, έχει χαρακτηρίσει «ανοησία» το σχέδιο για την ανεξαρτητοποίηση της Καταλονίας και έχει δηλώσει πως θα το μπλοκάρει στο δικαστήριο. Το σύνταγμα της Ισπανίας δεν επιτρέπει την απόσχιση οποιασδήποτε περιφέρειας της χώρας.

Μια απόσχιση της Καταλονίας παραμένει υποθετική, όμως η επικράτηση των υποστηρικτών της ανεξαρτησίας είναι ένα πλήγμα για τον Ραχόι λιγότερο από τρεις μήνες πριν από τις πανεθνικές εκλογές.

    Προσωπικά, δεν μου αρέσουν οι κατακερματισμοί κρατών και εθνών, γιατί γίνονται ευάλωτοι στόχοι εύκολα, από κάθε άποψη (οικονομική, στρατιωτική κ.λ.π).

      Σωστά. Αλλά η Ευρωπαϊκή ενοποίηση προωθείται με όρους νεοφιλελεύθερης δικτατορίας και πρέπει να πολεμηθεί με κάθε μέσο. Έχουμε πόλεμο, δεν υπάρχει πολυτέλεια για εύκολες επιλογές.

    Απολύτως σύμφωνος ότι έχουμε πόλεμο. Αλλά υπάρχουν και εύκολες επιλογές πολέμου χωρίς θύματα. Παράδειγμα αν για μιάμισυ βδομάδα δεν πάει κανείς για δουλειά, κανείς όμως, χωρίς να κατέβει στο Σύνταγμα να φάει ξύλο έχουν τελειώσει οι ΄΄εχθροί΄΄. Εχουν πέσει. Ασε που δεν θάχουν και ποιόν να δείρουνε.
    Ο αρχηγός ο σωστός λείπει.
