Το τέταρτο Ράιχ κλείνει τα σύνορα

Αντιλήψεις περί της πολιτισμικής ανωτερότητας των Γερμανών, με τις οποίες η χώρα βύθισε για δυο φορές την ανθρωπότητα στο αίμα, επανέρχονται στις σελίδες του γερμανικού Τύπου με αφορμή τις ροές προσφύγων.

Στην πρώτη γραμμή βρέθηκε η συντηρητική Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung που εκφράζει τις θέσεις του γερμανικού χρηματοπιστωτικού κεφαλαίου. «Έφοδος των προσφύγων! Που είναι ο στρατός;» ήταν ένας από τους χαρακτηριστικούς τίτλους των τελευταίων ημερών ενώ σε σημειώματα των συντακτών διαβάζαμε τίτλους όπως «Ωστε οι βάρκες δεν ανατράπηκαν στη θάλασσα» αλλά και συνεχείς επαίνους για τις ακροδεξιές κυβερνήσεις της Ανατολικής Ευρώπης που κλείνουν τα σύνορά τους στους πρόσφυγες.

Στην ίδια εφημερίδα ο καθηγητής Jörg Baberowski υποστήριζε ότι εάν η ηθική είναι ο μοναδικός γνώμονας στη χάραξη πολιτικής θα τεθεί σε κίνδυνο η εσωτερική ειρήνη του γερμανικού έθνους!!!

Απηχώντας τις ρατσιστικές θέσεις και ελληνικών κομμάτων όπως το Ποτάμι, ο Baberowski υποστηρίζει ότι η Γερμανία «πρέπει να δέχεται πρόσφυγες όταν τους χρειάζεται και να τους κλείνει τα σύνορα όταν αποτελούν βάρος». Υπενθυμίζεται ότι τα τελευταία χρόνια γερμανικές κατασκευαστικές εταιρείες, που λειτουργούσαν στρατόπεδα καταναγκαστικής εργασίας στο δευτερο παγκόσμιο πόλεμο, χρησιμοποιούν μετανάστες από την ανατολική Ευρώπη σε συνθήκες που παραπέμπουν σε σκλάβους.

Η Die Zeit ζητούσε την κατασκευή τείχους και συρματοπλεγμάτων για να προστατεύσουν τους «υλικά προηγμένους πολιτισμούς από την ανεξέλεγκτη μετανάστευση». Ως παράδειγμα αναφέρεται το σινικό τείχος αλλά και τις λίμες, τις εγκαταστάσεις που χρησιμοποιούνταν για την προστασία της ρωμαϊκής αυτοκρατορίας από την είσοδο των… βαρβάρων. Η εφημερίδα στηρίζει τις απόψεις της στο ρατσιστικό βιβλίο Deutschland schafft sich ab (Η Γερμανία αποσυντίθεται) του πρώην προέδρου της Μπούντεσμπανγκ Thilo Sarrazin το οποίο είχε προκαλέσει θύελλα αντιδράσεων για τις θέσεις ενάντια στην πολυπολιτισμικότητα.

Στο βιβλίο συνέδεε το ισλάμ με δικτατορίες και την τρομοκρατία ενώ υποστήριζε ότι όλοι οι Εβραίοι έχουν ένα κοινό γονίδιο. Στελέχη του SPD τον είχαν κατηγορήσει δημοσίως λέγοντας ότι οι απόψεις του φλερτάρουν με θέσεις που οδήγησαν στην ευγονική.
