Del 10 al 17 d’octubre, uneix-te a les marxes i les manifestacions massives o organitza les teves pròpies accions locals al voltant de tot Europa i Nord-amèrica.

Nosaltres, les organitzacions de la societat civil, sindicats, agricultors i activistes de base d’ambdós costats de l’Atlàntic ens oposem als tractat TTIP, CETA, TISA i TPP. Aquests sinistres tractats de lliure comerç amenacen la nostra democràcia, serveis públics i normes socials i ambientals, i posen en perill l’agricultura petita i de qualitat, els estàndards alimentaris i farmacèutics, la indispensable transició a les energies renovables, i el nostre dret i capacitat de canviar la societat per a millor. Aquests acords estan dissenyats per beneficiar únicament els interessos de les grans corporacions i lobbies i no els interessos de la ciutadania.

El moviment contra el TTIP i el CETA a Europa ha crescut enormement en els últims dos anys. El 6 d’octubre, la Iniciativa Ciutadana Europea contra el TTIP i el CETA completaran el seu any amb més de 2,6 milions de signants. Per celebrar aquest èxit i reforçar les nostres demandes, anem a sortir als carrers el 10 d’octubre. Alhora, milers de ciutadans marxaran a tot Europa, es concentraran a Brussel·les per bloquejar la cimera europea del 15 d’octubre i dir no a l’austeritat, la pobresa i el TTIP.

A Nord-Amèrica, Amèrica Llatina i el Pacífic, la gent s’està organitzant per derrotar l’Aliança transpacífica (TPP) que es completarà probablement a finals d’aquest any o a principis del 2016. S’eludiran les consultes als ciutadans dels EUA: Barack Obama va obtenir recentment el poder d’aprovar aquests acords secrets per la via ràpida (Fast Track) a través del Congrés dels Estats Units. No obstant això, la gent en tots els països afectats pel TPP s’estan unint com mai abans per concentrar accions que aturin la globalització corporativa i construir relacions polítiques, econòmiques i socials basades en la justícia i no en la cobdícia.

A banda i banda de l’Atlàntic, hem vist en les últimes dècades una transferència massiva de poder públic als interessos privats, una tendència a la liberalització econòmica i financera, creixents desigualtats, pobresa i destrucció del medi ambient. El TTIP, el CETA, el TISA i el TPP són intents de fer aquestes decisions errònies irreversibles. La nostra lluita per posar fi a aquests acords secrets, per tant, ressona amb els moviments socials contra l’austeritat, contra el canvi climàtic i per la justícia social.

Lluitem per la igualtat, els drets socials i laborals, la justícia climàtica i la democràcia real.
