Σήμερα η στήλη είναι κάτι παραπάνω από ενθουσιασμένη!

Πρώτον διότι εκείνα τα σύννεφα στις σχέσεις Ολαντ – Τσίπρα διαλύθηκαν. Οριστικά. Τι κι αν ο κ.Τσίπρας αποκαλούσε τον Γάλλο πρόεδρο «Ολαντρέου», καταγγέλλοντάς τον πριν από δυο χρόνια ότι όπως ο Γιώργος Παπανδρέου είχε αθετήσει τις «σοσιαλιστικές» του υποσχέσεις στην Ελλάδα, έτσι κι εκείνος, ο Ολάντ είχε αποδειχτεί αφερέγγυος απέναντι σε Γάλλους και Ευρωπαίους.

Δεύτερον διότι η Γαλλία είναι μια μεγάλη χώρα που αγαπά την ειρήνη. Οι πρόσφατες ιμπεριαλιστικές επεμβάσεις της από τη Συρία μέχρι το Μάλι το αποδεικνύουν. Οι ηγέτες της, επίσης, αγαπούν το λαό τους. Πράγμα που μπορεί να είναι ωφέλιμο και για τον δικό μας λαό. Απόδειξη, τόσο τα 10 εκατομμύρια των φτωχοποιημένων και κοινωνικά αποκλεισμένων στη Γαλλία – μια Ελλάδα δηλαδή – όσο και τα γκέτο του Παρισιού.

Τρίτον διότι με την πολιτική που εφαρμόζεται (και) στην Γαλλία το αστικό σύστημα οδηγεί τους ανθρώπους να λατρεύουν τη δημοκρατία. Οι εκλογικές επιδόσεις της Λεπέν είναι αδιάψευστος μάρτυς.

Τέταρτον διότι η Γαλλία είναι σίγουρο ότι θα μας βοηθήσει ώστε το θέμα του χρέους να διευθετηθεί με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο για τον ελληνικό λαό. Βέβαια εκείνο το χρέος της γαλλικής «Πεσινέ» προς το ελληνικό κράτος, όταν η καλή εταιρεία – σύμφωνα με την τότε αποικιοκρατική σύμβαση - κατανάλωνε το 10% όλης της ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας της χώρας (!) πληρώνοντας ένα τίμημα συμβολικό, δεν γνωρίζουμε να καταβλήθηκε ποτέ. Φυσικά δεν υπάρχει λόγος να χαλάμε τις καρδιές μας μπλέκοντας μεταξύ τους άσχετα θέματα…

Πέμπτον – και σημαντικότερο - διότι δυο πράγματα είναι αυτά που παρηγορούν τη ψυχή, που βελτιώνουν την διάθεση και που τα έχουν κατά νου οι Έλληνες για να πορεύονται στα δύσκολα. Το ένα είναι η ύπαρξη του Αϊ-Βασίλη και το άλλο είναι εκείνο το «Ελλάς – Γαλλία – συμμαχία»…

«Ελλάς – Γαλλία – συμμαχία»… λοιπόν. Και τώρα ερχόμαστε ξανά στη διαπίστωση ότι η ιστορία αυτής της αέναης τραγωδίας που βιώνει ο ελληνικός λαός και ο τόπος, ακόμα και στην περίπτωση που θα επαναλαμβανόταν ως φάρσα, θα ήταν μια κάποια «πρόοδος».

Όμως εδώ δεν έχουμε καν κάτι τέτοιο. Δεν έχουμε καν την επανάληψη της Ιστορίας ως φάρσα. Εδώ έχουμε την ίδια Ιστορία να συνεχίζεται ως αέναο δράμα, με το ένα τραγικό της κεφάλαιο να διαδέχεται το άλλο.

Για να δώσουμε ένα παράδειγμα, ας πάμε το ρολόι του χρόνου δυο αιώνες πίσω. Από τον 21ο αιώνα στα τέλη του 19ου. Στα 1887.

Τότε, παραμονές του «δυστυχώς επτωχεύσαμεν», ο Χαρίλαος Τρικούπης διαπραγματευόταν για λογαριασμό της εγχώριας πλουτοκρατίας ένα νέο δάνειο με τους (ίδιους πάντα) «συμμάχους» και «φίλους».

Τελικά, το δάνειο ορίστηκε στο ονομαστικό ποσό των 135 εκατομμυρίων γαλλικών φράγκων, από το οποίο, όμως, το πραγματικό ποσό που συμφωνήθηκε να εκταμιευτεί από τους πιστωτές μας - μετά τις κρατήσεις, τις εγγυήσεις και τις προπληρωμές τόκων - δεν ξεπερνούσε τα… 90 εκατομμύρια φράγκα.

Τί έγινε, όμως, με τα υπόλοιπα; Πού πήγαν τα λεφτά του δανείου;

Η μερίδα του λέοντος (κατά τον Ανδρεάδη τα 32 εκατομμύρια, κατά άλλους τα 52 εκατομμύρια του δανείου) καταβλήθηκε στους τραπεζίτες για την εξόφληση παλιότερων δανείων (σσ: είναι αυτό που σήμερα το έχουν βαφτίσει «ανακεφαλαιοποίηση»)...

Επίσης, ένα επιπλέον ποσό ύψους 13 εκατομμυρίων «πέταξε» για την ικανοποίηση παλιότερων οφειλών σε ξένους τοκογλύφους...

Από το δάνειο, επομένως, των 135 εκατομμυρίων δεν είχαν πια απομείνει παρά μόνο 25 εκατομμύρια…

Και εδώ έρχεται το «καλύτερο»: Επειδή ουδείς δανείζει ή «στηρίζει» (και τότε και τώρα και πάντα) χωρίς «ανταλλάγματα», για την εκχώρηση του δανείου που «πέτυχε» τότε ο Τρικούπης, για τα 25 εκατομμύρια που είχαν δηλαδή απομείνει από το δάνειο των 135 εκατομμυρίων, ο ελληνικός λαός υποχρεώθηκε να επωμιστεί νέα βάρη ύψους… 26 εκατομμυρίων!

Τόσο κόστιζαν - 26 εκατομμύρια φράγκα – τα τρία θωρηκτά και τα κανόνια που παρήγγειλε η κυβέρνηση Τρικούπη (σε γαλλικές, φυσικά, εταιρείες) και που δεσμεύτηκε να αγοράσει από τους δανειστές για να της δώσουν τη «στήριξή τους»!

Αυτή ήταν η «βοήθεια» πριν από εκατόν τριάντα χρόνια των «συμμάχων» και «φίλων» μας προς την Ελλάδα. Έτσι τις έκανε τις «δουλειές» της η εγχώρια ολιγαρχία με τις ξένες φίλες της.

Αυτά τότε…

Σήμερα, άλλωστε, οι Γάλλοι δεν μας ζητούν να αγοράσουμε θωρηκτά. Αντίθετα για κάτι φρεγάτες (έξι τον αριθμό) γίνεται λόγος τα τελευταία χρόνια. Και φυσικά η εταιρεία τους η «Souez», δεν κάνει μπίσνες με όπλα. Με το νεράκι (και με τις μετοχές τις ΕΥΔΑΠ και της ΕΥΑΘ) κάνει μπίσνες…
